An elbow is characterized by comprising a main joint, an auxiliary joint and a detachable clamping piece, wherein the main joint comprises an adapter part and a first external part for externally connecting a pipeline, and the auxiliary joint comprises a rotating shaft part and a second external part;

the adapter part is provided with a rotating shaft hole matched with the rotating shaft part, and one end of the adapter part penetrates through the rotating shaft hole to be connected with the clamping piece so as to limit the rotating shaft part from being separated from the rotating shaft hole;

9. The elbow according to claim 1, wherein the second outer joining portion is provided with a positioning portion having a maximum width larger than a diameter of the rotation shaft hole to define a maximum depth of insertion of the rotation shaft portion into the rotation shaft hole.

The elbow according to claim 1, wherein the first external connecting portion and the second external connecting portion are provided with threaded portions for connecting with the outside, the end portion of the first external connecting portion and/or the second external connecting portion is provided with a clamping ring portion for clamping a hose, and the clamping ring portion is provided with an inclined surface for guiding the pipe opening to be sleeved in.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an elbow which is simple and compact in structure and can freely control the steering of the elbow.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an elbow, which comprises a main joint, an auxiliary joint and a detachable clamping piece, wherein the main joint comprises a switching part and a first external connection part for externally connecting a pipeline, and the auxiliary joint comprises a rotating shaft part and a second external connection part;

the adapter part is provided with a rotating shaft hole matched with the rotating shaft part, and one end of the adapter part penetrates through the rotating shaft hole to be connected with the clamping piece so as to limit the rotating shaft part from being separated from the rotating shaft hole;

all be equipped with the main entrance that communicates each other in pivot portion and the first external portion, switching portion and the second external portion all are equipped with the accessory channel of intercommunication each other, the main entrance with the accessory channel is connected.

As the improvement of the scheme, the rotating shaft part comprises a rotating shaft section and a clamping section, the rotating shaft section is located in the rotating shaft hole, the clamping section is located outside one end of the switching part, the second external connecting part is located outside the other end of the switching part, and the clamping part is connected to the clamping section.

As an improvement of the scheme, the clamping section is provided with a clamping groove for inserting the clamping piece.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides an elbow, which comprises a main joint 1, an auxiliary joint 2 and a detachable clamping piece 3, wherein the main joint 1 comprises a switching part 11 and a first external connection part 12 for externally connecting a pipeline, and the auxiliary joint 2 comprises a rotating shaft part 21 and a second external connection part 22;

the switching part 11 is provided with a rotating shaft hole 13 matched with the rotating shaft part 21, and one end of the switching part 21 penetrates through the rotating shaft hole 13 to be connected with the clamping piece 3 so as to limit the rotating shaft part 21 to be separated from the rotating shaft hole 13;

the pivot portion 21 and first external portion 12 are interior all to be equipped with the main entrance 4 of mutual intercommunication, switching portion 21 and the external portion 22 of second all are equipped with the accessory channel 5 of mutual intercommunication, main entrance 4 with the accessory channel 5 is connected.

Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the rotating shaft portion 21 is a rotating shaft section 21a and a clamping section 21b, the rotating shaft section 21a is located in the rotating shaft hole 13, the clamping section 21b is located outside one end of the adapting portion 11, the second external connecting portion 22 is located outside the other end of the adapting portion 11, and the clamping member 3 is connected to the clamping section 21b, so that the rotating shaft section 21a is limited to be separated from the rotating shaft hole 13. Correspondingly, the clamping section 21b is provided with a clamping groove 25 for inserting the clamping piece 3, and the clamping piece 3 is preferably a clamping spring, and more preferably an E-shaped clamping spring. For the connection of the clamping piece 3 and the clamping section 21b, the clamping groove of the clamping section 21b can also be replaced by a bolt hole, and correspondingly, the clamping piece is a bolt.

In terms of pipe communication, the side of the rotating shaft 21 is opened with a communication hole 23 communicating with the main channel 4, the main channel 4 communicates with the sub channel 5 through the communication hole 23, so after the first and second external parts 12 and 22 communicate with external pipes, respectively, fluid can flow between the main channel 4 and the sub channel 5 through the communication hole 23.

Moreover, a plurality of the communication holes 23 are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the rotating shaft part 21, so that when the switching part 11 rotates relative to the rotating shaft part 21, at least one through hole 23 of the rotating shaft part 21 is communicated with the main channel 4. Meanwhile, in order to improve the sealing performance of the present invention, two sides of the rotating shaft segment 21a are provided with sealing grooves 24, and the communication hole 23 is located between the two sealing grooves 24. The sealing groove 24 is correspondingly provided with a sealing ring 241.

On the other hand, in order to reduce the number of the communication holes and maintain the communication between the main channel 4 and the sub channel 5, a flow space 6 is left between the shaft segment 21a and the inner wall of the shaft hole 13, and the main channel 4, the communication holes 23, the flow space 6 and the sub channel 5 are communicated in sequence to avoid the communication holes 23 being blocked by the inner wall of the shaft hole 13. As for the number of the communication holes 23, the number of the communication holes 23 may be increased as required according to the flow rate.

In detail, the spindle section 21a includes an upper spindle section 21c and a lower spindle section 21d, and the diameter of the lower spindle section 21d is larger than that of the upper spindle section 21c, so that a gap is left between the upper spindle section 21c and the inner wall of the spindle hole 13 to form the buffer space 6. Correspondingly, for the upper and lower apertures of the rotating shaft hole 13, the apertures at the upper and lower ends are respectively matched with the upper rotating shaft section 21c and the lower rotating shaft section 21 d.

The second outer contact portion 22 is provided with a positioning portion 221, and a maximum width of the positioning portion 221 is larger than a diameter of the rotation shaft hole 13 to limit a maximum depth of the rotation shaft portion 21 inserted into the rotation shaft hole 13, so that the communication hole 23 may correspond to the main channel 4 after the rotation shaft portion 21 is inserted into the rotation shaft hole 13. The positioning portion 221 has a convex ring structure.

As for the external connection mode of the first external connection part 12 and the second external connection part 22, the first external connection part 12 and the second external connection part 22 are both provided with a thread part 7 for connecting with the outside, and external pipelines can be connected in a thread connection mode.

For the connection of flexible pipelines, such as rubber tubes, plastic tubes, etc., the end portions of the first external connecting portion 12 and/or the second external connecting portion 22 are/is provided with a clamping ring portion 8 for clamping a hose, and the clamping ring portion 8 is provided with an inclined surface 81 for guiding a pipe opening to be sleeved in. Because the product of the invention is pre-loaded, the connection with the pipeline of the invention is generally a threaded connection, rather than a flexible pipeline connection. In this case, therefore, the collar portion 8 may be provided only in the first external connection portion 12.
