5. The tissue of claim 4, wherein the minimum distance between two adjacent first embossed patterns is 0.7mm or more.

6. The tissue of claim 4, wherein the maximum distance between two adjacent first embossed patterns is 40mm or less.

7. The tissue paper for daily use according to claim 4, wherein k is 1 or more, a is 0.05 or more, and n in each curve is an arithmetic progression having a difference of 0.1 or more and 5 or less.

8. The tissue of claim 4, wherein a second embossing pattern is disposed between adjacent first embossing patterns, wherein the second embossing pattern is also in the form of a wave-like curve, and wherein the second embossing pattern is equidistant from the adjacent first embossing patterns.

9. The tissue of claim 8, wherein the first and second embossed patterns are disposed on the first and second surfaces, respectively.

10. The tissue of claim 9, wherein the second embossed pattern comprises second indentations, wherein the first indentations are dot-shaped indentations having a width of 1.5mm or less, and the second indentations are dot-shaped indentations having a width of 2mm or more.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a piece of household paper, in particular to an embossed household paper.

Background

Daily-use paper such as toilet paper, napkin paper, kitchen paper and the like are indispensable daily necessities of people at present. There are increasing demands on the quality of paper, including, for example, water absorption, feel, functionality, and appearance.

In order to meet the quality requirements of people, manufacturers of household paper utilize embossing technology to press various patterns on various types of household paper, so that the manufactured paper has more beautiful appearance, and the effects of increased thickness, increased surface area, enhanced wiping capacity, higher softness and the like are achieved. Particularly, under the condition that consumers are more interested in the aspect of paper softness at present, when the existing embossing technology is used for realizing the softness, the damage to the fiber structure of the paper is inevitable, and in addition, the existing embossing technology cannot realize good balance and compromise in the aspects of realizing the softness, the water absorption, the paper touch feeling and the like of the paper.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a piece of household paper, which solves the technical problems of poor softness, water absorbability, paper touch feeling and the like of the household paper in the prior art.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.

The following terms used in the present invention will be explained first.

The MD direction, also known as the machine direction or "machine direction," is the direction parallel to the direction of paper flow through the papermaking apparatus.

the CD direction, also referred to as the cross direction or "cross-machine direction," is the direction perpendicular to the machine direction in the X-Y plane.

"embossing" refers to a process of flexing a relatively small portion of a cellulosic fibrous structure perpendicular to its plane and pressing the protruding portions of the fibrous structure against a relatively hard surface, thereby permanently breaking the fiber-to-fiber bonds.

By "non-continuous" is meant that adjacent embossed locations are not contiguous.

In addition, unless otherwise defined, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure belongs. The use of "first," "second," and similar terms in the description and claims of the present disclosure do not denote any order, quantity, or mechanical connection, but rather denote the presence of at least one. The terms "connected" or "coupled" and the like are not restricted to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect. "up", "down", "left", "right", and the like are used only to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object to be described is changed, the relative positional relationship is also changed accordingly.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a tissue paper including at least one layer of tissue paper 10.

The tissue paper 10 includes one of cellulose fiber paper, non-woven fabric, and dust-free paper, wherein the cellulose fiber paper may be made of various cellulose fibers by wet or dry paper-making methods, in this embodiment, the cellulose fibers may be fiber materials of wood pulp, straw pulp, and sugar cane pulp, in other embodiments, the cellulose fibers may also be viscose fibers formed by alkalizing the cellulose fibers and then spinning the cellulose fibers by a wet method, that is, other non-natural fibers, such as synthetic fibers of polyester, polyamide, acrylic, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl alcohol, and spandex, may also be added to the cellulose fiber paper.

