the two limiting parts which are symmetrically arranged are arranged on the top surface of the moving part, and the two end parts of the moving part between the fixed clamping part and the movable clamping part can be limited by the limiting parts, so that the phenomenon that the moving part is separated from the fixed clamping part and the movable clamping part in the using process is avoided, the using stability is improved, and the limiting parts can also push the movement of the movable clamping part in the clamping process of the clamp, so that the pressure on the embedded block is reduced, the abrasion on the embedded block is reduced, and the service life is prolonged; The invention is further illustrated by the following figures and examples, which are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

Examples are given. A full-automatic processing device for furniture lock tapered ends is shown in figures 1 to 10 and comprises a frame 1, wherein a mounting shaft 2 is arranged on the frame 1; the mounting shaft 2 is provided with a rotary table 3 through a ball bearing, and the top surface of the rotary table 3 is annularly provided with a plurality of clamping devices which are uniformly distributed; a clamping station, a bullet hole punching station, a screw hole punching station, a piece sealing station, a polishing station and an inclined blanking channel 4 which are positioned on the rack 1 are annularly and sequentially arranged on the periphery of the rotary table 3; the top end part of the mounting shaft 2 is provided with a mounting seat 5, and a pushing device positioned above the turntable 3 is arranged on the mounting seat 5; a stepping motor 6 is arranged on the rack 1 at a position corresponding to one side of the mounting shaft 2, and a driving gear 7 is arranged on the stepping motor 6; one side of driving gear 7 is provided with driven gear 8 of fixed mounting on the carousel 3 bottom surface, and driven gear 8 is connected with driving gear 7 meshing.

The clamping device comprises a fixed plate 10 vertically arranged on the rotary table 3, a fixed clamping piece 11 is fixedly arranged on the fixed plate 10, an embedded block 12 is arranged on one side of the fixed clamping piece 11, and a movable clamping piece 13 is arranged on the other side of the fixed clamping piece 11; a spring 14 is arranged between the movable clamping piece 13 and the fixed clamping piece 11, arc-shaped clamping grooves 15 are formed in the end portions of the movable clamping piece 13 and the fixed clamping piece 11, and the two clamping grooves 15 are arranged between the movable clamping piece 13 and the fixed clamping piece 11; the middle parts of the fixed clamping piece 11 and the movable clamping piece 13 are provided with an installation channel 16, and a moving piece 17 sleeved on the insert block 12 is slidably installed on the installation channel 16; two limiting parts 18 which are symmetrically arranged are installed on the top surface of the moving part 17, and the moving clamping part 13 and the fixed clamping part 11 are both arranged between the two limiting parts 18; a first ball screw 35 is arranged between the two first slide rails 34, and a first servo motor 36 is installed at the end part of the first ball screw 35; a first lifting seat 37 is mounted on the first ball screw 35, and the first lifting seat 37 is slidably mounted between the two first slide rails 34; a first punching moving cylinder is arranged on the side surface, facing the rotary table 3, of the first lifting seat 37, a first punching motor 38 is arranged on the first punching moving cylinder, and a first punching piece 39 is arranged on the first punching motor 38; the first punching piece 39 is sleeved with a protective cover 40; the screw hole punching station comprises a screw hole punching base 41, and a pushing cylinder 42 is arranged on the top surface of the screw hole punching base 41; the pushing cylinder 42 is provided with a second mounting plate 44 in a vertical shape; a second ball screw 45 is arranged on the side surface of the second mounting plate 44 facing the rotary table 3, and a second servo motor 46 is arranged at the end part of the second ball screw 45; a second lifting seat 47 is arranged on the second ball screw 45, a second punching motor 48 positioned above the turntable 3 is arranged on the second lifting seat 47, and a second punching piece 49 is arranged on the second punching motor 48; the two sides of the second ball screw 45 are both provided with second slide rails 50, and the second lifting seat 47 is slidably mounted between the two second slide rails 50; the pushing device comprises a pushing cylinder 53 arranged on the mounting seat 5, and a pushing block 54 is arranged on the pushing cylinder 53; a buffer pad 55 is arranged on the side surface of the pushing block 54 facing the blanking station, and a clamping strip 56 is arranged above the buffer pad 55; a control mounting rack 70 is mounted on one side surface of the rack 1, and a control panel 71 is arranged on the control mounting rack 70; the clamping station, the bullet hole punching station, the screw hole punching station, the piece sealing station, the polishing station, the pushing device and the stepping motor 6 are electrically connected with the control panel 71; the clamping station comprises a clamping mounting seat 57 arranged on the frame 1, and a clamping support member 58 is arranged on the top surface of the clamping mounting seat 57; a clamping cylinder 59 is arranged on the top surface of the clamping support 58, a clamping pushing piece 60 arranged between the clamping cylinder 59 and the rotary table 3 is arranged on the clamping cylinder 59, and the bottom surface of the clamping pushing piece 60 and the bottom surface of the insert 12 are arranged on the same horizontal plane; a positioning lifting cylinder 61 is arranged on one side of the clamping support 58 close to the turntable 3, and a positioning part 62 is arranged on the positioning lifting cylinder 61; the positioning piece 62 is arranged in the circle formed by the two clamping grooves 15; the polishing station comprises a polishing mounting seat 63 mounted on the frame 1, and a polishing propulsion cylinder is arranged on the top surface of the polishing mounting seat 63; a polishing support seat 64 is arranged on the polishing propulsion cylinder; a grinding motor 65 is arranged on the grinding support seat 64, and a grinding piece 66 positioned between the grinding motor 65 and the turntable 3 is arranged on the grinding motor 65; one side of the supporting seat 64 of polishing is provided with the locating rack 67 of polishing, is provided with the location lift cylinder 68 of polishing that is located directly over 66 of polishing on the locating rack 67 of polishing, and the location setting piece 69 of polishing is installed on the location lift cylinder 68 of polishing.

