Background

Cheilitis is a general term for a series of inflammatory diseases of lips, and is manifested by symptoms of repeated dryness, desquamation, exudation, incrustation, pain and swelling of lips. The similar symptoms in the traditional Chinese medicine record are lip wind, tight lip, lip and the like. Cheilitis affects the appearance of the patient slightly and affects the daily activities such as speaking and eating of the patient seriously.

At present, the cause of cheilitis is not clear, and cheilitis can be caused by climate dryness, microbial infection, anaphylactic reaction and immune reaction. Studies have shown that Staphylococcus aureus is mainly associated with the onset of chronic erosive cheilitis, and Candida is mainly associated with the onset of chronic desquamative cheilitis. The cheilitis is clinically treated by hormone or antibiotic medicines, but the cheilitis is easy to generate drug resistance or other side effects after long-term use. Cheilitis, however, is a chronic disorder that is prone to recurrent attacks, requiring constant treatment and care. Traditional Chinese medicine mainly focuses on internal treatment and is assisted by external treatment aiming at cheilitis.

CN101744909B discloses a Chinese medicinal composition preparation for preventing/treating cheilitis, TAOBUTONG lipstick, which comprises semen Persicae, flos Caryophylli extract 0.02-1.2%, allantoin 0.2-0.8%, vitamin E0.1-2%, and also vaseline, squalane, isooctyl palmitate, Cera flava, microcrystalline wax, humectant, etc. Wherein the clove is volatile oil extracted from clove by steam distillation method, the peach kernel is extracted by petroleum ether or other organic solvents, and the types and the amount of the substances which can be extracted are limited.

CN105687534B discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing or treating exfoliative inflammation of lips and application thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises 10-30 parts of clematis root, 10-30 parts of duckweed and 10-30 parts of herba siegesbeckiae, and can be applied to lipstick, lip gloss and spray. Wherein the clematis root, the duckweed and the herba siegesbeckiae are extracted and concentrated by a water extraction method, 30 to 20 times of boiling water needs to be added in two times, and the time is longer than that consumed by water.

CN108434261B discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and/or treating chronic cheilitis and application thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises 35-45 parts of saxifrage, 15-25 parts of patrinia and 15-25 parts of raw licorice, and can be applied to lipsticks. The saxifrage, the patrinia and the raw liquorice are extracted and concentrated by decoction and water extraction and alcohol precipitation, and the time and the water consumption are also relatively high.

In the application of daily care for cheilitis in the field of cosmetics, the traditional Chinese medicine extract still has a large exploration and development space, and meanwhile, the extraction method of the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials still has a space for improvement.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a traditional Chinese medicine lip-protecting composition for preventing and improving cheilitis. Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail by examples, so that how to apply technical means to solve technical problems and achieve technical effects of the present application can be fully understood and implemented.

The raw materials and equipment used in the present application are all common raw materials and equipment in the field, and are all from commercially available products, unless otherwise specified. The methods used in this application are conventional in the art unless otherwise indicated.

There are many other possible embodiments of the present invention, which are not listed here, and the embodiments claimed in the claims of the present invention can be implemented.

Examples

The traditional Chinese medicine lip-protecting composition for preventing and improving cheilitis is characterized in that the extraction method of the traditional Chinese medicine lip-protecting composition is an ultrahigh-pressure supercritical micro-jet extraction method, and the preparation method comprises the following preparation steps:

weighing raw material medicines according to parts by weight, and crushing to 60 meshes;

Bacteriostasis test

The test method comprises the following steps:

1. using sterile physiological salineDiluting Staphylococcus aureus and Candida species to 1.0x10⁵cfu/ml～1.0x10⁶cfu/ml of bacterial suspension;

2. adding 10 times of dipropylene glycol by mass into samples of examples and comparative examples, and uniformly stirring, wherein 20 mu L of each sample is dropped on 3 sterile dried filter paper sheets with the size of 5mm by using a pipette;

3. taking 1mL of each test bacterial suspension, and uniformly smearing the test bacterial suspension on the surface of a nutrient agar culture medium;

4. taking 3 test sample wafers and 1 blank control sample wafer by using sterile forceps, sticking the test sample wafers and the blank control sample wafers on the surface of a culture medium, placing the culture medium in a constant-temperature incubator at 36 +/-1 ℃, and observing the result after culturing for 18 h;

5. the diameter of the antibacterial ring was measured with a vernier caliper. Table 3 shows the average of 3 measurements.

According to the test results, the traditional Chinese medicine lip care composition prepared by the embodiment has good inhibition effects on staphylococcus aureus and candida, wherein the corydalis is more targeted on the staphylococcus aureus, the selfheal is more targeted on the candida, the bacteriostasis of the radix scrophulariae on the staphylococcus aureus and the candida is relatively average, and the radix ophiopogonis and the liquorice mainly play auxiliary roles. Compared with the traditional continuous reflux extraction method, the traditional Chinese medicine lip care composition obtained by the ultrahigh-pressure supercritical micro-jet extraction method has obviously improved antibacterial activity on staphylococcus aureus and candida, and the content of effective antibacterial substances obtained by the ultrahigh-pressure supercritical micro-jet extraction method is higher.

Experimental example 2

Taking 1% of the traditional Chinese medicine extract prepared from the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the embodiment 2 according to the total weight percentage of 100%, mixing the traditional Chinese medicine extract with 10% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 25% of diisostearic malate, 14% of microcrystalline wax, 20% of polybutene and 30% of petrolatum, heating to 65-70 ℃, mixing and stirring uniformly, preparing a lip film, and filling the lip film into a container. In addition, lip membrane with equal amount of caprylic/capric triglyceride instead of traditional Chinese medicine extract is prepared.

Cheilitis improvement test:

test samples: lip film, blank lip film base and skin soothing ointment prepared in example 2

Test objects: subjects with recurrent cheilitis between 20 and 40 years of age

The test method comprises the following steps:

1. the subjects were divided into 3 groups of 30 persons each, and the test group was administered with the lip mask containing the combined extract of the Chinese herbs of example 2, the blank group was administered with the lip mask base without the combined extract of the Chinese herbs, and the control group was administered with the skin soothing ointment. 2g of the preparation is uniformly applied to affected parts of lips once in the morning and once in the evening, and the effect is judged after one month of use and half month of disuse.

As can be seen from the test results, the improvement effect of cheilitis of the test subjects using the lip care product containing the traditional Chinese medicine lip care composition is better than that of the blank group and the control group, and cheilitis is does not appear to be obviously repeated after the lip care product is stopped for half a month, while cheilitis of a part of the test subjects in the blank group and the control group have obvious relapse after the lip care product is stopped.
