The static mixer which is generally adopted in the industry at present can not meet the requirement of the prior pharmaceutical-grade sanitary cleaning. Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a non-blade structure design, which reduces a low flow velocity area generated when fluid flows into the structure due to blades, avoids the phenomenon that cleaning does not reach the standard due to insufficient scouring flow velocity, and perfectly solves the problems.

Disclosure of Invention

To solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a bladeless static mixer.

The bladeless static mixer comprises a circular top plate, a sealing ring and a base, wherein a sealing groove used for mounting the sealing ring is formed in the bottom surface of the circular top plate, a circular groove used for being embedded into the circular top plate is formed in the top of the base, an S-shaped bent fluid channel is formed in the middle of the inner bottom surface of the circular groove, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet communicated with the S-shaped bent fluid channel are formed in two ends of the base respectively, and the sealing ring is embedded in the sealing groove arranged around the edge of the S-shaped bent fluid channel.

The bladeless static mixer provided by the invention is further improved, four lower positioning holes are formed in the inner bottom surface of the circular groove, and four upper positioning holes which are respectively arranged corresponding to the lower positioning holes one by one are formed in the circular top plate.

The invention provides a still further improvement on the bladeless static mixer, wherein the upper positioning hole and the lower positioning hole are threaded holes.

The invention provides a bladeless static mixer which is further improved, and the bladeless static mixer further comprises a fixing screw which penetrates through the upper positioning hole and the lower positioning hole and is used for fixing the circular bottom plate and the base.

The bladeless static mixer provided by the invention is further improved, and the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet which are respectively positioned at the two ends of the base are integrally provided with interface ends.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Fig. 1 and 2 show a bladeless static mixer, which includes a circular top plate 1, a sealing ring 2 and a base 3, wherein a circular groove 4 for embedding the circular top plate is disposed at the top of the base 3, an S-shaped curved fluid channel 5 is disposed in the middle of the inner bottom surface of the circular groove 4, a liquid inlet 6 and a liquid outlet 7 communicated with the S-shaped curved fluid channel 5 are respectively disposed at two ends of the base 3, a sealing groove for surrounding the edge of the S-shaped curved fluid channel 5 is disposed on the bottom surface of the circular top plate 1, the sealing ring 2 is embedded in the sealing groove, when materials are circulated in the bladeless static mixer, the S-shaped curved fluid channel 5 in the circular bottom plate 1 forces the materials to turn over inside, so as to achieve the mixing purpose, and meanwhile, the sealing ring groove and the sealing ring 2 are disposed on the circular top plate 1, circular roof 1 and sealing washer 2 are all installed in circular slot 4, through the installation fixed back, prevent that the material from leaking.

In order to further improve the bladeless static mixer provided by the invention, in order to install the circular top plate 1 and the sealing ring 3 in the circular groove 4, four lower positioning holes 8 are formed in the inner bottom surface of the circular groove 4, and four upper positioning holes 9 which are respectively arranged corresponding to the lower positioning holes 8 one by one are formed in the circular top plate 1.

The bladeless static mixer provided by the invention is further improved, and in order to better hermetically fix the circular top plate 1 and the sealing ring 3, the upper positioning hole 9 and the lower positioning hole 8 are both threaded holes.
