1. A knife gate valve comprises a valve body, a valve plate and a valve rod, wherein a sealing surface is arranged in the valve body;

the knife gate valve also comprises a pneumatic actuating mechanism, the valve plate is connected with a valve rod, and the valve rod is connected with the output end of the pneumatic actuating mechanism through a pin shaft;

the bottom end of the valve plate is of a wedge-shaped structure, and a funnel groove is formed in the bottom of the valve body;

the dust-discharging device is characterized in that a short pipe is connected to a dust-discharging hole of the knife gate valve, the short pipe is mounted on the knife gate valve through a screw thread, and a dust-discharging end of the short pipe is connected with a cloth bag and used for sucking discharged dust.

Technical Field

The application relates to the field of dust centralized processing, in particular to a dry dedusting knife gate valve.

Background

At present, a dry dust removal system is a filtering system which mainly introduces semi-clean coal gas subjected to gravity dust removal into a cloth bag box body and filters the semi-clean coal gas through a filter bag to reduce the dust content in the coal gas to below 10mg/Nm 3. Semi-clean raw gas from the gravity dust collector enters a lower box body of the bag type dust collector through a branch pipe, the gas containing dust upwards reaches a cloth bag for filtering, fine dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag through filtering, and the purified gas is collected to an upper box body through the filter bag and is sent out through a clean gas branch pipe and a main pipe.

The knife gate valve can cut off media, so that the valve is closed without being blocked by the media, is used more in dry dedusting, and often plays a role in ash discharge. Because the frequent switching is required, the jam and the abrasion are more, and the cleaning and replacing times are greatly increased. In the ash conveying process, when the temperature of the top of the blast furnace is lower than 100 ℃, the water content of the coal gas is high, dust is easy to adhere to an ash conveying pipeline and a valve to form scale, so that the ash conveying pipeline and the valve are blocked, if the coal gas is in the state for a long time, a single valve needs to be cleaned for more than 3 times a day, the service life of the valve is lower than 3 months, and the normal ash conveying of dry dedusting is seriously influenced. The dry dedusting is a gas area, personnel works in the gas area in the process of disassembling, cleaning or replacing the valve, and potential safety hazards exist when the valve is disassembled, cleaned or replaced frequently.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop a knife gate valve capable of reducing the frequency of clogging and extending the service life.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application aims to provide a knife gate valve and a dry dedusting system using the same, wherein an ash discharge device and a pressure sensor are installed on the knife gate valve, the pressure sensor is connected to an operation chamber, and an operator can arrange personnel to discharge ash or clean the valve on site according to pressure change; and the heat preservation is carried out on the ash conveying pipeline, the temperature of the inner wall of the pipeline is improved, and the times of ash deposition on the pipeline and valve blockage are reduced. After the knife gate valve is modified, the service life can be prolonged, the coal gas poisoning risk of personnel is reduced, the dust emission is reduced, and the environment-friendly requirement is met.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the application provides a knife gate valve, which comprises a valve body, a valve plate and a valve rod, wherein a sealing surface is arranged in the valve body; the knife gate valve also comprises a pneumatic actuating mechanism, the valve plate is connected with a valve rod, and the valve rod is connected with the output end of the pneumatic actuating mechanism through a pin shaft; the bottom end of the valve plate is of a wedge-shaped structure, and a funnel groove is formed in the bottom of the valve body; the ash discharge hole of the knife gate valve is connected with a short pipe, the short pipe is installed on the knife gate valve through a screw thread, and the ash discharge end of the short pipe is connected with a cloth bag and used for sucking discharged dust.

Further, the pneumatic actuator is a pneumatic head.

In the implementation process, when the valve is dredged after being blocked, the accumulated dust of the valve is easy to flow disorderly, the field environment is polluted, and the risk of poisoning coal gas of operators is caused. Under the condition, the short pipe and the cloth bag are installed to serve as an ash discharge device, and ash discharged during dredging of the valve can be collected in the dust removal cloth bag through the short pipe, so that secondary pollution is avoided. And the cloth bag can be reused, and the dust can be better recycled.

