the two first conveyor belts 20, the second conveyor belt 44, and the third conveyor belt 48 are located in the same plane, and the two first conveyor belts 20, the second conveyor belt 44, and the third conveyor belt 48 are adjacently disposed, and the first conveyor belt 20, the second conveyor belt 44, and the third conveyor belt 48 may be set according to a specific use environment, for example, the first conveyor belt 20, the second conveyor belt 44, and the third conveyor belt 48 may be stainless steel mesh belts, or may be woven mesh made of resin, and in this embodiment, the first conveyor belt 20, the second conveyor belt 44, and the third conveyor belt 48 are preferably stainless steel mesh belts, so as to facilitate passing of a disinfectant and a lubricating oil.

the sterilizing component comprises a plurality of ultraviolet sterilizing lamps 53, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamps 53 are preferably ozone quartz ultraviolet sterilizing lamp tubes, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamps 53 are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the third box body 5 and supply power to the third box body through storage batteries, and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamps 53 can kill the medical instruments and microorganisms and spores thereof on the net frame 3 and keep the medical instruments sterilized and stored.

The working principle is as follows:

placing medical instruments to be disinfected in a screen frame 3 in a classified manner, separating the medical instruments by using partition plates, placing the screen frame on two first conveying belts 20 in a first box body 1, controlling a first motor 19 to drive the two first conveying belts 20 to synchronously rotate, moving the screen frame 3 to the middle part of an inner cavity of the first box body 1, and then closing the first motor 19; the hydraulic rod 21 is started, the clamping plate 23 is driven to support the screen frame 3, the screen frame 3 is separated from the two first conveying belts 20, the lug 26 at the top of the clamping plate 23 is inserted into the groove 27 at the bottom of the screen frame 3, the baffle plates 25 at the two ends of the clamping plate 23 are used for stably clamping the screen frame 3, the stepping motor 22 is started, the stepping motor is stopped after rotating for a whole circle by adjusting the pulse signal of the stepping motor 22, and continuous rotation in the cleaning and oiling process is further realized; meanwhile, the submersible pump 8 in the first water tank 6 is started, the three-way valve 11 is adjusted to enable the water outlet main pipe 12 to be communicated with the first water outlet pipe 9, and the disinfectant in the first water tank 6 quickly flows out to the first cleaning component under the action of the submersible pump 8 and is sprayed to the surface of the medical instrument through the first cleaning component to be cleaned; the control valve 29 and the pressure pump 30 are opened to spray disinfectant in the first water tank 6 out through the spray arm 32, and the disinfectant is sprayed to the bottoms of the net frame 3, the clamping plate 23 and the two first conveying belts 20 through the plurality of main spray heads 15, so that the cleaning effect of medical instruments in the net frame 3 is further enhanced, and meanwhile, the clamping plate 23, the two first conveying belts 20 and the inner side walls of the first box body 1 are washed to keep clean;

after cleaning, the submersible pump 8 in the first water tank 6 is closed, the submersible pump 8 in the second water tank 7 is started, the three-way valve 11 is adjusted to enable the water outlet main pipe 12 to be communicated with the second water outlet pipe 10, lubricating oil in the second water tank 7 flows out to the first cleaning assembly rapidly under the action of the submersible pump 8, the lubricating oil is sprayed to the surface of a medical instrument through the first cleaning assembly for oiling maintenance, the stepping motor 22 is controlled to stop after operation is completed, the initial position is recovered, the clamping plate 23 is guaranteed to be consistent with the initial state after stopping rotating, the clamping plate 23 stretches through the hydraulic rod, the clamping plate 23 falls down from a gap between the two first conveying belts 20, the net frame 3 is stably placed on the two first conveying belts 20, and accurate operation is achieved; after the completion, the first motor 19 drives the first conveyer belt 20 to rotate, and the net frame 3 is conveyed into the second box body 4; after the screen frame 3 and the medical instruments in the screen frame 3 enter the second box body 4, firstly, dry hot air is blown out by the hot air blower 49 and is sprayed out along the air nozzle 51 to dry the medical instruments, and the dried medical instruments are subjected to ultrasonic secondary disinfection to further increase the disinfection effect of the medical instruments; after the sterilization, the second motor 43 drives the second conveyer belt 44 to convey the net frame 3 into the third box 5 for sterilization and storage;

after medical instrument in net frame 3 and the net frame 3 enters into third box 5, ultraviolet ray disinfection lamp 53 is opened to the installation sealing door, lasts the sterilization storage, can remove third box 5 as required, increases the convenience.

The difference from embodiment 1 is that the three-way valve 11 and the control valve 29 are electromagnetic valves, a controller and a computer (not shown in the figure) are provided, the submersible pump 8, the first motor 19, the second motor 43, the third motor 47, the hydraulic rod 21, the stepping motor 22, the three-way valve 11, the control valve 29, the pressure pump 30, the hot air blower 49, the ultrasonic generator 52 and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 53 are respectively and electrically connected with the controller, 2.4g wireless transmission is adopted between the controller and the computer, and thus the opening and closing and the output power of the submersible pump 8, the first motor 19, the second motor 43, the third motor 47, the hydraulic rod 21, the stepping motor 22, the three-way valve 11, the control valve 29, the pressure pump 30, the hot air blower 49, the ultrasonic generator 52 and the ultraviolet disinfection lamp 53 are controlled by the computer, so that the whole disinfection box is intelligently controlled.

The working principle is as follows: the operation principle is the same as that of embodiment 1, and is not described again.
