the extraction process of the orange medicinal material extract comprises the following steps: adding orange medicinal materials into an extraction kettle, then adding entrainer absolute ethyl alcohol accounting for 10-30% of the addition amount of the orange medicinal materials, extracting at 22MPa and 35 ℃, and separating the extract through a separation kettle after the extraction is finished to obtain the orange medicinal material extract.

Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.2 part of orange medicinal material extract, 0.1 part of cetylpyridinium chloride, 0.05 part of preservative, 0.3 part of chitosan oligosaccharide, 0.4 part of defoaming agent and 500 parts of sterile water.

The invention provides an application of an orange medicinal material extract in preparing a disinfectant, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.4 part of orange medicinal material extract, 0.2 part of cetylpyridinium chloride, 0.1 part of preservative, 0.3 part of chitosan oligosaccharide, 0.4 part of defoaming agent and 500 parts of sterile water.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the invention provides a composition containing an orange medicinal material extract, a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein chitosan oligosaccharide and a defoaming agent added in the composition have a synergistic defoaming effect, polydimethylsiloxane is a defoaming agent with better performance but has poorer hydrophilicity, the negative charge of the polydimethylsiloxane strongly adsorbs chitosan oligosaccharide with positive charge, and the chitosan oligosaccharide is easy to dissolve in water, so that the hydrophilic performance of the defoaming agent is improved, the chitosan oligosaccharide is easy to spread in a foaming medium, and the defoaming capability is enhanced.

It should be noted that, unless otherwise specified, the chemical reagents involved in the present invention are commercially available.

The orange medicinal material is selected from tangerine peel, the tangerine peel is purchased from Hunan Zhenxing decoction piece industry limited company, and the extraction process of the tangerine peel extract comprises the following steps: weighing 600g of dried orange peel, adding the dried orange peel into an extraction kettle, adding 120mL of ethanol as an entrainer, extracting for 2 hours at the temperature of 35 ℃ under the pressure of 22MPa, and then separating by a separation kettle to obtain the dried orange peel extract.

A preparation method of mouthwash containing dried orange peel extract comprises the following steps:

adding 0.2g of cetylpyridinium chloride and 0.08g of antiseptic methyl paraben into 10mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring for dissolving, adding 250g of sterile water, uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic, then adding 0.4g of dried orange peel extract, 0.35g of chitosan oligosaccharide, 0.4g of solution containing 0.8 wt% of polydimethylsiloxane, adding 250g of sterile water, and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain the mouthwash containing the dried orange peel extract.

Comparative example 1

A preparation method of mouthwash comprises the following steps:

adding 0.2g of cetylpyridinium chloride and 0.08g of antiseptic methyl paraben into 10mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring for dissolving, adding 250g of sterile water, uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic, then adding 0.35g of chitosan oligosaccharide and 0.4g of solution containing 0.8 wt% of polydimethylsiloxane, adding 250g of sterile water, and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain the mouthwash containing the dried orange peel extract.

Comparative example 2

A preparation method of mouthwash containing dried orange peel extract comprises the following steps:

adding 0.2g of cetylpyridinium chloride and 0.08g of antiseptic methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate into 10mL of absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring for dissolving, adding 250g of sterile water, uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic, adding 0.4g of dried orange peel extract and 0.4g of solution containing 0.8 wt% of polydimethylsiloxane, adding 250g of sterile water, and uniformly dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain the mouthwash containing the dried orange peel extract.

20mL of the mouth rinses prepared in the examples 1-4 and the comparative example 2 are respectively put into a shaker to be shaken for 2min, and after the shaking is finished, whether foam is generated or not is observed, and the experimental results are shown in the following table:

As can be seen from the table, the mouthwash prepared in this example generates no foam after being shaken, and the chitosan oligosaccharide is not added in comparative example 2, and the prepared mouthwash generates foam after being shaken, which indicates that the addition of chitosan oligosaccharide is beneficial to reducing the generation of foam.