In the implementation process, in order to ensure good sealing performance, a sealing surface is arranged in the valve body, and the sealing surface is generally made of polytetrafluoroethylene sealing material and has good sealing performance and corrosion resistance. The valve rod is installed at the output that starts actuating mechanism, and particularly, the valve rod is connected with pneumatic actuator's output through the round pin axle for drive the lift of valve plate, realize the effect that opens and shuts, and pneumatic actuator passes through the support mounting on the valve body. Wherein, the pneumatic actuating mechanism is a pneumatic head.

In the ash conveying process, the ash accumulation phenomenon can occur at the bottom of the valve body, so that the valve plate cannot fall to the position, and the condition of poor sealing performance or valve failure is caused. Under this condition, the bottom of valve plate designs into wedge structure, and the bottom of valve body designs into funnel groove structure, and the funnel groove structure is funnel-shaped structure promptly in the cross-section, and when the valve plate descends and arrives the bottom, it was in the funnel groove, even there is the deposition in the funnel groove, the wedge structure also can outwards pass the deposition, avoids the not tight condition of valve closure.

Furthermore, the bottom of the valve body is also provided with an elastic clamping mechanism to avoid lateral displacement of the valve plate; preferably, the elastic gripping mechanism comprises an elastic filling body, and the elastic filling body is one or more of rubber, foaming resin and foam plastic.

In the implementation process, during the machining and assembling process of the knife gate valve, due to the machining precision, the operation proficiency and the like, the valve plate and the valve body channel are difficult to be in a vertical state, a certain deviation sometimes exists, and the sealing performance of the gate valve is affected. And when the knife gate valve is descended and is under certain pressure, the valve plate generates lateral displacement due to slight pressure difference on two sides of the valve plate when the knife gate valve contacts the bottom of the valve body. In this case, an elastic snap mechanism is provided at the bottom of the valve body, the elastic snap mechanism including an elastic filler which is a molded body of one or more of rubber, foamed resin, and foamed plastic, and when the valve plate is lowered to contact the bottom of the valve body, the elastic filler can take on a V-shape deformation to snap the valve plate to prevent lateral displacement. When the valve plate is lifted upwards, the elastic filling body is restored to the original state.

Furthermore, a slightly convex arc surface is arranged at the bottom of the valve body, a concave hole for the slightly convex arc surface to insert is formed in the bottom surface of the valve plate, and when the valve plate moves downwards and is closed, the slightly convex arc surface can be inserted into the concave hole to establish a lower supporting point and avoid lateral displacement of the valve plate.

Further, the knife gate valve also comprises a pressure sensor for monitoring the pressure change of the knife gate valve in real time.

In the implementation process, the knife gate valve is connected to the operation room after the pressure sensor is installed on the knife gate valve, and an operator can watch the pressure parameters in the knife gate valve transmitted by the pressure sensor displayed on the human-computer interface in real time. When the pressure is higher than a normal value, the pressure is possibly blocked at one position inside, so that the pressure is suppressed, and under the condition, an operator can timely blow or knock the valve outside to normally operate the valve without disassembling and cleaning, so that the risk of gas poisoning of constructors can be reduced, the site environment can be improved, the labor intensity of the constructors is reduced, and the frequency of cleaning site sanitation by the constructors is reduced.

Further, the nominal diameter of the short pipe is DN20, and the length of the cloth bag is 0.4-0.6 m.

Furthermore, the valve plate is made of stainless steel, and a hard chromium coating is further arranged on the surface of the valve plate.

In a second aspect, the embodiment of the application provides a dry dedusting system, which comprises the knife gate valve, and further comprises a large ash bin, wherein a nitrogen valve and a vibration motor are arranged on two sides of the large ash bin respectively, a pneumatic half ball valve, a pneumatic clock valve and a knife gate valve are sequentially arranged at the bottom end of the large ash bin, the knife gate valve is connected with a main ash bin through an ash conveying pipe, the bottom end of the main ash bin is connected with one end of an ash discharge valve, and the other end of the ash discharge valve is connected with an automobile; in the operation process, the dust in the large ash bin passes through vibration of the vibration motor and nitrogen purging, sequentially passes through the pneumatic semi-ball valve and the pneumatic bell valve, is output by the knife gate valve, enters the main ash bin through the ash conveying pipe, is discharged into an automobile through the ash discharging valve and is transported outside.

