Technical Field

The invention relates to health-care tea, in particular to spleen-tonifying and dehumidifying tea and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Dampness refers to the phenomenon of spleen-dampness retention caused by the hypofunction of the spleen or the heavy diet. The moisture is divided into external moisture and internal moisture according to the source, the external moisture refers to air moisture and environmental moisture, such as rainy season in summer or bad living habits (air conditioning, wet hair falling asleep) and the like, and the external moisture can invade into the human body to cause diseases; internal dampness refers to the failure of the digestive system to operate, i.e., the water flow in the body is out of control, which leads to the accumulation of body fluids, or the formation of internal dampness due to excessive water in the diet, alcohol consumption, cold diet, etc.

Modern life style causes more or less moisture in human body, and the most common way of eliminating dampness is to drink the health-care tea for eliminating dampness. The existing health tea is mainly prepared by using red beans and pearl barley as main raw materials and through the modes of baking, frying, rolling, grinding and the like; the health tea is brewed with water and drunk as tea soup, thereby achieving the efficacy of eliminating dampness and promoting health. However, because some effective components in the raw materials such as the red beans and the coix seeds can be dissolved out only by long-time decoction and are difficult to dissolve out only by brewing, the effective components in the raw materials such as the red beans and the coix seeds cannot be well utilized by the existing health-care tea, and the dampness eliminating effect is relatively poor.

12) Trial drinking test

Trial drinking tests were performed on the spleen-invigorating and dehumidifying tea N1 prepared in example 1 and the spleen-invigorating and dehumidifying tea D1 to D2 prepared in comparative examples 1 to 2, respectively.

The trial drinking test publicizes 150 patients (age 40-55 years) with phlegm-dampness constitution, wherein the main symptoms of the phlegm-dampness constitution of each half of men and women include: abdominal distention, inappetence, dry and sticky mouth, halitosis, loose stool, asthenia, heavy limbs, and excessive phlegm. The trial drinking test records phlegm-dampness symptoms of the trial drinker from one week before trial drinking to 12 weeks after trial drinking in the form of questionnaires.

It should be noted that during the recruitment process, the recruited trial drinkers do not include pregnant women, women ready for pregnancy, and lactating women; those who are allergic to the ingredients of the present compositions; patients who are participating in other drug clinical trials; the patients in the disease state are discovered through comprehensive physical examination; suspected or certain abuse of alcohol, past history of drugs, etc.

150 patients with phlegm-dampness constitution who took part in the trial drinking were randomly divided into 3 groups, each of which was half a male and a female. The first to third groups were administered with the spleen invigorating and dehumidifying tea N1 prepared in example 1 and the spleen invigorating and dehumidifying tea D1 to D2 prepared in comparative examples 1 to 2, respectively, wherein the spleen invigorating and dehumidifying tea N1 and D2 were eaten as a whole, the spleen invigorating and dehumidifying tea D1 was only drunk with water, the drinking trial was carried out for 12 weeks, each person was brewed one bag per day, and then the therapeutic effects were observed and recorded.

The curative effect is evaluated by comparing the related symptoms of the trial drinker before and after treatment, wherein the effect is shown as follows: most symptoms disappear after treatment; the method has the following advantages: partial symptoms are improved after treatment; and (4) invalidation: the symptoms are not obvious after treatment.

The specific therapeutic statistics are as follows:

TABLE 2 Effect List of spleen invigorating and dehumidifying tea
