1. A porcelain cross arm, comprising:

a porcelain cross arm body (1);

the lead fixing assembly is arranged at one end of the porcelain cross arm body (1), the lead fixing assembly comprises a retaining ring (22) with an opening and a movable piece (23), and the movable piece (23) is arranged at the opening in a swinging mode to avoid a lead and enable the lead to enter the retaining ring (22) from the opening or block the opening so that the lead is fixed in the retaining ring (22);

the pole tower connecting assembly is arranged at the other end of the porcelain cross arm body (1) and comprises a locking ring (31) with adjustable inner diameter, and the locking ring (31) can be sleeved outside the pole tower.

7. The porcelain cross arm according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of reinforcing members (11) arranged on the porcelain cross arm body (1) at intervals, wherein both ends of the reinforcing members (11) protrude from the porcelain cross arm body (1).

8. Porcelain cross arm according to claim 7, characterized in that the reinforcement (11) is of one-piece construction with the porcelain cross arm body (1).

9. Porcelain cross-arm according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the inner wall of the retaining ring (22) is provided with a first non-slip layer.

At present, when a network distribution overhead line is distributed, a tower and an overhead conductor are connected together by a porcelain cross arm, namely, the overhead conductor is fixed at one end of the porcelain cross arm by a binding wire, the other end of the porcelain cross arm is fixed on the tower by a fastener matched with a fastener, the installation method usually needs manual close-range operation and judges whether the fixing is firm according to experience, in addition, when the overhead conductor is replaced, the binding wire needs to be replaced after being detached by an insulating operating rod, and the binding wire is firmly wound and fixed on the porcelain cross arm in a cross-shaped mode by the insulating operating rod, so that the disassembly and assembly efficiency is low, and the installation stability is difficult to ensure.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a porcelain cross arm which is simple in structure and convenient to use, improves the disassembly and assembly efficiency and ensures the installation stability.

a porcelain cross arm body;

the wire fixing component is arranged at one end of the porcelain cross arm body and comprises a retaining ring with an opening and a moving part, and the moving part is arranged at the opening in a swinging mode to avoid a wire from entering the retaining ring from the opening or block the opening so that the wire is fixed in the retaining ring;

the pole tower connecting assembly is arranged at the other end of the porcelain cross arm body and comprises a locking ring with an adjustable inner diameter, and the locking ring can be sleeved outside the pole tower.

Preferably, the lead fixing assembly further comprises an elastic piece, two ends of the elastic piece are respectively connected with the moving piece and the porcelain cross arm body, and the moving piece can block the opening when the elastic piece is in a free length.

Preferably, the lead fixing assembly further comprises a base, the base is fixed to one end of the porcelain cross arm body, the retaining ring is fixed to the base, and one end of the movable piece is rotatably connected with the base; the porcelain cross arm further comprises a wire anti-falling part, one end of the wire anti-falling part is rotatably arranged on the base, and the other end of the wire anti-falling part can be abutted to the outer wall of the retaining ring to form a closed space with the retaining ring.

As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment provides a porcelain cross arm, which includes a porcelain cross arm body 1, and a wire fixing assembly and a tower connecting assembly respectively disposed at two ends of the porcelain cross arm body 1, wherein the wire fixing assembly includes a retaining ring 22 provided with an opening and a moving member 23, the moving member 23 is swingably disposed at the opening to avoid a wire from entering the retaining ring 22 from the opening or to block the opening so as to fix the wire in the retaining ring 22; the tower connecting assembly comprises a locking ring 31 with adjustable inner diameter, and the locking ring 31 can be sleeved outside the tower.

During installation, the movable part 23 is rotated to enable the wire to penetrate through the opening in the retaining ring 22, the movable part 23 is rotated in the opposite direction to seal the opening to fix the wire, the wire is sleeved on the tower through the locking ring 31, the inner diameter of the wire is adjusted to prevent the locking ring 31 from sliding along the axial direction of the tower, and therefore the connection between the porcelain cross arm and the wire and the tower is completed; during the removal, only the inner diameter of the locking ring 31 and the rotating movable piece 23 need to be adjusted respectively. The porcelain cross arm is simple in structure and convenient to use, and the mounting stability is guaranteed while the dismounting efficiency is improved.

Further, the porcelain cross arm further comprises a wire falling-off prevention piece 4, one end of the wire falling-off prevention piece 4 is rotatably arranged on the base 21, and the other end of the wire falling-off prevention piece 4 can be abutted against the outer wall of the retaining ring 22 to form a closed space with the retaining ring 22. When one end of the wire anti-falling part 4 abuts against the outer wall, the wire anti-falling part is detachably fixed to the retaining ring 22 by a fastener in this embodiment, however, in other embodiments, other structures may be adopted to detachably connect the wire anti-falling part 4 to the retaining ring 22, and this embodiment is not limited in particular.

Example two

The embodiment provides a porcelain cross arm, which further improves the stability of the porcelain cross arm connected with a wire and a tower respectively on the basis of the first embodiment.

Specifically, the first anti-slip layer is laid on the inner wall of the retaining ring 22 to prevent the retaining ring 22 from sliding along the axial direction of the wire, so that the stability of connection between the porcelain cross arm and the tower is affected. Similarly, the inner wall of the movable member 23 may also be laid with a first anti-slip layer, and this embodiment is not particularly limited.

Further, the inner wall of the lock ring 31 is paved with a second anti-slip layer to avoid the lock ring 31 from slipping along the axial line of the tower, and further influence the stability of the connection between the porcelain cross arm and the wire.

Exemplarily, the first anti-slip layer and the second anti-slip layer are both made of rubber materials, so that not only can the friction force of contact be improved, but also the damage to the wires and the outer wall of the tower during disassembly and assembly can be avoided due to the fact that the rubber materials have certain elastic energy.