In the implementation process, the pneumatic semi-ball valve and the wear-resistant pneumatic offset bell valve mainly play a role in sealing, and the knife gate valve plays a role in discharging ash.

Furthermore, a snake-shaped heat preservation pipe is arranged on the ash conveying pipe; preferably, the nominal diameter of the serpentine insulating tube is DN 15.

Referring to fig. 1, a knife gate valve is provided, which comprises a valve body 1, a valve plate 2 and a valve rod 6, wherein a sealing surface 3 is arranged in the valve body 1; the knife gate valve further comprises a pneumatic actuating mechanism, the valve plate 2 is connected with a valve rod 6, and the valve rod 6 is connected with the output end of the pneumatic actuating mechanism through a pin shaft; the bottom end of the valve plate 2 is of a wedge-shaped structure, and the bottom of the valve body 1 is provided with a funnel groove; the ash discharge hole of the knife gate valve is connected with a short pipe 5, the short pipe 5 is installed on the knife gate valve through a screw thread, and the ash discharge end of the short pipe 5 is connected with a cloth bag 4 and used for sucking in discharged dust.

The pneumatic actuating mechanism is a pneumatic head. The nominal diameter of the short pipe 5 is DN20, and the length of the cloth bag is 0.4-0.6 m.

Referring to fig. 2, the bottom of the valve body 1 is further provided with an elastic clamping mechanism 20 to prevent the valve plate 2 from laterally displacing; the elastic clamping mechanism 20 comprises elastic filling bodies, wherein the black triangles in fig. 2 are the elastic filling bodies arranged on the left and right, and the elastic filling bodies are one or more of rubber, foaming resin and foamed plastic. When the valve plate 2 descends, the wedge-shaped structures 19 squeeze the elastic fillers on the left and right sides, which deform to bite the valve plate 2.

In order to improve the corrosion resistance and the service life of the valve, the valve plate 2 is made of austenitic stainless steel, so that the corrosion resistance is greatly improved, and the sealing leakage caused by corrosion of the valve plate 2 can be effectively prevented; meanwhile, the surface of the valve plate 2 is also provided with a hard chromium coating, so that the valve plate 2 achieves the purpose of hardening, and the valve plate 2 is protected in the use of high strength.

Referring to fig. 3, the embodiment of the present application provides a dry dedusting system, which includes the knife gate valve. The dry dust removal system further comprises a large ash bin 8, a nitrogen valve 9 and a vibration motor 10 are respectively arranged on two sides of the large ash bin 8, a pneumatic semi-ball valve 11, a pneumatic clock valve 12 and a knife gate valve 13 are sequentially arranged at the bottom end of the large ash bin 8, the knife gate valve 13 is connected with a main ash bin 7 through an ash conveying pipe 14, the bottom end of the main ash bin 7 is connected with one end of an ash discharging valve, and the other end of the ash discharging valve is connected with an automobile 17; in the operation process, the dust in the large ash bin 8 passes through the vibration of the vibration motor 10 and the nitrogen purging, sequentially passes through the pneumatic semi-ball valve 11 and the pneumatic bell valve 12, is output by the knife gate valve 13, enters the main ash bin 15 through the ash conveying pipe 14, is discharged into the automobile 17 through the ash discharging valve 16, and is transported outside.

In the implementation process, the pneumatic semi-ball valve 3 and the pneumatic bell valve 4 mainly play a role in sealing, and the knife gate valve 5 plays a role in discharging ash.

In the implementation process, the ash discharging device and the pressure sensor are arranged on the knife gate valve, the pressure sensor is connected to the operation chamber, and an operator can arrange personnel to go to the site to discharge ash or clean the valve according to pressure change; and the heat preservation is carried out on the ash conveying pipeline, the temperature of the inner wall of the pipeline is improved, and the times of ash deposition on the pipeline and valve blockage are reduced. After the knife gate valve is modified, the service life can be prolonged, the coal gas poisoning risk of personnel is reduced, the dust emission is reduced, and the environment-friendly requirement is met.
