4) The falling speed of the flip or the like is not uniform, and acceleration still exists. The slow-falling hinge is realized by applying reverse resistance to the rotating shaft through the friction plate, and the resistance is always kept at a fixed value in the rotating process, so that the flip cover and the like still have an accelerating process after the gravity applied to the flip cover and the like in the falling process is offset by a part of fixed values. That is, the slow descent hinge has no damping effect;
