Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.

Terms such as "upper," "above," "lower," "below," and the like, used herein to denote relative spatial positions, are used for ease of description to describe one element or feature's relationship to another element or feature as illustrated in the figures. The spatially relative positional terms may be intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the device in the figures is turned over, elements described as "below" or "beneath" other elements or features would then be oriented "above" the other elements or features. Thus, the exemplary term "below" can encompass both an orientation of above and below. The device may be otherwise oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.

Also, it should be understood that, although the terms first, second, etc. may be used herein to describe various elements or structures, these described elements should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish these descriptive objects from one another. For example, a first groove may be referred to as a second groove, and similarly a second groove may also be referred to as a first groove, without departing from the scope of the present application.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a fixing beam for fixing a photovoltaic module, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including:

the fixed beam 1 is provided with a first groove 11, the first groove 11 and the fixed beam 1 extend along the same direction, and a sliding block 13 which can only slide along the first groove 11 is arranged in the first groove 11; here, the slider 13 can only slide along the first groove 11, i.e. is caught in the first groove 11, and the slider 13 cannot be removed from the first groove 11 in a direction away from the bottom surface of the first groove 11. Alternatively, the sliding block 13 is square, and the first groove 11 and the fixed beam 1 extend along a straight line direction.

The end surface of the sliding block 13 far away from the bottom surface of the first groove 11 is provided with a threaded hole 131 and a bolt 132 matched with the threaded hole 131. Here, a female screw is provided in an inner surface of the screw hole 131, the bolt 132 is composed of a nut 1321 and a screw 1322, and a male screw is provided on the screw 1322, and the female and male screws are engaged with each other. Alternatively, the extension direction of the screw hole 131 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the first recess 11, and the screw hole 131 penetrates through the top surface (i.e., the surface away from the bottom surface of the first recess 11) and the bottom surface (i.e., the surface facing the bottom surface of the first recess 11) of the slider 13.

In practice, a through hole is required to be formed in the bracket, and the size of the nut 1321 is larger than that of the through hole, when the installation is carried out, the sliding block 13 is required to slide to a proper position to align the threaded hole 131 with the through hole, then the screw 1322 is sequentially passed through the through hole and the threaded hole 131, and then the bolt 132 is tightened to fix the fixing beam 1 to the bracket.

In this embodiment, in the first groove 11, an end portion of each inner side surface, which is far away from the bottom surface, is provided with an inward extending flange 121, and the flange 121 slidably abuts against an end surface, which is far away from the bottom surface, of the slider 13. Here, as shown in fig. 1, the first groove 11 has a bottom surface, an inner side surface is provided on both sides of the bottom surface, and a flange 121 is provided on an end of each inner side surface away from the bottom surface, so that the flange 121 clamps the slider 13 in the first groove 11, and the slider 13 cannot be removed from the first groove 11 in a direction away from the bottom surface of the first groove 11 because the flange 121 slides against the top surface of the slider 13.

In this embodiment, each inner side surface of the first groove 11 is provided with a protruding strip 122, and the protruding strip 122 and the first groove 11 extend along the same direction; the protruding strip 122 slides against the end surface of the slider 13 facing the bottom surface. Here, the bottom surface of the slider 13 slides against the rib 122, and thus the slider 13 is caught between the turned edge 121 and the rib 122, it can be understood that the turned edge 121 and the rib 122 limit the moving distance of the slider 13 in the direction away from the bottom surface of the first recess 11, and also limit the moving distance of the slider 13 in the direction toward the bottom surface of the first recess 11.

In this embodiment, the threaded hole 131 penetrates an end surface of the slider 13 facing the bottom surface.

In this embodiment, a protrusion 133 is disposed on an end surface of the slider 13 away from the bottom surface of the first groove 11, and the protrusion 133 does not extend out of the flange 121. Here, in actual construction, constructor can stir the lug 133 through the finger to be convenient for constructor adjusts the position of slider 13, because lug 133 does not stretch out turn-ups 121, consequently, when fixing the fixed beam to the support, the support can lean on this turn-ups 121, thereby fixed beam and support can be by fixed together tightly.

In this embodiment, the end surface of the slider 13 facing the bottom surface of the first groove 11 is provided with a concave portion 132. Here, the concave portion 132 can reduce the strength of the slider 13 as little as possible while reducing the weight of the slider 13.

In this embodiment, the fixing beam 1 is provided with a second groove 14, and the second groove 14 and the fixing beam 1 extend along the same direction. Here, in actual use, an edge of the photovoltaic panel may be inserted into the second groove 14, thereby achieving connection between the photovoltaic panel and the second groove 14.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a photovoltaic module, including:

the photovoltaic panel, the bracket and the fixed beam in several embodiments, the edge of the photovoltaic panel is fixed to the fixed beam, and the fixed beam and the bracket are connected through the bolt 132.

Here, the photovoltaic panel may be a single crystalline silicon photovoltaic panel, a polycrystalline silicon photovoltaic panel, and an amorphous silicon photovoltaic panel; the photovoltaic panel may be square in shape, etc.

The number of the fixing beams 1 can be determined according to actual conditions, for example, one fixing beam 1 can be fixed at each of two opposite edges of the photovoltaic panel, or the fixing beams 1 can be fixed at all the edges of the photovoltaic panel, and in addition, the fixing beams 1 can be adjacent end to form an annular frame. Glue can be adopted between the photovoltaic panel and the fixed beam 1 for connection and the like.

In this embodiment, the fixing beams 1 are connected end to form an annular frame, the second grooves 14 on the fixing beams 1 form an annular groove, and the edge of the photovoltaic panel is inserted into the annular groove.

In this embodiment, adopt glue to connect between the edge of photovoltaic panel and the annular groove.

It should be understood that although the present description refers to embodiments, not every embodiment contains only a single technical solution, and such description is for clarity only, and those skilled in the art should make the description as a whole, and the technical solutions in the embodiments can also be combined appropriately to form other embodiments understood by those skilled in the art.

The above-listed detailed description is only a specific description of a possible embodiment of the present invention, and they are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and equivalent embodiments or modifications made without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