The tissue paper comprises at least one layer of tissue paper 10, and in general, in order to achieve better use performance of the tissue paper, it is preferred that the tissue paper comprises two or three or four layers of tissue paper 10, as shown in the present embodiment of the invention for two layers of tissue paper 10, but this is not a limitation to the invention being applicable to only two layers of tissue paper 10, and other suitable number of layers may be selected.

in addition, in the present invention, the basis weight of the tissue paper 10 can be 9g/m 2 -70 g/m 2, preferably, the basis weight of the tissue paper 10 can be 10g/m 2 -40 g/m 2, more preferably, the basis weight of the tissue paper 10 can be 12g/m 2,14g/m 2,16 g/m 2, 20g/m 2, 24g/m 2,28g/m 2,32g/m 2,36g/m 2, etc., in some other embodiments, the cross-directional average tensile index and the thickness of the tissue paper 10 can be limited, so that the tissue paper of the present invention has better water absorption effect, and optionally, the cross-directional average tensile index can be 4.120 N.m/g-18.600 N.m/g, and the thickness can be 40 μm-200 μm, so that the service performance of the tissue paper of the present invention is better.

The household paper comprises a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 which are opposite in the thickness direction, wherein a plurality of first embossing patterns 20 are arranged on the first surface 11, the first embossing patterns 20 are formed by adjacently arranging a plurality of first indentations 201 and are in a wave-shaped curve shape, and it can be understood that the first embossing patterns 20 can also be arranged on the second surface 12 or simultaneously arranged on the first surface 11 and the second surface 12.

It will be appreciated that when first indentation 201 is provided on first surface 11, first indentation 201 is in the form of a groove that is recessed from first surface 11 in the direction of second surface 12, and likewise, when first indentation 201 is provided on second surface 12, first indentation 201 is in the form of a groove that is recessed from second surface 12 in the direction of first surface 11.

It will be understood that said first impression 201 can be obtained by an embossing process of an embossing system, which, in general, comprises a roller having a pair of parallel juxtaposed axes: a first embossing roll having radially outwardly extending protrusions thereon and a bottom roll having a slit therebetween, the tissue paper 10 passing through the slit between the two rolls such that the protrusions form first impressions 201 in the paper surface. It will be appreciated that the protrusions are shaped and sized to match the first impressions 201 and that when the plurality of protrusions are arranged on the embossing roll surface in a pattern corresponding to the first embossing pattern 20, the tissue 10 passes through the slot between the two rolls to form the first embossing pattern 20 on the paper surface. In addition, when the tissue paper 10 has multiple plies, the plies are joined together face-to-face by entanglement of the fibers and reduction to plasticity while the embossed pattern is formed. While the final joint exhibits a cellophane appearance, which is aesthetically pleasing.

It will be appreciated that when the tissue 10 is embossed, the protrusions will compress the fibers in the thickness direction of the sheet, and the adjacent protrusions will have a compression effect on the fibers of the sheet between the adjacent protrusions, i.e., not only reducing the voids between the fibers in the thickness direction of the sheet, but also reducing the voids between the fibers between the adjacent indentations, and according to the capillary action principle of liquid penetration on the sheet, when the voids between the fibers are reduced, the liquid penetration on the sheet is increased, it can be appreciated that when the spacing between adjacent indentations is too large, the fibers between adjacent indentations may not be compressed, and when the spacing is too small, the voids are compressed together, so that the fibers are compressed.

In addition, the base roller may be a smooth roller or a concave roller provided with grooves matching the protrusions or the same provided with the protrusions, without affecting the practice of the present invention, and when the protrusions are simultaneously provided on the base roller, the first embossing pattern 20 or the second embossing pattern 30 may be simultaneously formed on the second surface 12.

Further, the first indentations 201 may be linear indentations having an aspect ratio of 5 or more, preferably 10 or more, projected on the paper surface, or dotted indentations having an aspect ratio of less than 5 projected on the paper surface. In addition, the projection shape of the dot-shaped impression on the paper can be set according to actual needs, such as a circle, a prism, a square or an ellipse.

Further, the plurality of first indentations 201 are the same, and the same means that the first indentations 201 have the same shape and size.

Further, the plurality of first indentations 201 form the first embossed pattern 20 on the first surface 11 or the second surface 12 in a discontinuous adjacent arrangement, so that the embossed first embossed pattern 20 can be more clearly displayed on the first surface 11 or the second surface 12. Of course, in further embodiments it is also possible to arrange the first indentations 201 to be substantially continuous in the direction of extension of the first embossing pattern 20.

