The power switch controller 71 starts to energize, and the electromagnet module in the light adjusting device 1 works to turn over the light barrier 14.

The working principle of detection of the detection equipment for the lamplight adjusting device is as follows:

When the light barrier 14 rotates to the position of the sensing lamp 61, the sensing lamp 61 transmits a sensing signal to the angle detecting instrument 6, and the signal indicating lamp on the angle detecting instrument 6 is turned on. This indicates that the assembly is acceptable, and otherwise, the assembly of the light barrier 14 is not acceptable.

After the detection is finished, the power plug 72 is pulled out, the pressure head of the air cylinder 4 is removed, a new piece to be detected is replaced, the above processes are repeated for detection, and then the assembling quality of the light barrier 14 can be efficiently and accurately detected.
