Background

The spotlight adopts a single high-color rendering high-power LED as a light-emitting element and is matched with a high-quality optical lens which is specially designed, has the advantages of high light efficiency, good color rendering property, large and uniform light spots, long service life and the like, and is mainly suitable for light distribution in places such as stages, theaters, studios, various conference rooms, multifunctional halls and the like. But the current spotlight has simple structure and can not meet the light distribution requirements of various places.

The invention provides a spotlight which comprises a shell, wherein a focusing assembly is arranged in the shell, a light source assembly is arranged on the focusing assembly, a lens is arranged on the shell and corresponds to the light emitting direction of the light source assembly, a control panel is further arranged on the shell, and the control panel is connected with the light source assembly.

To this end, it should be noted that the focusing assembly 3 can move the light source assembly 2 inside the housing, so that the light source assembly 2 and the lens 4 generate different distance positions, thereby achieving the purpose of focusing the light source in the light source assembly 2.

In the further description of the spotlight, the specific structure of the focusing assembly is mainly explained as follows:

referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the focusing assembly 3 includes a focusing bracket 31, a guide shaft 32 and a focusing shaft 33, wherein: the light source component 2 is arranged on the focusing support 31, and the guide shaft 32 and the focusing shaft 33 are arranged in parallel and fixed in the shell; the guide shaft 32 and the focus adjustment shaft 33 respectively pass through the focus adjustment holder 31. A focusing spring wire 34 is wound on the focusing shaft 33, two ends of the focusing spring wire 34 are respectively fixed on the focusing shaft 33, and a focusing knob 35 is arranged at the outer end of the focusing shaft 33.

To this end, it should be noted that, because the length of the focusing spring wire 34 is close to the length of the focusing shaft 33, and both ends of the focusing spring wire 34 are respectively fixed on the focusing shaft 33, when the user rotates the focusing knob 35, the focusing shaft 33 is rotated, the focusing spring wire 34 on the focusing shaft 33 can also rotate, the focusing spring wire 34 can push the focusing bracket 31, the focusing shaft 33 can move on the guide shaft 32, thereby changing the distance between the light source assembly 2 and the lens 4, and achieving the purpose of focusing the light source in the light source assembly. Therefore, the spotlight provided by the invention can conveniently realize the purpose of focusing the light source by guiding and moving the focusing bracket.

In the further description of the spotlight, the heat dissipation function of the light source assembly is mainly explained, specifically: referring to fig. 2, a heat sink 37 with a fan 36 is provided on the focusing bracket and behind the light source assembly.

In contrast, it should be noted that, a heat sink is added to dissipate heat of the light source, so as to ensure the use specification of the light source assembly.

In the further explanation of the spotlight, the specific structure of the housing is mainly explained, specifically:

the shell comprises a frame body 11, wherein an upper cover plate 12, a lower cover plate 13, a front end plate 14, a rear end plate 15 and two side plates 16 are arranged on the frame body, an emission hole 17 is formed in the front end plate 14, and a lens is arranged at the emission hole 17; the outer surface of the rear end plate 15 is provided with a control plate 5.

The upper cover plate 12 and the lower cover plate 13 are provided with heat dissipation holes 18 which are uniformly arranged.

The upper cover plate 12 and the lower cover plate 13 are provided with mounting holes 19, and the mounting holes 19 are provided with heat dissipation hole discs 20.

The light source assembly 2 includes a light source 21 and a circuit board 22.

Referring to fig. 3, the spotlight further comprises a lamp bow assembly 6, the lamp bow assembly 6 being fixed outside the housing.

The lamp assembly 6 comprises a lamp arch 61, a locking member 62 and a lamp arch connector 63, wherein the lamp arch 61 is fixed outside the shell through the locking member 62, and the lamp arch connector 63 is arranged on the lamp arch 61.

The spotlight provided by the invention can adjust the focusing bracket provided with the light source through the guide shaft and the focusing shaft so as to change the distance between the light source component and the lens and realize the purpose of focusing the light source in the light source component.