A full-automatic processing method of a furniture lock head comprises the following steps:

A. the feeding clamping is realized by placing a lock head to be processed in a clamping device, starting a clamping station, and enabling the clamping device to be in a clamping state by utilizing the clamping station, so that the feeding clamping work of the lock head is completed;

B. punching the pin hole, namely driving a turntable to rotate by using a stepping motor so that a clamping device clamping a lock head moves to the right opposite side of a pin hole punching station, and then sequentially punching the pin hole on the side surface of the lock head from bottom to top; after the bullet hole punching is finished, the stepping motor is used again to drive the rotary table to rotate, so that the lock head which finishes the bullet hole punching work moves to a screw hole punching station;

C. the method comprises the following steps of (1) punching a screw hole, wherein when a lock head moves to a screw hole punching station, the screw hole punching station is controlled to perform first screw hole punching on the top surface of the lock head; after the first screw hole is punched, controlling a punching piece on a screw hole punching station to move a certain distance to one side, and performing second screw hole punching work to finally enable the two screw holes to be symmetrically distributed; after the screw hole punching is finished, the stepping motor is used again to drive the turntable to rotate, so that the clamping device drives the lock head which finishes the screw hole punching to move to a sealing piece station;

D. when the lock head moves to the sealing station, the sealing cylinder and the driving motor are controlled to start, the driving motor is used for driving the feeding disc and the winding disc to automatically rotate, so that the automatic feeding work of the sealing raw material is realized, the sealing cylinder is matched with the sealing cylinder to drive the sealing piece to push the sealing raw material to move towards the spring hole on the lock head, and the sealing servo motor drives the sealing piece to move up and down, so that the whole sealing station can perform the sealing work from bottom to top on the spring hole on the lock head;

E. polishing, namely after the sealing work of the sealing station is finished, driving a turntable to rotate by using a stepping motor, so that a clamping device drives a lock head for finishing the sealing to move to a polishing station, then positioning and supporting the lock head by using a positioning piece on the polishing station, and polishing the position of the sealing on the lock head by using the polishing piece on the polishing station so as to ensure that the surface of the lock head is in a flat state; after the polishing work is finished, the stepping motor is utilized to drive the turntable to rotate, so that the clamping device drives the polished lock head to move to the upper part of the blanking channel;

F. and (3) blanking, when the lock head is moved to the upper part of the blanking channel by the clamping device, controlling the pushing device to start, and utilizing the pushing device to enable the clamping device to be changed from a clamping state to a loosening state, so that the lock head falls onto the blanking channel to complete the integral processing step.

