In this embodiment, the rotation stopping mechanism includes a rotation stopping pin 76 and a rotation stopping ring 75, the rotation stopping ring 75 is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft 31, and the outer periphery of the rotation stopping ring 75 is provided with a first pin hole 751; the water inlet case 12 is provided with a second pin hole 74, and the rotation stopping pin 76 is inserted into the first pin hole 751 and the second pin hole 74. The arrangement can realize the conversion between the fastening state and the rotatable state of the filter screen mechanism by plugging and unplugging the rotation stopping pin 76, and the operation is convenient.
