Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of plant hydrolat, and particularly relates to green grass hydrolat and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The plant hydrolat is generally prepared as a byproduct in the process of extracting plant essential oil, is usually prepared simultaneously in the process of extracting the essential oil by water vapor, an oil-water mixed solution is formed by the action of condensed water, oil and water are separated according to different densities, the part of the separated oil layer is the plant essential oil, and the part of the water layer is the plant hydrolat. The plant hydrolat has natural and pure components, light and pleasant fragrance, is easy to be absorbed by skin, is mild and non-irritant, can be frequently used and has good market prospect. The plant hydrolat in the market is generally a single plant, mainly replenishes water and moisturizes, can be used as skin moisturizer for a long time and is a daily product, but other effects are not obvious or are not sufficient. The scald is inevitably sometimes burnt in daily life, but the scald repair product is not provided in the house, the scald repair product can not be treated in time, not only scars are easy to leave, but also the difficulty of complete repair of later medical and beauty is increased, and the skin appearance is influenced. Therefore, the plant hydrolat is developed, the daily skin lotion requirement can be met, and meanwhile, the scald can be repaired, so that the plant hydrolat has important significance.

Test example 1 Scald repair efficacy test

Molding and administration: after the rats are raised for three days conventionally, the long hairs on the back are removed, then depilatory cream is coated, the hairs on the back area are removed after three minutes, and the rats are cleaned, wiped dry and are suitable for being fed for 24 hours. The rats in the experimental group are anesthetized with 10% chloral hydrate, the dosage of the anesthetized chloral hydrate is 0.3mL/100g, the unhairing area is sterilized by ethanol, 15mL of 100-DEG C hot water is injected into self-made centrifugal tubes with the diameter of 18mm at the positions of 1cm of the left side and the right side of a spinal column of the back of the rats respectively, the back of the rats is continuously scalded for 8s, symmetrical 2 round scald wounds with the depth of II degrees are prepared, the rats are kept warm, the rats are placed on the side, and the rats are prevented from being scaldedDeath was obtained by asphyxia. After the model building is successful, keeping conventional breeding, randomly dividing the rats into 9 groups, and enabling the rats to scald the model group: the medicine is not taken, and the iodine is coated for disinfection; test groups 1-7: the grass of examples 1-6 and comparative example 1 was sprayed with the herbal solution once a day, and the amount of each scald wound was about 0.05g/m2(ii) a A positive drug group: the ointment of Jingwanhong is externally applied once a day, and the dosage of each scald wound surface is about 0.05g/m2. The rats in each group were observed at 3, 6, 11, 15, 21d and were obtained. Morphology observation of rats was performed by visual observation when rats were resuscitated after scald molding, wound surface state was observed 5, 9, 15, and 23 days after scald, and exudate, infection, scab, red swelling, etc. were recorded and photographed. The healing rate is mainly determined by taking the area of the 1 st day after molding as the original area and calculating the healing rate of the scald wound surface in 5, 9, 15 and 23 days.

The healing rate of the scald wound is (original scald area-non-healing area at different time points)/original scald area is multiplied by 100 percent

The results are as follows:

the results show that compared with the blank control, the herbal hydrolat prepared in examples 1-6 has better repairing effect on rat scalds, the 5d healing rate is 45-54%, the 9d healing rate is 55-64%, the 15d healing rate is 77-84%, and the 23d healing rate is 92-98%.

Test example 2 anti-inflammatory efficacy test

The green grass hydrolat prepared in examples 1-6 is adopted to respectively carry out tests of inhibiting NO release and inhibiting histamine release, wherein the NO release inhibiting capacity is 85-89%, and the histamine release inhibiting capacity is 80-84%, which shows that the green grass hydrolat prepared in examples 1-6 has good anti-inflammatory effect, and the green grass hydrolat prepared in examples 5-6 is obviously better than the green grass hydrolat prepared in examples 1-4.

Test example 3 whitening efficacy test

Tyrosinase activity inhibition assay and B16 cell melanin synthesis inhibition test were performed on the green grass hydrolat prepared in examples 1-6, respectively, and the inhibition rates for tyrosinase activity and B16 cell melanin synthesis were 89-91% and 78-80%, respectively, which shows that the green grass hydrolat prepared in examples 1-6 has excellent whitening effect, and the green grass hydrolat prepared in examples 5-6 is superior to the green grass hydrolat prepared in examples 1-4.

The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