The working principle is as follows: when the lock head is machined, firstly, the whole device is connected with an external safe commercial power, then the positioning lifting cylinder 61 is controlled to be started, and the positioning lifting cylinder 61 drives the positioning piece 62 to move upwards after being started, so that the positioning piece 62 is finally stopped between the two clamping grooves 15; then the positioning element 62 is inserted into a lock cylinder channel on a lock head to be processed in a sleeved mode, then the clamping cylinder 59 is controlled to be started, the clamping cylinder 59 drives the clamping pushing element 60 to move towards the direction of the rotary table 3 after being started, the clamping pushing element 60 can push the moving channel of the insert 12 to move towards the direction of the central shaft of the rotary table 3 in the moving process, the middle of the insert 12 is provided with the groove 21, so that the whole insert 12 is in a structure with a narrow middle part and wide two end parts, the wider end part of the insert 12 enters the moving element 17 in the moving process of the insert 12, the insert 12 can push the moving element 17 to move towards the direction far away from the movable clamping element 13, the limiting element 18 close to the movable clamping element 13 can be driven to be in contact with the side surface of the movable clamping element 13 in the moving process of the moving element 17, and the movable clamping element 13 can be pushed towards the direction of the fixed clamping element 11 by the limiting element 18, so that the side surfaces of the movable clamping element 13 and the fixed clamping element 11 are mutually attached, so that the two clamping grooves 15 are mutually matched to finish the clamping work of the lock head, and the spring 14 can be compressed; when the lock head is clamped, the positioning lifting cylinder 61 and the clamping cylinder 59 are controlled to stop, so that the positioning piece 62 is separated from the lock head, and the clamping pushing piece 60 is separated from the embedded block 12; when the tapered end presss from both sides tight back, control step motor 6 certain time, step motor 6 starts the back and can drive driving gear 7 and rotate, because driving gear 7 is connected with 8 meshing of driven gear for can drive driven gear 8 and rotate after the driving gear 7 rotates, because driven gear 8 fixed mounting is on carousel 3 again, can drive carousel 3 and rotate after driven gear 8 rotates, can drive the tapered end toward the bullet hole station that punches a hole and remove through the clamping device after carousel 3 rotates.

When the lock head is moved to a pin hole punching station, the first punching motor 38 and the first punching moving cylinder are controlled to be started, the first punching motor 38 drives the first punching piece 39 to rotate at a high speed after being started, and the first punching moving cylinder drives the first punching piece 39 to move towards the lock head, so that the first punching piece 39 can perform first pin hole punching work on the lock head; after the first bullet hole is punched, controlling the first punching motor 38 and the first punching moving cylinder to stop, so that the first punching piece 39 is separated from the lock head, and then controlling the first servo motor 36 to start in the forward direction for a certain time, the first servo motor 36 can drive the first ball screw 35 to rotate after being started, and the first ball screw 35 can drive the first lifting seat 37 to move upwards for a certain distance after rotating, so that the first lifting seat 37 can drive the first punching motor 38 and the first punching piece 39 to move upwards for a certain distance together, and the first punching piece 39 is moved to a second position where the bullet hole needs to be punched; after the first punching piece 39 moves to the right position, the first servo motor 36 is controlled to stop, and then the first punching motor 38 and the first punching moving cylinder are controlled to start again, so that the first punching piece 39 repeatedly punches; after the second pin hole is punched, the first punching motor 38 and the first punching moving cylinder are controlled to stop again, the first servo motor 36 is started, the first punching piece 39 is moved to the third pin hole punching position, and the pin hole punching work is repeated until all pin holes are punched; the protective cover 40 can protect the periphery of the first punching piece 39 in the whole bullet hole punching process, so that the safety is improved, meanwhile, scraps generated by punching can be prevented from flying around, and the follow-up cleaning work is facilitated; after all the pin holes are punched, the stepping motor 6 is controlled to start for a certain time again, so that the rotary disc 3 drives the lock head with punched pin holes to move to the screw hole punching station through the clamping device.

When the lock head is moved to a screw hole punching station, the second servo motor 46 and the second punching motor 48 are controlled to be started, and the second punching motor 48 drives the second punching piece 49 to rotate at a high speed after being started; the second servo motor 46 can drive the second ball screw 45 to rotate after being started, the second ball screw 45 can drive the second lifting seat 47 to move towards the direction of the rotary table 3 after rotating, and the second lifting seat 47 can drive the second punching motor 48 and the second punching piece 49 to move together in the moving process, so that the second punching piece 49 slowly moves towards the lock head and finally contacts with the top surface of the lock head, and the punching work of the first screw hole position on the lock head is completed; after the first screw hole is punched, controlling the second servo motor 46 to be started reversely, so that the second punching piece 49 is separated from the lock head, then controlling the pushing cylinder 42 to be started, and driving the second mounting plate 44 to move to one side for a certain distance after the pushing cylinder 42 is started, and synchronously driving the second punching motor 48 and the second punching piece 49 to move together in the moving process of the second mounting plate 44, so that the second punching piece 49 moves to the position right above the second screw hole punching position on the lock head; the second servo motor 46 is controlled to be started in the forward direction again, so that the second punching piece 49 performs second punching work on the second screw hole punching position; after two screw holes are punched, the pushing cylinder 42 and the second punching motor 48 are controlled to stop, the second servo motor 46 is controlled to start reversely for a certain time, so that the second punching piece 49 returns to the initial position, and then the stepping motor 6 is controlled to start for a certain time, so that the rotary disc 3 drives the lock head with punched screw holes to move to the mounting station through the clamping device.

