1. A performance test platform for a flexible skin of a trailing edge variable camber wing, comprising:

A) a platform support (1);

B) a mounting panel (4) arranged on the upper part of the platform bracket (1);

the connecting support (3) is a right-angle support, holes on two sides of the support are through holes, the platform support (1) is fixed on the ground or a table top through bolts,

the number and the installation position of the connecting supports (3) can be selected according to the requirements of actual test contents.

4. The performance testing platform of claim 1, wherein:

the flexible skin driving unit of the trailing edge variable camber wing is provided with a fixed mechanical interface which is connected with the mounting panel (4) through a bolt,

the flexible skin driving unit (5) of the trailing edge variable camber wing with different sizes and driving modes is replaced according to the test requirement, thereby realizing the performance test of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing with different wing profiles and different driving modes,

and in the installation process, the installation distance between the flexible skin driving units (5) of the trailing edge variable camber wing is adjusted according to different flexible skin sizes, so that the performance test of the flexible skins of the trailing edge variable camber wing with different sizes is realized.

5. The performance testing platform of claim 1, wherein:

the mounting angle sheet (6) of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing is respectively provided with a sliding chute (7) and a threaded hole (8) for connecting the mounting panel (4) and the flexible skin (2) of the trailing edge variable camber wing to be tested,

the flexible skin driving unit (5) of the trailing edge variable camber wing is used for driving the deformation of the flexible skin (2) of the trailing edge variable camber wing to be detected,

a plurality of mounting angle pieces (6) are used for connecting a mounting panel (4) and fixing a flexible skin (2) of the wing with the variable camber at the rear edge to be tested,

the number and the installation position of the connecting supports (3) are selected according to the test requirements.

9. The test method of claim 6, further comprising:

the mechanical interface on the flexible skin driving unit of the trailing edge variable camber wing is connected with a mounting panel (4) through bolts,

according to the test requirement, the flexible skin drive unit (5) of the trailing edge variable camber wing with different sizes and drive modes is replaced, thereby realizing the performance test of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing with different wing profiles and different drive modes,

and in the installation process, the installation distance between the flexible skin driving units (5) of the trailing edge variable camber wing is adjusted according to different flexible skin sizes, so that the performance test of the flexible skins of the trailing edge variable camber wing with different sizes is realized.

10. The test method of claim 6, further comprising:

the mounting panel (4) and the flexible wing skin (2) of the trailing edge variable camber to be tested are connected through a chute (7) and a threaded hole (8) which are arranged on a mounting angle sheet (6) of the flexible wing skin of the trailing edge variable camber,

according to the requirement of test content, the number and the distance of the installation angle pieces (6) of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing are selected, so that the performance test of the flexible skin (2) of the trailing edge variable camber wing to be tested with different sizes and different materials is realized,

in the installation process, the relative position of the flexible skin (2) of the wing with the trailing edge bending degree to be measured is kept by adjusting the position of the bolt in the sliding groove.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a test platform for the performance of a flexible skin of a trailing edge variable camber wing.

Background

The self-adaptive wing is a wing which can automatically change the geometrical parameters of the wing according to the flight condition in flight so as to obtain the optimal aerodynamic performance, the wing has no conventional rigid deflection ailerons, flaps, slats and spoilers, and the wing can achieve the optimal target appearance through deformation according to task conditions. The deformation mode of the self-adaptive wing mainly comprises out-of-plane deformation and in-plane deformation, wherein one main form of the in-plane deformation is trailing edge bending, and the mode changes the pressure distribution on the surface of the trailing edge of the wing by mainly changing the bending of the trailing edge of the wing, so that the optimal target shape required by a task is achieved.

The trailing edge bending wing is continuously researched and developed in recent years because of unique aerodynamic performance advantages and wide flight envelope adaptability, but the existing research on the flexible skin of the trailing edge bending wing mainly focuses on the single performance of the flexible skin or the selection and size design of the flexible skin material according to the corresponding trailing edge bending wing structure, however, the research and design method can only simply test the performance of the flexible skin or needs to design and manufacture a complete trailing edge bending wing structure, so that the test is insufficient or a large amount of time and cost are consumed, and the method is not suitable for the test of the performance of the flexible skin of the trailing edge bending wing with different types, sizes and driving modes.

