The main raw materials for producing the tobacco sheets are waste tobacco stems, tobacco powder, low-grade tobacco leaves, tobacco fragments and the like in the whole cigarette production process, the extraction process mainly comprises a water extraction method, an alcohol extraction method and the like, no matter which extraction method is adopted, waste water is finally generated, the waste water contains certain effective components, the waste is caused by direct treatment, and the sewage treatment pressure is increased.

In order to solve the problems, through a plurality of tests, a treatment technology aiming at the waste water in the production process of the tobacco sheets is developed, and the pressure of waste water treatment can be reduced.