After the lock head moves to the sealing piece station, taking out one end part of the sealing piece raw material from the upper material disc 28 and enabling the end part to sequentially pass through the guide column 31, the limiting seat 32, the guide column 31 and the winding disc 29, so that the sealing piece raw material stays between the side surface of the lock head and the sealing piece 27, then firstly controlling the sealing piece air cylinder 26 to start for a certain time, driving the sealing piece 27 to move towards the side surface of the lock head after the sealing piece air cylinder 26 is started, and pushing the sealing piece raw material into a first marble hole in the moving process of the sealing piece 27 to finish the first sealing work; when the starting time of the sealing cylinder 26 is up, the sealing servo motor 24 is controlled to be started positively for a certain time, the sealing servo motor 24 can drive the sealing ball screw 23 to rotate after being started, the sealing ball screw 23 can drive the sealing moving seat 25 to move upwards for a certain distance after rotating, the sealing moving seat 25 can drive the sealing cylinder 26 and the sealing piece 27 to move upwards together in the moving process of the sealing moving seat 25, so that the sealing piece 27 moves to the opposite side of a second spring hole from the bottom to the top of the lock head, and then the sealing cylinder 26 is controlled to be started again for a certain time to enable the sealing piece 27 to repeat the first sealing work; after the second piece sealing work is finished, the piece sealing servo motor 24 is controlled to be started for a certain time in the forward direction repeatedly, so that the piece sealing piece 27 moves to the opposite side of the third spring hole of the lock head from bottom to top, the previous piece sealing work is repeated after the piece sealing piece moves in place, and the previous moving work and the previous piece sealing work are repeated until the piece sealing work is finished on the spring hole of the lock head; after the sealing piece is finished, the stepping motor 6 is controlled to start for a certain time, so that the rotary table 3 drives the lock head with the punched screw hole to move to the polishing station through the clamping device.

When the lock head is moved to a polishing station, the polishing positioning cylinder 68 is controlled to start firstly, and after the polishing positioning cylinder 68 is started, the polishing positioning piece 69 is driven to move towards the lock head, so that the polishing positioning piece 69 enters a lock cylinder channel on the lock head, and the lock head is fixed; then, a polishing propulsion cylinder and a polishing motor 65 are controlled to be started synchronously, the polishing propulsion cylinder can drive a polishing support seat 64 to move towards the direction of the lock head after being started, the polishing motor 65 and a polishing piece 66 can be driven to move together in the process of moving the polishing support seat 64, and finally the polishing piece 66 is in contact with the side face of the lock head with the spring hole; after the grinding motor 65 is started, the grinding piece 66 is driven to move, and the position of the lock head where the sealing piece is finished is ground by the movable grinding piece 66, so that the surface of the finally machined lock head is ensured to be in a smooth state; after the polishing work is finished, controlling the polishing positioning cylinder 68, the polishing propulsion cylinder and the polishing motor 65 to synchronously stop, so that the polishing piece 66 returns to the initial position; then controlling the stepping motor 6 to start for a certain time, so that the turntable 3 drives the lock head with punched screw holes to move to the upper part of the end part of the blanking channel 4 through the clamping device, then controlling the pushing cylinder 53 to start, after the pushing cylinder 53 is started, the pushing block 54 can be driven to move towards the direction of the embedded block 12, the middle part of the embedded block 12 can be pushed to move towards the inside of the moving piece 17 in the moving process of the pushing block 54, when the embedded block 12 moves into the moving piece 12, because the width of the middle part of the embedded block 12 is narrow, the pushing force of the embedded block 12 to the moving piece 17 is weakened, at the moment, the movable clamping piece 13 can move away from the fixed clamping piece 11 under the restoring force of the spring 14, at the moment, the movable clamping piece 13 and the fixed clamping piece 11 can loosen the lock head, and the manufactured lock head falls into the blanking channel 4 to complete the processing work of the whole lock head; the whole process is automatically controlled by a control panel 71 (the control panel 71 can adopt FX2C-20MRD, Cortex-R8 or Cortex-M7 models).
