When the device falls off from a table, the support frame 71 moves downwards to be in contact with a piston rod of the piston cylinder 1001, the support frame 71 drives the piston rod of the piston cylinder 1001 to move downwards, the piston rod of the piston cylinder 1001 moves downwards to push air into the hose 1002, the air in the hose 1002 is discharged into the air bag 1006, the air bag 1006 starts to expand, the support frame 71 is also in contact with the second wedge-shaped block 1007, the support frame 71 drives the second wedge-shaped block 1007 to move downwards, the seventh spring 1008 is compressed, the second wedge-shaped block 1007 moves downwards to drive the second contact block 1005 to move outwards, the second contact block 1005 moves outwards to drive the sliding plate 1003 to move outwards, the sixth spring 1004 is compressed, the sliding plate 1003 moves outwards to drive the hose 1002 to move outwards, the hose 1002 moves outwards to drive the air bag 1006 moves outwards, the air bag 1006 moves outwards to be separated from contact with the first fixing frame 3, and the air bag 1006 also better expands, when the support bracket 71 stops moving downwards, the piston cylinder 1001 stops discharging air into the hose 1002, the air bag 1006 stops expanding, and the air bag 1006 contacts with the ground to perform buffering protection on the device. The special-shaped fixing block comprises a special-shaped fixing block 5 and is characterized by further comprising a clamping mechanism 12, wherein the clamping mechanism 12 comprises a second fixing block 1201, a second clamping block 1202 and a ninth spring 1203, the second fixing block 1201 is fixedly connected to the middle of the front side of the outer top of the special-shaped fixing block 5, the second clamping block 1202 is slidably connected to the upper portion of the second fixing block 1201 in a penetrating mode, the second clamping block 1202 is in contact fit with an annular frosted resin plate 1101, and the ninth spring 1203 is connected between the inner side of the second clamping block 1202 and the outer side face of the second fixing block 1201.

When light dim spots need to be caused, the annular frosted resin plate 1101 can be pulled to move upwards, the annular frosted resin plate 1101 moves upwards to drive the first clamping block 1102 to move upwards, when the first clamping block 1102 moves upwards to contact with the upper portion of the lamp tube 6, the lamp tube 6 enables the first clamping block 1102 to move outwards, the eighth spring 1103 is stretched, the first clamping block 1102 continues to move upwards to be separated from the lamp tube 6, the first clamping block 1102 moves inwards to reset under the action of the eighth spring 1103, the annular frosted resin plate 1101 is loosened, the first clamping block 1102 is limited by the lamp tube 6, and the annular frosted resin plate 1101 enables the irradiated light not to be bright. When the lamp tube 6 needs to be completely irradiated, the first latch 1102 can be pulled to move outwards, the eighth spring 1103 is pulled, the first latch 1102 moves outwards to be separated from the lamp tube 6, the annular frosted resin plate 1101 is pushed to move downwards to reset, and the first latch 1102 is released to move inwards to reset. Thus, the brightness of the lamp light can be adjusted.

When the light is needed to be dim, the second fixture block 1202 may be pulled to move outward, the ninth spring 1203 is stretched, the second fixture block 1202 moves outward to be separated from the annular frosted resin plate 1101, and the annular frosted resin plate 1101 may be pulled to move upward to cover the lamp tube 6, so that the light is not illuminated so brightly. When the annular ground resin plate 1101 is moved downward and returned, the second latch 1202 is moved inward and returned to block and limit the annular ground resin plate 1101 due to the action of the ninth spring 1203. In this way, the annular ground resin plate 1101 can be prevented from moving.
