Composite material workpieces (such as carbon fiber resin matrix composite materials) often need certain surface treatment, such as sand blasting, paint spraying, glue spraying, flame aluminum spraying and the like, workpiece positioning is needed according to a spraying program before spraying, a spray gun can generate certain pressure on the surface of a workpiece (particularly, the acting force of operations such as sand blasting and the like is large) when spraying operation is carried out, the workpiece can be overturned and toppled in the processing process due to improper fixation, the surface of the workpiece is damaged or the workpiece is prevented from being sprayed or oversprayed, and particularly irregular workpieces with uneven placing surfaces or large side areas are placed.

The existing workpiece fixing method is to cut sponge cushions with different sizes and thicknesses according to the sizes of different workpieces by means of objects such as the sponge cushions during processing to fix the workpieces, but the fixation is not firm in the way. Therefore, it is necessary to design a general positioning and fixing method and a reasonable device to solve the above technical problems.