It is understood that the wave-shaped curve includes a plurality of identical first curve segments 21, the first curve segments 21 are curves in a cycle, specifically, the first curve segments 21 include a starting point 21a, a vertex 21b, a connecting point 21c, a bottom point 21d and an end point 21e, the plurality of first curve segments 21 are arranged in sequence along the CD direction of the tissue paper 10, and the sequence means that the end point 21e of the previous first curve segment 21 in the adjacent first curve segments 21 is connected with the starting point 21a of the next first curve segment 21.

The plurality of first embossed patterns 20 include adjacent first embossed patterns 20, wherein the relative distance between corresponding points on the adjacent first embossed patterns 20 continuously changes along the extending direction of the first embossed patterns 20, specifically, the corresponding positions refer to the corresponding positions on the adjacent first embossed patterns 20 along the MD direction, please refer to fig. 2 together, fig. 2 shows the first curve segments 21, 22 of the adjacent first embossed patterns, which have the starting points 21a, 22a of the corresponding positions, the vertexes 21b, 22b of the corresponding positions, the connection points 21c, 22c of the corresponding positions, the bottom points 21d, 22d of the corresponding positions, the end points 21e, 22e of the corresponding positions, and the like, and the relative distance between the corresponding points refers to the distance between tangents to the corresponding points on the two wavy curves, such as the vertex 21b, the vertex 22c of the corresponding position, and the like, 22b and the connection points 21c, 22c at corresponding positions are at a relative distance D, the relative distance between the corresponding position points on the adjacent first embossed pattern 20 continuously changes along the extending direction of the first embossed pattern 20, and appears as that the distance between the vertex 21b, 22b at the corresponding position of the two first curve segments 21, 22 to the bottom point 21D, 22D at the corresponding position gradually decreases and then gradually increases, more specifically, the distance between the vertex 21b, 22b to the connection point 21c, 22c of the adjacent first curve segments 21, 22 gradually decreases and the distance between the connection point 21c, 22c to the bottom point 21D, 22D of the adjacent first curve segments 21, 22 gradually increases.

Based on the principle of paper making, and generally when the majority of the fibers in the tissue paper 10 are aligned parallel to the MD direction, the present inventors have found that by configuring the first embossed pattern 20 to have a wavy curve and fitting the wavy curve to f (x) k sin (a x + b) + n, first, the first embossed pattern 20 has a wavy line shape, the line extending continuously, so that the first impressions 201 in the embossed pattern are mostly inclined to the fiber alignment direction, i.e., parallel or perpendicular to the fibers, thereby minimizing structural damage to the tissue paper 10 during embossing, and thus maintaining high strength of the tissue paper 10 after embossing, and second, by configuring the first embossed pattern 20 to have the wavy curve and fitting the wavy curve to f (x) k sin (a x + b) + n, the relative distance between the corresponding points of the adjacent wavy curves continuously changes, on one hand, the part of the area with smaller distance is relatively more bulged due to the extrusion of the fibers in the embossing process, so that the thickness slightly changes, the hand feeling and the wiping feeling are better, on the other hand, the part of the area with longer distance is higher in density, and the other part of the area with relatively lower density has better water-holding capacity, in other words, the areas where the peaks 21b and the bottom points 21d of the wavy curves are located have lower density, the areas where the connection points 21c are located have relatively higher density, after the peaks 21b and the bottom points 21d absorb water, water quickly diffuses from the low-density areas to the high-density areas according to a capillary action mechanism, so that the diffusion effect is quicker, and simultaneously, the peaks 21b and the connection points 21c, The bottom point 21d is positioned on the same linear embossing pattern, and the top point 21b and the bottom point 21d face the MD direction, so that the top point 21b and the bottom point 21d are firstly contacted with the area to be wiped when wiping, and moisture can be quickly diffused from the top point 21b and the bottom point 21d to the connecting point 21c area during wiping, so that the paper is more convenient to use, and in addition, the relatively low density of the top point 21b and the bottom point 21d area can keep better water holding property, and tests show that the living paper of the invention also keeps better touch feeling.

