1. A multi-point fixed type buckle is fixed between a wall surface and a decoration material and comprises a base fixed on the wall surface and a fixing piece used for fixing the decoration material, and is characterized in that a slot is formed in the base, the fixing piece comprises an elastic body, the elastic body is in a bent and folded plate shape, and an inserting piece used for being clamped in the slot and a hook piece used for hooking the decoration material are connected to the elastic body; the inserting pieces are at least two, are respectively positioned at the upper part and the lower part of the inner side of the elastic body and are respectively used for being inserted into the inserting grooves upwards and downwards, and the hook pieces are positioned at the outer side of the elastic body.

The multipoint fixed buckle of claim 1, wherein said base comprises a bottom plate, said slot is opened on said base, said bottom plate is connected with an abutting plate on each side along the width direction of said slot, said abutting plate is connected with a closing stop; the inserting pieces positioned at the upper part and the lower part of the elastic body are pushed into the inserting groove along the abutting plate to be fixed.

The multipoint fixed clasp of claim 2, wherein an inner side of the abutment plate is perpendicular to the base plate, or the inner side of the abutment plate approaches the other abutment plate as it approaches the base plate, the distance between the two abutment plates decreasing as it approaches the base plate.

4. The fixed buckle of claim 2, wherein the elastic body is a V-shape folded once, the two insertion pieces are respectively located at inner sides of two ends of the elastic body, and the hook piece is connected to an outer side of the elastic body.

5. The multi-point fixed buckle as claimed in claim 4, wherein one side of said elastic body connected with said hook plate is tightly attached to one side of said slot and is longer than the other side of said elastic body.

6. The multi-point fixed buckle as recited in claim 5, wherein a reinforcing tab is attached to said elastomer proximate said slot.

The multi-point fixed buckle according to claim 2, wherein said elastic body is in an S-shape or a Z-shape folded twice, and two said inserting pieces are respectively located at inner sides of two ends of said elastic body; the hook pieces are connected to the outer side of the end part of the elastic body, and one or two hook pieces are arranged.

8. The fixed buckle of claim 1, wherein said tab is in the form of a tab or strip.

9. A decorative material used with the multi-point fixed buckle as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the decorative material is provided with a groove matching with the hook piece on the inner side, and the groove is used for hooking and fixing the hook piece.

10. A trim material securing assembly comprising the multi-point securing clip of any one of claims 2 to 8 and trim material snap-secured to the multi-point securing clip, the trim material having a groove on an inner side thereof to mate with the hook tab.

11. A trim material securing assembly according to claim 10, wherein the trim material incorporates a securing member having two hook members or two securing members having a hook member with the hook members facing in opposite directions.

12. A trim material securing assembly according to claim 11, wherein the length of the hook tab at the lower portion is greater than the length of the hook tab at the upper portion, leaving a gap between the base plate and the bottom of the recess.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of decoration materials, and particularly relates to a multi-point fixed buckle, a decoration material and a decoration material fixing assembly.

Background

The decorative material includes outdoor material and indoor material. The indoor material is subdivided into six types of solid materials, plate materials, sheet materials, profiles, wire materials, wall materials, such as floors, skirting lines, waist lines, roof lines, door pocket lines, and the like. The existing methods for fixing the decorating materials mainly comprise three methods, (1) glue joint: the method has the defects that the firmness of the glue and the unevenness of the surface facing the wall can not lead the skirting line or the door pocket line or the vertex angle line to be installed in place, thus affecting the firmness and the smoothness of the wall, and the installed skirting line or the door pocket line or the vertex angle line can not be detached. (2) Nail or screw fixation: the skirting line or the door pocket line or the vertex line is nailed on the wall body directly, the defect is obvious, the nail is exposed on the decorative material to influence the beauty, and the installation method can not detach the skirting line or the door pocket line or the vertex line. (3) A buckle mounting method: the buckle of current various installations is usually installed the buckle at the wall body, and then the skirting line is hung above that, and the shortcoming of this kind of method is obvious, and the installation buckle is wasted time and energy, and again, buckle and skirting line installation are because structural shortcoming can't adapt to wall unevenness and ground unevenness, not only influence pleasing to the eye, but also cause the skirting line to drop easily.

In the existing installation structure, the skirting line in fig. 1-1 and the combined structure schematic diagram in fig. 1-2 are selected as an example, and it can be seen from the figure that the structure of the buckle 200 is complicated, the structure of the corresponding skirting line 100 is also complicated, and the production and manufacturing process is complicated. When the skirting board is installed, the buckle 200 is fixed on a wall through the screw 400, then the skirting line 100 is installed on the buckle, and the bottom of the skirting line 100 falls on the floor 300.

Disclosure of Invention

aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a group of multi-point fixed buckles for decoration materials, the decoration materials and decoration material fixing components, which are different from the conventional buckle mounting mode.

The invention is further arranged that a fixing piece with two hook pieces is arranged in the decorative material, or two fixing pieces with one hook piece are arranged in the decorative material, and the directions of the two hook pieces are opposite.

The invention is further configured such that the decorative material is a skirting line, a roof line, a waist line or a door pocket line.

