Background

Along with the rapid development of city construction and the improvement of residential area of urban residents in China, the production amount of building residue soil in China is greatly increased. The amount of the building residue soil in China is increased by 10 percent per year on average. The existence of the building residue soil occupies the land, reduces the soil quality, and influences the environment, the air quality, the water area and the like. On the other hand, sludge is a solid precipitated substance produced by water and sewage treatment processes, and is difficult to degrade. The sludge has high organic matter content, is easy to decay and smell, has fine particles and large discharge capacity, and is not easy to treat. Therefore, an inclined mixing granulator is provided aiming at the two aspects, and materials such as building residue soil, sludge and the like can be recycled and granulated.

Granulation is the operation of processing the materials in the states of powder, block, mud, solution, melt, etc. to prepare granules with certain shape, size and strength. The stirring and granulating principle is that the raw materials roll irregularly under the stirring of a rotating blade, collide with each other and are agglomerated to form particles, but the particles with weaker cohesive force are disintegrated again due to collision, fragments are agglomerated again in the form of particle cores, and the process is repeated continuously, so that the adhesive force or cohesive force acts, and finally the particles become high-density compact particles.