Further development has found that when the minimum distance between two adjacent first embossing patterns 20 is smaller than the average length of the fibers, the tissue paper 10, upon absorbing water, after the fibers between two adjacent first embossing patterns 20 are compressed, the gaps between the fibers are too small, and the liquid diffusion rate is reduced, so that it is preferable that the minimum distance between two first embossing patterns 20 is larger than the average length of the fibers.

Further, the tissue paper 10 of the present invention is manufactured by using a mixture of softwood fibers having a length of 2 to 4mm and hardwood fibers having a length of 0.7 to 1mm, in order to provide better performance to the tissue paper, and the average fiber length of the tissue paper is equal to or greater than 0.7mm, for example, the average fiber length is 0.7 to 4.0mm, and therefore, it is preferable that the minimum distance between two adjacent first embossing patterns 20 is greater than 0.7mm, more preferably greater than 1mm, even more preferably greater than 2mm, and even more preferably greater than 4 mm.

It should be noted that, the specific type of the above-mentioned fibers is not limited, and may be hardwood fibers or softwood fibers mentioned in the examples, and may also be other fibers, such as viscose fibers or rayon fibers, and the like, which are not limited herein.

Further, when the maximum distance between two adjacent first embossing patterns 20 is greater than 10 times the average fiber length in the embossing pattern arrangement of the present invention, the tissue paper 10 absorbs water and spreads, and the two adjacent first embossing patterns 20 cannot exhibit a synergistic effect, so that it is preferable that the maximum distance between the two adjacent first embossing patterns 20 is less than 40mm, more preferably less than 35mm, 30mm, and 20 mm.

Further, in order to better present the first embossed patterns 20 on the paper surface and better achieve that the relative distance between the corresponding points on the adjacent first embossed patterns 20 continuously changes along the extending direction of the first embossed patterns 20, and the minimum distance and the maximum distance between the two first embossed patterns 20 are within a proper range, the wave-shaped curve fitting curve f (x) k sin (a x + b) + n has the following parameters: k is greater than or equal to 1, a is greater than or equal to 0.05, n of each curve is an arithmetic progression with a difference value of 0.05-5, a is greater than or equal to 0.08 and less than or equal to 0.15, and n of each curve is an arithmetic progression with a difference value of 0.1-1.

Further, referring to fig. 3, a second embossing pattern 30 is disposed between adjacent first embossing patterns 20, wherein the second embossing pattern 30 includes second indentations 301 to further increase the water absorbency and water retention of the tissue paper 10.

further, the second embossing pattern 30 is also in a wave-shaped curve, and the second embossing pattern 30 is equidistant from the two adjacent first embossing patterns 20.

Further, the first embossing pattern 20 and the second embossing pattern 30 are respectively disposed on the first surface 11 and the second surface 12, and more specifically, when the first indentations 201 are recessed from the first surface 11 toward the second surface 12, the second indentations 301 are recessed from the second surface 12 toward the first surface 11, and since the second indentations 301 emboss the areas between the first indentations 201, when the tissue paper 10 has multiple plies, the tissue paper has better bonding effect, and at the same time, the relative density of the areas between the first indentations 201 is increased, and the capillaries between the fibers are finer, thereby improving the water absorption capacity and the water holding capacity.

Further, the width of the first indentation 201 of the first embossing pattern 20 is smaller than the width of the second indentation 301 of the second embossing pattern 30, so that a better diffusion effect is formed by the first embossing pattern 20, and a better water holding effect is achieved by the second embossing pattern 30, preferably, the first indentation 201 is a point-shaped indentation, and the width is 1.5mm or less, preferably 1mm or less, more preferably, the width of the first indentation 201 is 0.2mm to 0.8mm, optionally, the width of the first indentation 201 is 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm or 0.7mm, the width of the second indentation 301 is also a point-shaped indentation, and the width is more than 1.5mm, more preferably, 2mm or more, or more than 2.1mm, 2.2mm, 2.3mm, more preferably, the width of the first indentation 201 is a point-shaped indentation, or a square-shaped prismatic indentation, and the width of the second indentation is a round point-shaped prismatic indentation, the diameter of the second indentation 301 is larger than or equal to 2mm, so that the household paper has better water absorption performance.

The paper for daily use of the present application will be described below with reference to specific examples.
