Referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention provides a technical solution: a special-shaped hardware elastic sheet processing device with a reverse bending function comprises a feeding assembly 1, a cutting assembly 2, a pushing assembly 3, a bending assembly 4 and a detection assembly 5, wherein the cutting assembly 2 is fixed on the right side of the feeding assembly 1, the pushing assembly 3 is installed at the bottom end of the cutting assembly 2, the feeding assembly 1 comprises a feeding frame 101, a feeding motor 102, a feeding rotating shaft 103, a cam 104, a limiting column 105, a feeding rotating plate 106, a first feeding roller 107, a second feeding roller 108 and a feeding spring 109, the feeding motor 102 is fixed at the top end of the feeding frame 101, the feeding rotating shaft 103 is installed at the bottom end of the feeding motor 102, the cam 104 is installed outside the bottom end of the feeding rotating shaft 103, the limiting column 105 is arranged at the left end of the cam 104, the feeding rotating plate 106 is fixed at the left end of the limiting column 105, the first feeding roller 107 is installed at the left end of the feeding rotating plate 106, a second feeding roller 108 is arranged below the first feeding roller 107, the lower ends of the front side and the rear side of the second feeding roller 108 are provided with feeding springs 109, the raised strips on the cam 104 are attached to the limiting columns 105, the limiting columns 105 and the feeding rotating plate 106 are in a vertical structure, the number of the limiting columns 105 is 6, the limiting columns 105 are symmetrically and uniformly distributed about the perpendicular bisector of the feeding rotating plate 106, the number of the feeding springs 109 is 2, the limiting columns 105 are symmetrically distributed about the perpendicular bisector of the second feeding roller 108, the raised strips of the cam 104 are arranged between the adjacent limiting columns 105, when the cam 104 rotates, the position of the limiting columns 105 can be controlled by the raised strips outside the cam 104, so that the feeding rotating plate 106 rotates, the first feeding roller 107 can intermittently feed raw material plates, and the cutting assembly 2 can conveniently cut the raw material plates, and the feeding springs 109 are arranged below two sides of the second feeding roller 108, so that the raw material plate is conveniently attached to the first feeding roller 107, the friction force of the raw material plate is increased, and the raw material plate is prevented from slipping.

The cutting assembly 2 comprises a cutting frame 201, a cutting motor 202, a cutting rotating shaft 203, a guide groove 204, a pulley 205, a lifting support plate 206, a pressure plate 207, a buffer spring 208, a cutting limit plate 209, a positioning spring 210, a first positioning plate 211, a cutting punch 212, an indentation strip 213, a cutting groove 214, a limit roller 215 and a recovery roller 216, wherein the cutting motor 202 is fixed at the top end of the cutting frame 201, the cutting rotating shaft 203 is installed at the bottom end of the cutting motor 202, the guide groove 204 is arranged outside the cutting rotating shaft 203, the pulley 205 is arranged inside the guide groove 204, the lifting support plate 206 is installed outside the pulley 205, the pressure plate 207 is fixed at the bottom end of the lifting support plate 206, the buffer springs 208 are installed at the left side and the right side of the bottom end of the pressure plate 207, the cutting limit plate 209 is arranged at the bottom end of the buffer spring 208, the positioning springs 210 are installed at the two sides of the center of the bottom end of the cutting limit plate 209, a first positioning plate 211 is fixed at the bottom end of the positioning spring 210, a cutting punch 212 is arranged at the center of the first positioning plate 211, an indentation strip 213 is fixed at the bottom end of the cutting punch 212, a cutting groove 214 is arranged below the cutting punch 212, a limiting roller 215 is fixed at the right side of the cutting groove 214, a recovery roller 216 is arranged at the right upper side of the limiting roller 215, a guide groove 204 is distributed at the outer side of the cutting rotating shaft 203 in a wave shape, the guide groove 204 is attached to the outer side of a pulley 205, the lifting support plate 206 is cylindrical, the pulley 205 is vertical to the inner wall of the lifting support plate 206, the width of the cutting limit plate 209 is equal to the inner width of the cutting frame 201, the cutting limit plate 209 can slide in the indentation cutting frame 201, 4 cutting strips 213 are arranged, the cutting punch 212 is symmetrically distributed about the perpendicular bisector, the cutting rotating shaft 203 is arranged in the lifting support plate 206, when the cutting rotating shaft 203 rotates, the pulleys 205 fixed at two ends of the lifting support plate 206 can slide in the guide grooves 204 inside the cutting rotating shaft 203, so that the lifting support plate 206 moves up and down, the cutting punch 212 can perform automatic punching operation, and the indentation strip 213 is arranged at the bottom end of the cutting punch 212, so that the cutting punch 212 can perform indentation on a raw material plate when punching the raw material plate, and the second bending punch 416 can perform reverse bending operation on two sides of the blank.

