A processing method of a pressure regulating valve comprises a valve head, a valve tail and a flange which are integrally extruded, wherein a step is arranged between the valve head and the valve tail, the valve tail is of a frustum structure, the flange is positioned in the middle of the valve head, through holes are formed in the centers of the valve head and the valve tail, and two planes are arranged on the lower portion of the valve head, and the processing method is characterized by comprising the following processing steps:

firstly, extruding a workpiece obtained by cutting round steel at a fixed length into an inner chamfer and an outer chamfer at the lower end and an arc-shaped groove at the upper end through a die;

turning the workpiece for 180 degrees and then transferring the workpiece to a next die, extruding a step between the valve head and the valve tail through the die, extruding a cylindrical inner groove from the top end to the middle part to the upper part of the step, and simultaneously shaping and extruding the workpiece to enable the workpiece to be slender;

thirdly, translating the workpiece to a next die, and continuously extruding the workpiece from the top part downwards along the cylindrical inner groove to enable the cylindrical inner groove to extend to the lower part of the step;

fourthly, translating the workpiece to a next die, extruding and shaping the workpiece to make the workpiece become short and thick, extruding a flange on the outer wall of the middle part of the valve head, extruding two planes on the lower part of the valve head, and extruding the valve tail to form a frustum with a certain angle;
