1. A rust removing and polishing device is characterized by comprising:

a frame;

the derusting polisher is arranged on the frame and is used for carrying out derusting polishing treatment on a workpiece to be processed; and

and the dust collection assembly is arranged on the frame and used for collecting scrap iron generated by the derusting and polishing machine in the derusting and polishing process.

2. The rust removing and polishing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said dust collection assembly comprises:

the shell is arranged on the rack, and a storage chamber is formed in the shell and used for storing scrap iron; and

and the exhaust fan is arranged in the storage chamber and used for driving the air with the scrap iron around the rack to flow into the storage chamber.

3. The rust removing and polishing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein said housing is provided at a bottom of said frame; the frame is provided with a workbench, the workbench is provided with an air suction opening, and the air suction opening is communicated with the storage chamber.

4. The rust removing and polishing device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the number of said air suction openings is plural, and the plural air suction openings are arranged in a matrix.

5. A rust removing and polishing device as set forth in claim 3, characterized in that said housing is provided with a cleaning port, and said cleaning port upper cover is provided with a seal cover.

6. A rust removing and polishing device as set forth in claim 3, wherein a filter member is provided in said storage room for filtering the iron pieces.

7. A rust removing polishing device as recited in claim 3, wherein said table is provided with two stoppers symmetrically disposed thereon to form a fixing position for fixing and limiting the workpiece to be processed.

8. The rust removing and polishing apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein both of said stoppers are L-shaped structures.

9. The rust removing and polishing apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 8, further comprising:

the moving mechanism is arranged on the workbench, and the rust removal polishing machine is arranged on the moving mechanism;

the moving mechanism is used for driving the derusting and polishing machine to move along a first direction and a second direction; wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.

The rust removing and polishing device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the moving mechanism comprises a telescopic rod having opposite supporting and mounting ends, the supporting end of the telescopic rod being mounted on the worktable, the mounting end of the telescopic rod being provided with a mounting bracket on which the rust removing and polishing machine is mounted;

in the telescopic process of the telescopic rod, the mounting rack drives the derusting and polishing machine to move along the first direction.

The rust removing and polishing device as claimed in claim 10, wherein a magnet is provided on the mounting frame, a magnetic attraction block having a polarity opposite to that of the magnet is provided on the rust removing and polishing machine corresponding to the magnet, and the rust removing and polishing machine is attached to the mounting frame.

12. The rust removing and polishing device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the mounting frame is rotatably connected to the telescopic rod by a spherical shaft so that the rust removing and polishing machine on the mounting frame can rotate around the spherical shaft.

The rust removing and polishing device as claimed in claim 10, wherein the moving mechanism further comprises a roller, the roller is mounted on the support end of the telescopic rod, a slide groove extending in the second direction is provided on the table, and the roller is disposed in the slide groove to move the rust removing and polishing machine in the second direction.

14. The rust removing and polishing device as claimed in claim 9, further comprising:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of rust removing and polishing equipment, in particular to a rust removing and polishing device.

Background

The section steel is a strip-shaped steel with a certain section shape and size, and is one of four major varieties of steel. According to the section shape, the section steel is divided into simple section steel and complex section steel, wherein the simple section steel and the complex section steel refer to square steel, round steel, flat steel, angle steel, hexagonal steel and the like; the latter refers to i-steel, channel steel, steel rails, sash steel, bent section steel, etc., and i-steel and channel steel are one type of section steel and need to be derusted and polished before being processed in a factory.

Most of the prior art is that angle mills are used manually to derust and polish I-steel and channel-section steel, can produce a large amount of rust cuttings in the rust removal process, and iron fillings float scattered in the air at will, neither do benefit to the healthy of workman, have also caused the pollution of environment.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a rust removing and polishing device, which aims to realize the function of collecting scrap iron so as to avoid the influence of the scrap iron on the body of a worker and prevent the scrap iron from polluting the environment.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rust removing polishing apparatus, comprising:

a frame;

the derusting polisher is arranged on the frame and is used for carrying out derusting polishing treatment on a workpiece to be processed; and

and the dust collection assembly is arranged on the frame and used for collecting scrap iron generated by the derusting and polishing machine in the derusting and polishing process.

Optionally, the dust collection assembly comprises:

the shell is arranged on the rack, and a storage chamber is formed in the shell and used for storing scrap iron; and

and the exhaust fan is arranged in the storage chamber and used for driving the air with the scrap iron around the rack to flow into the storage chamber.

Optionally, the housing is disposed at the bottom of the rack; the frame is provided with a workbench, the workbench is provided with an air suction opening, and the air suction opening is communicated with the storage chamber.