The pushing assembly 3 comprises a pushing frame 301, a pushing motor 302, a pushing rotating plate 303, a pushing sliding rod 304, a pushing movable plate 305, a pushing gear 306, a pushing rack 307, a pushing limiting plate 308 and a pushing plate 309, the pushing motor 302 is fixed at the bottom end inside the pushing frame 301, the pushing rotating plate 303 is installed at the front end of the pushing motor 302, the pushing sliding rod 304 is fixed at the front end of the pushing rotating plate 303, the pushing movable plate 305 is installed outside the pushing sliding rod 304, the pushing gear 306 is fixed at the top end of the pushing movable plate 305, the pushing rack 307 is arranged at the top end of the pushing gear 306, the pushing limiting plate 308 is arranged at the top end of the pushing rack 307, the pushing plate 309 is fixed at the upper right side of the top end of the pushing limiting plate 308, the pushing sliding rod 304 and the pushing rotating plate 303 are in a vertical structure, the diameter of the pushing sliding rod 304 is equal to the width of a groove on the pushing movable plate 305, the rotating angle of the movable plate 305 is 0-90 degrees, the pushing gear 306 at the top end of the pushing movable plate 305 is meshed with the pushing rack 307, the pushing limit plate 308 is attached to a groove at the top end of the pushing frame 301, the pushing plate 309 and the pushing limit plate 308 are in a vertical structure, the pushing movable plate 305 is arranged outside the pushing slide bar 304, when the pushing rotary plate 303 rotates, the pushing slide bar 304 can slide inside the pushing movable plate 305, so that the pushing movable plate 305 is driven to rotate, the pushing gear 306 at the top end of the pushing movable plate 305 drives the pushing rack 307 to reciprocate, the pushing plate 309 can automatically push the part blank to the lower side of the bending assembly 4, the bending operation is performed, and the processing efficiency is improved.

A bending component 4 is arranged at the right side of the pushing component 3, a bending frame 401 is arranged above the bending component 4, a bending motor 402 is arranged at the left upper part in the bending frame 401, a bending rotating plate 403 is fixed at the front end of the bending motor 402, a bending movable plate 404 is connected at the front of the right end of the bending rotating plate 403, a bending sliding plate 405 is arranged at the left end of the bending movable plate 404, a limiting bracket 406 is sleeved outside the center of the bending sliding plate 405, a first connecting rod 407 is connected above the left end of the bending sliding plate 405, a second connecting rod 408 is arranged at the lower end of the first connecting rod 407, a first bending punch 409 is connected at the bottom end of the second connecting rod 408, spring rods 410 are arranged at the left side and the right side of the center of the bottom end of the first bending punch 409, a second positioning plate 411 is fixed at the bottom end of the spring rods 410, a lower die punch 412 is arranged below the second positioning plate 411, and lower die rotating plates 413 are arranged at the front side and the rear side of the lower die 412, a lower die limiting plate 414 is fixed at the bottom end of the lower die punch 412, a return spring 415 is installed at the bottom end of the lower die limiting plate 414, second bending punches 416 are installed at both sides of the lower die punch 412, the bending sliding plate 405 and the limiting bracket 406 are in a vertical structure, the bending sliding plate 405 can slide in the top end of the limiting bracket 406, the first connecting rod 407 and the second connecting rod 408 have the same size and are symmetrically distributed about the horizontal center of the bending sliding plate 405, the spring rod 410 and the second positioning plate 411 have the vertical structure, the bottom surface of the second positioning plate 411 has the same size as the top surface of the lower die punch 412, the inner side of the bottom end of the lower die rotating plate 413 is in a circular arc shape, the rotatable angle of the lower die rotating plate 413 is 0-90 degrees, 2 second bending punches 416 are provided and are symmetrically distributed about the perpendicular bisector of the lower die punch 412, by arranging the first connecting rod 407 at the joint of the bending sliding plate 405 and the second connecting rod 408, when the bending sliding plate 405 slides leftward, the first bending punch 409 below is convenient for the operation of bending the part blank above the lower die punch 412, and meanwhile, the lower die rotating plates 413 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower die punch 412, so that the part blank can be bent for the second time in the process of being bent for the first time, and the processing efficiency of the part blank is improved.