In addition, a novel flexible skin of a trailing edge variable camber wing often needs to be subjected to corresponding deformation quality tests and deformation capability tests in combination with a specific trailing edge variable camber wing structure to determine the performance and the applicability of the flexible skin. Therefore, the complete trailing edge bending wing structure needs to be designed independently to test the performance of the flexible skin of the trailing edge bending wing, and when the size of the flexible skin of the trailing edge bending wing changes, the corresponding trailing edge bending wing structure needs to be redesigned to test, so that the test period of the flexible skin of the trailing edge bending wing is long, and the test cost is high.

Therefore, a platform suitable for testing the performance of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing, which is applicable to different driving modes, different materials, different sizes, simple to use, convenient to replace and low in cost, needs to be developed so as to test the performance of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing in a wider application range.

Disclosure of Invention

The main design ideas of the invention comprise:

the test platform for the performance of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing can test the performance of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing with different driving modes, different materials and different sizes;

the driving unit of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing can be replaced;

the number and the position of each connecting piece can be adjusted according to the size of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing;

low cost, simple connection mode, strong adjustable capability and wider application range.

The invention provides a platform for testing the performance of flexible skin of a trailing edge variable camber wing, aiming at the problems of various types of flexible skin, wide size change range, multiple driving modes and higher test cost of the trailing edge variable camber wing, the platform is simple to install, low in cost, strong in adjustable capability and wider in application range, and is characterized in that the platform for testing the performance of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing comprises:

fixing a platform bracket of a trailing edge variable camber wing flexible skin testing device;

the mounting panel is used for fixing the flexible skin driving unit of the trailing edge variable camber wing and connecting the corner piece;

a connecting support for connecting with an external ground or table;

the driving unit drives the flexible skin of the wing with the variable camber at the rear edge;

and fixing a mounting angle sheet of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing.

According to an embodiment of the invention, a platform for testing the performance of a flexible skin of a wing with a trailing edge bending degree is provided, which is characterized by comprising:

the platform bracket is used for installing and fixing a trailing edge variable camber wing flexible skin testing device;

the upper part of the platform bracket is provided with a mounting panel which is used for connecting a trailing edge variable camber wing flexible skin driving unit and a mounting angle sheet of a trailing edge variable camber wing flexible skin;

connecting supports are arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower part of the platform support and used for fixing a test platform for the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing;

the two ends of the front surface of the mounting panel are provided with trailing edge variable camber wing flexible skin driving units for driving the deformation of the trailing edge variable camber wing flexible skin to be detected;

and a plurality of mounting angle pieces of the trailing edge variable camber wing flexible skin are arranged in the middle of the front surface of the mounting panel and used for mounting and fixing the trailing edge variable camber wing flexible skin to be tested.

The advantages of the invention include:

1) the flexible skin driving unit is suitable for different deformation modes, and different trailing edge variable camber wing flexible skin driving units can be replaced according to the test requirements;

2) the flexible wing skin with the variable camber at the trailing edge is applicable to various flexible skins, and can be replaced by different materials and different sizes according to the test requirement;

3) the application test range is wide, and the requirements of different test sites can be met;

4) the practicability is strong, the cost is low, the assembly and disassembly are convenient, and the reliability is high.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.

The flexible skin test module is characterized in that a modular design is adopted, a flexible skin drive unit (5) of the trailing edge variable camber wing is connected with a flexible skin (2) of the trailing edge variable camber wing to be tested through an installation panel (4) to form a flexible skin test module of the trailing edge variable camber wing, and the flexible skin test module is connected with the outside through a platform support (1) and used for the related test of the performance of the flexible skin of the trailing edge variable camber wing. The platform for the performance test of the flexible skin of the trailing edge bending wing according to one embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 1 and 2.

The platform for testing the performance of the flexible skin of the trailing edge bending wing provided by the embodiment of the invention is designed by adopting a metal material, and comprises the following steps:

a platform bracket (1) of a flexible skin testing device of a trailing edge variable camber wing is installed,

a flexible wing skin (2) with a trailing edge variable camber to be tested,

a connecting support (3) for fixing the platform bracket (1),

a driving unit (5) for driving the flexible skin of the wing with the variable camber at the rear edge to deform,

the flexible wing skin installation angle sheet comprises an installation angle sheet (6) for fixing the flexible wing skin of the trailing edge variable camber, a drive unit (5) for fixing the flexible wing skin of the trailing edge variable camber and an installation panel (4) for the installation angle sheet (6) of the flexible wing skin of the trailing edge variable camber.

In the installation process, the installation distance between the flexible skin driving units (5) of the trailing edge variable camber wing can be adjusted according to different flexible skin sizes, so that the performance test of the flexible skins of the trailing edge variable camber wing with different sizes is realized.