Optionally, the number of the air suction openings is multiple, and the multiple air suction openings are arranged in a matrix.

Optionally, the shell is provided with a cleaning opening, and a sealing cover is arranged on the cleaning opening.

Optionally, a filter member is provided in the storage compartment for filtering the iron pieces.

Optionally, two limiting parts which are symmetrically arranged are arranged on the workbench to form a fixing position for limiting and fixing the workpiece to be processed.

Optionally, the two limiting members are both L-shaped structures.

Optionally, the rust removing polishing apparatus further comprises:

Optionally, a magnet is arranged on the mounting frame, a magnetic attraction block with the polarity opposite to that of the magnet is arranged on the position, corresponding to the magnet, of the derusting polisher, and the derusting polisher is attached to the mounting frame.

Optionally, the mounting frame is rotatably connected with the telescopic rod through a spherical shaft, so that the derusting and polishing machine on the mounting frame can rotate around the spherical shaft.

Optionally, the moving mechanism further includes a roller, the roller is mounted on the supporting end of the telescopic rod, a sliding groove extending along the second direction is formed in the workbench, and the roller is arranged in the sliding groove so that the derusting and polishing machine moves along the second direction.

Optionally, the rust removing polishing apparatus further comprises:

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive effort based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.

In some exemplary technologies, the derusting and polishing treatment of the I-shaped steel and the channel steel adopts a mode of manually using an angle grinder, a large amount of rust scraps can be generated in the derusting process, and the iron scraps float in the air at will, so that the derusting and polishing device is not beneficial to the health of workers and pollutes the environment.

The invention provides a rust removing and polishing device which can be used for performing rust removing and polishing treatment on various steel products, particularly I-shaped steel and channel steel, and is not limited in the position.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the rust removing and polishing apparatus includes a frame 10, a rust removing and polishing machine 20 and a dust collecting assembly 30, wherein the rust removing and polishing machine 20 is mounted on the frame 10 for performing a rust removing and polishing process on a workpiece to be processed; the dust collection assembly 30 is provided to the frame 10 for collecting iron chips generated during the rust removing and polishing process of the rust removing and polishing machine 20.

The frame 10 may be assembled by a plurality of components made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and the like, and is not limited in this respect.

In the present embodiment, the rust removing and polishing machine 20 may be a machine for removing rust and/or polishing, such as an angle grinder, and is not limited herein.

It should be noted that the dust collecting assembly 30 may include a blower, a dust suction pipe, a dust collecting plate, etc., and is not limited herein.

During assembly, the dust collecting component 30 can be fixedly mounted on the frame 10 by means of threaded connection, welding and the like, and then the derusting polisher 20 is adsorbed at a corresponding position on the frame 10 by a magnetic attraction structure and can also be bound on the frame 10 by a binding band, so that the operation is convenient.

It can be understood that, in the invention, the derusting polisher 20 of the derusting polishing device is mounted on the frame 10 for derusting and polishing a workpiece to be processed, and the dust collecting assembly 30 is mounted on the frame 10 for collecting scrap iron generated by the derusting polisher 20 in the derusting and polishing process, so that the function of collecting scrap iron is realized, the influence of the scrap iron on the body of an employee is avoided, and the pollution to the environment is prevented.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the dust collecting assembly 30 may include a housing 31 and a suction fan 32, the housing 31 being mounted to the frame 10, the housing 31 being formed with a storage chamber 31a for storing the iron pieces; an air blower 32 is provided in the storage chamber 31a for driving air with iron pieces around the housing 10 to flow into the storage chamber 31 a. So, can inhale iron fillings and save to locker room 31a, promoted iron fillings collection efficiency, further avoided iron fillings to cause the influence and prevent its polluted environment to the staff health.

In this embodiment, the suction end of the suction fan 32 may correspond to a rust removing polishing area on the frame 10 to suck ambient air and iron dust into the storage chamber 31 a.

Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the housing 31 may be disposed at the bottom of the rack 10; the frame 10 is provided with a worktable 40, the worktable 40 is provided with an air suction opening 40a, the air suction opening 40a is communicated with the storage chamber 31a, and the air inlet end of the exhaust fan 32 can be arranged opposite to the air suction opening 40 a.

It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, an air outlet may be disposed on the casing 31 to circulate air.

Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the number of the air suction openings 40a may be multiple, and the multiple air suction openings 40a are arranged in a matrix, so as to further improve the scrap iron collecting capability of the rust removing and polishing device, further avoid the influence of scrap iron on the body of the worker, and prevent the pollution of the scrap iron to the environment.