The right lower part of the bending component 4 is provided with a detection component 5, the detection component 5 comprises a detection plate 501, a visual detection head 502, an air cylinder 503, a detection movable plate 504, a guide plate 505, a discharge conveyor belt 506 and a recovery conveyor belt 507, the visual detection head 502 is arranged above the detection plate 501, the air cylinder 503 is arranged below the detection plate 501, the detection movable plate 504 is fixed at the top end of the air cylinder 503, the guide plate 505 is arranged at the top end of the detection movable plate 504, the discharge conveyor belt 506 is arranged at the right lower part of the guide plate 505, the recovery conveyor belt 507 is arranged below the discharge conveyor belt 506, the height of the detection plate 501 is equal to that of the lower die punch 412, the visual detection head 502 is positioned right above the detection plate 501, the left end and the right end of the detection movable plate 504 are respectively connected with the air cylinder 503 and the guide plate 505, a rotatable structure is formed, and the visual detection head 502 is arranged above the detection plate 501, the appearance of the part pushed onto the detection plate 501 from the lower die punch 412 can be detected to improve the production quality of the part, the guide plate 505 is arranged at the lower right side of the detection plate 501, the position flow direction of the part can be controlled, when the part is qualified, the part slides into the upper side of the discharging conveyor belt 506 through the rotation of the guide plate 505, and when the part is unqualified, the part slides into the recovery conveyor belt 507 for recovery processing.

The working principle is as follows: when the irregular hardware elastic sheet processing equipment with the reverse bending function is used, a raw material plate is firstly placed below the first feeding roller 107, the second feeding roller 108 is pushed by the feeding spring 109 to clamp and limit the raw material plate, the feeding motor 102 is started again, the feeding rotating shaft 103 drives the cam 104 to rotate, the convex strip part of the cam 104 is arranged between the adjacent limiting columns 105, when the cam 104 rotates, the position of the limiting columns 105 can be controlled by the convex strip outside the cam 104, so that the feeding rotating plate 106 rotates, the first feeding roller 107 can intermittently feed the raw material plate, when the raw material plate is fed above the cutting groove 214, the cutting motor 202 is started to rotate the cutting rotating shaft 203, when the cutting rotating shaft 203 rotates, the pulleys 205 fixed at the two ends of the lifting support plate 206 can slide in the guide groove 204 inside the cutting rotating shaft 203, thereby the lifting support plate 206 moves up and down, the lifting support plate 206 pushes the pressure plate 207, the cutting limit plate 209 slides in the cutting frame 201, the cutting punch 212 below is positioned, when the cutting punch 212 punches the raw material plate, the indentation strip 213 indentations the raw material plate at the same time, the second bending punch 416 bends the two sides of the blank in opposite directions, after the part is cut off from the raw material plate, the waste material plate passes through the limit roller 215 and is recycled by the recycling roller 216, the part slides into the front of the pushing plate 309 from the cutting groove 214, then the pushing motor 302 is started to drive the pushing rotating plate 303 to rotate, when the pushing rotating plate 303 rotates, the pushing slide bar 304 can slide in the pushing movable plate 305, thereby driving the pushing movable plate 305 to rotate, and the pushing gear 306 at the top end of the pushing movable plate 305 drives the pushing rack 307 to reciprocate, the material pushing plate 309 can automatically push the part blank to the lower part of the bending component 4 for bending operation, at this time, the bending motor 402 drives the bending rotation plate 403 to rotate, the bending movable plate 404 can push the bending sliding plate 405 to slide, when the bending sliding plate 405 slides leftwards, the first connecting rod 407 and the second connecting rod 408 push the lower first bending punch 409 to bend the part blank above the lower die punch 412, and the lower die rotation plates 413 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower die punch 412 to perform secondary bending during the bending process of the part blank, and the left side and the right side of the lower die punch 412 are both provided with second bending punches (416) to simultaneously perform reverse bending on the two sides of the part to improve the processing efficiency of the part blank, and the part can be pushed to the upper part of 501 by the extrusion of the next part detection plate after bending, after the part above the detection plate 501 is subjected to appearance detection through the visual detection head 502, the cylinder 503 drives the rotation of the guide plate 505 to control the position flow direction of the part, when the part is qualified, the part slides into the upper part of the discharging conveyor belt 506 through the rotation of the guide plate 505, when the part is unqualified, the part slides into the recycling conveyor belt 507 to be recycled, and the working principle of the special-shaped hardware elastic piece processing equipment with the reverse bending function is realized.
