Based on the development of information technology and the application of the information technology in a pig farm, currently, the critical data of the day age, the weight, the body size, the feed intake, the water intake and the like of the pigs in the pig farm in the breeding process can be basically obtained in real time. For example: the method is characterized in that an RFID electronic tag is worn on a pig, one-to-one information editing (including pig species, weight, vaccine epidemic prevention conditions and the like) is carried out on the pig and the pig according to a unique ID code of the RFID electronic tag, meanwhile, an RFID reader is installed in a pig passage, a pig feeding groove, a pig weighing table and the like, when the pig enters the identification range of the RFID reader, the reader can automatically identify relevant information (such as weight, eating, drinking, vaccine, sick condition medicine feeding conditions and the like) of the pig, the acquired information is automatically uploaded to a data center, and a manager checks the condition of the pig through an operating system.

However, in the process of conventional pig raising or intelligent pig raising, problems in a plurality of subdivided fields still remain to be solved, wherein the most important problem is that the drinking bowl of the fattening pig is difficult to clean. Although the pig water bowl has the advantages of water conservation, safe use and the like, the defects are very obvious: the pigs can bring the feed attached to the mouth into the drinking bowl only in the process of drinking water, so that dirt can be accumulated in the using process, and the pigs are troublesome to clean; taking a fattening pig barn as an example, on average, dirt accumulation in drinking bowls occurs every two days, even dirt appears on the bowl walls, and therefore, workers need to regularly perform water spraying cleaning and brushing cleaning, and one working worker needs to clean one drinking bowl at least for two minutes, which wastes time and labor.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a water drinking system for fattening pigs, which is at least used for solving the problems of complex cleaning process, time consumption and labor consumption of the existing water drinking bowl.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme.

A drinking water system for fattening pigs comprises a water supply pipeline and a water drainage pipeline, wherein a drinking bowl is arranged on the water supply pipeline, and the low point of the drinking bowl is connected with the water drainage pipeline; the method is characterized in that: the water bowl is provided with an elastic bandage with good water permeability (the good water permeability means that tap water or purified water can instantly permeate the elastic bandage), when the elastic bandage is not pressed by the hunch of the pig mouth (the hunch is pressed by the pig mouth which is forcibly hunched and pressed downwards), the elastic bandage at the bowl mouth is in a flat state, at the moment, the inner cavity of the water bowl positioned at the inner side of the elastic bandage is a closed space, and the upper surface of the elastic bandage is flush with the edge of the water bowl; when the elastic bandage is pressed by the arch of the mouth of the pig, the elastic bandage at the bowl opening is concave (at the moment, the elasticity of the elastic bandage is not larger than the arch pressure of the pig), so that the pig can only drink water through the elastic bandage; when the pig's mouth is removed from the elastic bandage, the elastic bandage returns to a flat state.

For improving the comfort of the pig when drinking water, the elastic bandage is made of spandex elastic bandage, cotton elastic bandage or PBT elastic bandage, and the wall thickness of the elastic bandage is not more than 2 mm.

As a preferred scheme, the elastic bandage is fixed on the drinking bowl through a locking component or an annular pressing plate.

In order to further reduce the difficulty of cleaning the drinking bowl, the upper surface of the elastic bandage in a flat state is downwards inclined by 10-20 degrees.

In order to further reduce the cleaning difficulty of the drinking bowl and improve the cleaning efficiency, the drinking bowl is also provided with an air pipe which is externally connected with a compressed air source, and high-pressure air flow blown out from an air outlet of the air pipe just flows along the surface of the elastic bandage in a stretched flat state.

In order to further improve the cleaning effect of the drinking bowl, the gas outlet of the gas pipe is a flat opening, and the width of the seam of the flat opening is not more than 2 mm.

step 2, according to the body weight information, the age information and the feed intake of the pigs, matching the optimal water intake in combination with the body weight information, the age information and the feed intake, and controlling a water inlet electromagnetic valve to intermittently supply water to a drinking bowl by a control unit, wherein the water inlet electromagnetic valve is closed after the water supply reaches a preset value;

step 3, when the infrared sensor detects that the pigs do not drink water within half a minute, the control unit controls the drainage electromagnetic valve to be opened for drainage, and controls the drainage electromagnetic valve to be closed after drainage is finished; meanwhile, an air supply valve on the air pipe is controlled to be opened, and the surface of the elastic bandage is blown by means of compressed air; after the cleaning is carried out for the preset time, the air supply valve is closed;

step 4, when the daily drinking times and the total drinking amount of the pigs reach preset values, the pigs do not supply water to the water bowl any more even if the pigs approach the water bowl again;

step 5, controlling the opening of an air supply valve on the air pipe again at nine points every night, and blowing the surface of the elastic bandage by means of compressed air; and after the preset cleaning time, closing the air supply valve.

step 2, according to the body weight information, the age information and the feed intake of the pigs, matching the optimal water intake in combination with the body weight information, the age information and the feed intake, and controlling a water inlet electromagnetic valve 11 to intermittently supply water to a drinking bowl 2 by a control unit, wherein the water inlet electromagnetic valve 11 is closed after the water intake reaches a preset value;

step 3, when the infrared sensor detects that the pigs do not drink water within half a minute, the control unit controls the drainage electromagnetic valve 31 to be opened for drainage, and controls the drainage electromagnetic valve 31 to be closed after drainage is finished; meanwhile, the air supply valve on the air pipe 13 is controlled to be opened for 2-5 seconds, and the surface of the elastic bandage 4 is blown by compressed air; after the cleaning is carried out for the preset time, the air supply valve is closed;

step 4, when the daily drinking times and the total drinking amount of the pigs reach preset values, the pigs do not supply water to the pigs even if the pigs approach the drinking bowl 2 again;

step 4, when the daily drinking times and the total drinking amount of the pigs reach preset values, the pigs do not supply water to the pigs even if the pigs approach the drinking bowl 2 again;

step 5, controlling the opening of the air supply valve on the air pipe 13 again at nine points every night, and blowing the surface of the elastic bandage 4 by means of compressed air; after the cleaning is carried out for the preset time, the air supply valve is closed;

step 6: and when monitoring that the total water intake of the pigs in the current day and/or the total water intake of the pigs in two consecutive days is lower than a preset lower limit value, the control unit displays that the pigs drink water abnormally.

It should be noted that the drinking data (the required drinking amount of pigs in each growth stage, the required drinking amount of pigs with different body weights, the calculation method of the water supply amount, etc.) are all routine knowledge in the field and can be easily obtained by those skilled in the art.