After a certain amount of scrap iron is collected, the scrap iron in the storage chamber 31a of the housing 31 needs to be cleaned in time. In order to facilitate the collected iron filings to be taken out and processed in a centralized manner, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the housing 31 may be provided with a cleaning opening, the cleaning opening is covered by a sealing cover 33, and the cleaning opening may be opened at a position such as a bottom of the housing 31, but is not limited thereto.

In some embodiments, a filter member may be disposed in the storage compartment 31a for filtering the iron filings, so as to improve the collection capability of the iron filings, and prevent the iron filings from drifting in the storage compartment 31a and affecting the operation of the fan and other components.

The filter member may be a filter screen, sand, etc., and is not limited herein.

In order to fix the workpiece to be processed conveniently, in an embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 3, two limiting members 41 symmetrically disposed may be disposed on the worktable 40 to form a fixing position for limiting and fixing the workpiece to be processed.

In this embodiment, the two position-limiting members 41 can be set to be L-shaped block structures, etc. to improve the stability of fixing the workpiece to be processed. The workpiece to be processed can be I-steel, channel steel and the like, and the method is not limited in the position.

In order to improve the rust removing and polishing efficiency of the rust removing and polishing machine 20 and facilitate the rust removing and polishing treatment of each part of the workpiece to be processed, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the rust removing and polishing device may further include a moving mechanism 50, the moving mechanism 50 is arranged on the worktable 40, and the rust removing and polishing machine 20 is arranged on the moving mechanism 50; a moving mechanism 50 for driving the rust removing polisher 20 to move in a first direction and a second direction; wherein the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first direction may be a height direction of the rust removing and polishing apparatus, and the second direction may be a length direction of the rust removing and polishing apparatus.

Further, in this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the moving mechanism 50 may include a telescopic rod 51, the telescopic rod 51 has opposite supporting and mounting ends, the supporting end of the telescopic rod 51 is mounted on the worktable 40, the mounting end of the telescopic rod 51 is provided with a mounting bracket 52, and the rust removing and polishing machine 20 is mounted on the mounting bracket 52; wherein, in the process of extending and retracting the telescopic rod 51, the mounting rack 52 drives the rust removing and polishing machine 20 to move along the first direction. Therefore, the height of the derusting polisher 20 can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to different working conditions.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the moving mechanism 50 may further include a roller 54, the roller 54 is mounted on the supporting end of the telescopic rod 51, the worktable 40 is provided with a chute 40b extending along the second direction, and the roller 54 is disposed in the chute 40b to move the rust removing polisher 20 along the second direction. Therefore, the position of the derusting polisher 20 can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to various working conditions.

Of course, in some other embodiments, the lifting platform may also be used to implement the function of moving the rust removing and polishing machine 20 along the first direction, and the function of moving the rust removing and polishing machine 20 along the second direction may also be implemented by using a sliding connection structure, and the specific composition of the moving mechanism 50 is not limited herein.

In order to enlarge the processing area of the rust removing and polishing device for removing rust and polishing the workpiece to be processed, and improve the operation convenience, so as to further improve the rust removing and polishing capability of the rust removing and polishing device, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the mounting frame 52 is rotatably connected with the telescopic rod 51 through a spherical shaft 53, so that the rust removing and polishing machine 20 on the mounting frame 52 can rotate around the spherical shaft 53.

Of course, in some other embodiments, the rotatable function of the rust removing and polishing machine 20 can be realized by adopting a hinge, a rotating shaft, and the like, which is not limited herein.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, a magnet 521 may be disposed on the mounting frame 52, a magnetic attraction block 201 with a polarity opposite to that of the magnet 521 may be disposed on the rust removing polisher 20 corresponding to the magnet 521, and the rust removing polisher 20 is attached to the mounting frame 52. Therefore, the body of the derusting polisher 20 can be prevented from being damaged due to random placement on the workbench 40, and the use safety of the body of the derusting polisher 20 is improved.

In this embodiment, the magnet 521 may preferably be an electromagnet 521, so as to facilitate power-off degaussing for use of the rust removing polisher 20.

In addition, the rust removing and polishing device can further comprise a control board, wherein the control board is arranged on the machine frame 10 and is electrically connected with the exhaust fan 32 and/or the moving mechanism 50 so as to be used for controlling the operation of the exhaust fan 32 and/or the moving mechanism 50.

In this embodiment, the control panel can be used to control the output of air exhauster 32 to adjust the rotational speed, the air draft volume etc. of air exhauster 32, and then the speed of collecting iron fillings, reducible energy loss is adjusted. The control board can also be used for controlling the displacement of the moving mechanism 50 so as to accurately adjust the position of the rust removing and polishing machine 20, thereby improving the processing precision.

It should be noted that the control panel may adopt a single chip, a DSP, an FPGA, and other controllers, which is not limited herein.