In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) The multipoint fixed type buckle has the advantages of simple structure, simple and quick installation, little damage to the wall surface and firm structure after installation;

(2) the lower fixing piece can further improve the stability and firmness of fixing the skirting line, and particularly provides a stable supporting and fixing effect for the lower part of the skirting line aiming at a higher skirting line;

(3) The decorative material is matched with a multi-point fixed buckle or a lower fixing piece for use, and the appearance is attractive and elegant; the applicable decorative materials are wide, such as skirting lines, vertex lines, waist lines, door pocket lines and the like.

The first way of mounting is to use two fixing members to the base 2 at the same time, the two fixing members being mounted in opposite directions so that the two hook pieces 3-3 are oppositely oriented, i.e. one upward and one downward, to provide fixing points at two heights above and below.

As the structure of the partial fixing member in the invention, the specific structure of the first fixing member is shown in figure 3-1, the structure of the first fixing member arranged on the upper side of the base 2 is shown in figure 3-2, firstly, the reinforcing insertion sheet 3-4 and the insertion sheet 3-2 on the upper side are inserted into the abutting plate 2-3, and then the elastic body 3-1 is pressed to press the insertion sheet 3-2 on the lower side into the blocking sheet 2-4 on the lower side. The second fixing member has a specific structure as shown in fig. 4-1, and is mounted on the lower side of the base 2. referring to fig. 4-2, the reinforcing insert 3-4 and the insert 3-2 on the lower side are inserted into the abutting plate 2-3, and then the elastomer 3-1 is pressed to press the insert 3-2 on the upper side into the stop 2-4 on the upper side. The third fixing member has a specific structure shown in fig. 5-1, and is mounted on the lower side of the base 2. referring to fig. 5-2, the lower reinforcing insert 3-4 and the insert 3-2 'are inserted into the abutting plate 2-3, and then the elastic member 3-1 is pressed to press the upper insert 3-2' into the upper stop 2-4. The two upper and lower fixing elements 4 are mounted to provide upper and lower fixing points to form the structure of figure 7-1 for the next step of mounting the upholstery material 1, the structure after mounting the upholstery material 1 being seen in figure 7-2. The upper and lower positions in the figures are only shown for convenience of description, and are not limited to actual installation, i.e. not limited to vertical trim materials, but also to horizontal trim materials. a second way of mounting is to mount a lower fixing 4 below the skirting line 1-2 to provide a lower fixing point in addition to the above-mentioned one. The structure of the lower fixing member 4 is shown in fig. 9-1, and comprises a main body plate 4-1, wherein an elastic top plate 4-2 is obliquely and downwardly extended from the bottom of the main body plate 4-1 and is used for being inserted between a wall body and a floor to push the floor outwards. The main body plate 4-1 above the elastic top sheet 4-2 is provided with a clamping structure for clamping and fixing with the skirting line 1-2. The clamping structure comprises a clamp 4-3 and a hook 4-4 which are arranged in pair, and the upper position and the lower position of the inner side of the skirting line 1-2 are respectively hooked and propped against the skirting line 1-2, so that the skirting line 1-2 is clamped and fixed. The hook 4-41 is a configuration formed by extending from the main body plate 4-1 to the skirting line 1-2 and then extending upwards, and the clip 4-3 is a configuration formed by extending from the main body plate 4-1 to the skirting line 1-2 and then extending upwards or downwards.

the skirting line 1-2 used in the second installation mode is matched with the multi-point fixed buckle (comprising the lower fixing piece 4) for use, a groove 1-1 matched with the hook piece 3-3 is arranged on the inner side of the skirting line 1-2 along the length direction, and the groove 1-1 is used for hooking and fixing the hook piece 3-3. The bottom of the skirting line 1-2 is provided with an upward limit groove 4-5 for fixing the hook 4-4. A fixing groove 4-6 for inserting the clip 4-3 is arranged on the skirting line 1-2 above the limiting groove 4-5. The installation process is illustrated with reference to fig. 9-2, 9-3 and 9-4.

In order to increase the detachable effect, a gap 5 is reserved between the bottom of the groove 1-1 and the bottom of the base 2, specifically, the length of the hook piece 3-3 at the lower part is larger than that of the hook piece 3-3 at the upper part, when the decorative material 1 needs to be detached, the decorative material 1 is pushed from one end with the gap 5 to the end without the gap 5, and the fixing piece is extruded, so that the decorative material 1 has a larger movable space so as to be detached from the fixing piece. For the example of fig. 7-2, moving the trim material 1 upwards, the space above the fastener is increased and the trim material 1 can be released with increasing outward force. Taking the skirting line 1-2 and the multi-point fixed buckle used in the second installation manner as an example, referring to fig. 9-4, the lower fixing member 4 is driven to move upwards together by prying the skirting line 1-2 upwards from the contact position of the skirting line 1-2 and the floor by using a conical object, so as to squeeze the gap 5, and then an outward force is applied, so that the skirting line 1-2 can be easily separated from the hook piece 3-3 of the fixing member.

The base of the invention is in a strip shape for installing a plurality of fixing pieces simultaneously or in a block shape for installing a single fixing piece. The decorative material used by the invention has wide range, comprises skirting lines, vertex angle lines, waist lines or door pocket lines and the like, and is internally provided with a groove for hooking the hook piece. For the example of apex lines 1-3, the combination of which is shown in FIG. 10.
