As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment discloses a linear binding machine, which includes a frame 1, a platen 2, a thread hooking device, a text fixing device, and a punching device 3, wherein the platen 2 and the punching device 3 are both mounted on the frame 1, and the punching device 3 is located at one side of the platen 2. The text fixing device is arranged at one end of the bedplate 2 close to the punching device 3.

The punching device 3 comprises a punching bracket 3-1, and the punching bracket 3-1 is connected to one end of the rack 1. The punching device is characterized in that a punching handle 3-2 is arranged on the punching support 3-1, the upper end of the punching support 3-1 is rotatably connected with a handle rotating shaft 3-3, two ends of the punching handle 3-2 are respectively connected with two ends of the handle rotating shaft 3-3, and the handle rotating shaft 3-3 can be driven to rotate by rotating the punching handle 3-2. The punching support 3-1 is provided with a plurality of punching knives 3-4, and in the embodiment, the number of the punching knives 3-4 is three. Each punching knife 3-4 is connected with the handle rotating shaft 3-3 through a punching transmission mechanism, and the handle rotating shaft 3-3 can be rotated to drive the punching knives 3-4 to move up and down. The punching transmission mechanism comprises a punching gear 3-5, a punching fixed rack 3-6 and a punching movable rack 3-7, the punching gear 3-5 is tightly matched on the handle rotating shaft 3-3, the cross section of the rotating shaft of the punching handle 3-2 is a polygon, and a polygon hole matched with the handle rotating shaft 3-3 is arranged in the middle of the punching gear 3-5. The punching device is characterized in that the punching fixed rack 3-6 is fixedly connected to the punching support 3-1, one side of the punching gear 3-5 is meshed with the punching fixed rack 3-6, the movable racks are fixedly connected to the movable plate, sliding grooves 3-8 are formed in two sides of the punching support 3-1, and two sides of the movable plate are respectively in sliding fit with the sliding grooves 3-8. The movable gear rack is engaged on the other side of the punching gears 3-5. The two sides of the punching support 3-1 are respectively provided with a sliding chute 3-9, and the two ends of the handle rotating shaft 3-3 are respectively matched in the sliding chutes 3-9. The rotating of the punching handle 3-2 can drive the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the movable plate is driven to move up and down, the punching knife 3-4 can be driven to move up and down, and the punching knife 3-4 can punch the text when moving downwards. The punching knife 3-4 is of a hollow structure, the movable plate is connected with a waste hopper 3-10, the punching knife 3-4 is fixedly connected with the waste hopper 3-10, a through hole of the punching knife 3-4 is communicated with the waste hopper 3-10, a discharge hole of the waste hopper 3-10 is positioned in the punching support 3-1, the punching support 3-1 is also provided with a material receiving box 3-11, the material receiving box 3-11 is positioned below a discharge hole of the waste hopper 3-10, after the punching knife 3-4 punches, punched waste paper is left in the through hole of the punching knife 3-4, and when no waste paper exists in the through hole of the punching knife 3-4, the waste paper can be extruded from the upper end of the through hole of the punching knife 3-4, squeezed into a waste hopper 3-10 and then dropped into a receiving bin 3-11.

As shown in fig. 4 to 8, the platen 2 is disposed above the frame 1, a fixing plate 4-1 is further fixedly connected to an upper side of an end portion of the frame 1 close to the punching device, sliding shaft sleeves 4-2 are disposed on two sides of the fixing plate 4-1, and the sliding shaft sleeves 4-2 form sliding rails. The arrangement direction of the through hole of the sliding shaft sleeve 4-2 is consistent with the length direction of the rack 1. One side of the bedplate 2 close to the fixed plate 4-1 is provided with two sliding shafts 4-3, the number and the size of the sliding shafts 4-3 correspond to those of the sliding shaft sleeves 4-2, and the number of the sliding shafts 4-3 is also two. The bedplate 2 is provided with a mounting bracket 201, the mounting bracket 201 is provided with a mounting groove (not shown), the sliding shaft 4-3 is embedded in the mounting groove, and the sliding shaft 4-3 is fixedly connected to the mounting bracket 201 through a fixing block 4-4, namely the fixing block 4-4 is positioned at the lower side of the sliding shaft 4-3, the fixing block 4-4 is fixedly connected to the bedplate 2, and the fixing block 4-4 presses the sliding shaft 4-3 on the bedplate 2. A limiting protrusion (not shown) is arranged in the mounting groove, a limiting concave ring (not shown) is arranged on the side wall of the sliding shaft 4-3, and the limiting protrusion is embedded in the limiting concave ring. In order to more stably mount the sliding shafts 4-3 on the bedplate 2, each sliding shaft 4-3 is fixed by two sets of mounting brackets 201 and fixing blocks 4-4. One ends of the two sliding shafts 4-3 close to the fixed plate 4-1 are in one-to-one corresponding sliding fit in through holes of the two sliding shaft sleeves 4-2.

And a limiting structure capable of limiting the first position and the second position of the bedplate 2 is arranged between the rack 1 and the bedplate 2. In this embodiment, the first position is a position where a sheet is punched on the platen 2, and the second position is a position where the platen 2 is drawn out.

The limiting structure comprises a limiting pin 4-5, a first clamping position 4-6 and a second clamping position 4-7. The limiting pin 4-5 is of a columnar structure, and the lower end of the limiting pin 4-5 is a hemisphere. A groove 202 is arranged on one side of the bedplate 2 close to the frame 1, the limiting pin 4-5 is arranged in the groove 202, and the lower end of the limiting pin 4-5 is exposed out of the groove 202. An elastic piece is arranged between the limiting pin 4-5 and the groove bottom of the groove 202, and the elastic piece is a spring. The first blocking position 4-6 and the second blocking position 4-7 are both arranged on the wall of the machine frame 1 close to the bedplate 2. The first clamping position 4-6 and the second clamping position 4-7 are both positioning holes or positioning grooves, and the aperture of the positioning holes or the aperture of the notch of the positioning grooves is smaller than the diameter of the lower end of the hemisphere of the limiting pin 4-5. When the bedplate 2 is at the first position, the limiting pin 4-5 is clamped on the first clamping position 4-6, and when the bedplate 2 is at the second position, the limiting pin 4-5 is clamped on the second clamping position 4-7. In order to achieve stable position limitation, in this embodiment, the position limitation structure is provided with two, namely, two positioning pins, two first detents 4-6 and two second detents 4-7.

When the bedplate 2 is positioned at a paper punching position, the limiting pin 4-5 is clamped in the first clamping position 4-6. After the paper is punched, the bedplate 2 is pulled, the lower end of the hemispheroid of the limiting pin 4-5 can be pulled out of the first clamping position 4-6, slides on the wall of the rack 1 and can be clamped into the second clamping position 4-7 after sliding for a certain distance, and the paper on the bedplate 2 can be threaded and knotted at the moment, so that the use is very convenient.

As shown in fig. 9 to 13, the document fixing device is installed at one end of the platen 2 near the punching device. The text fixing device comprises a paper pressing plate 5-1 and two positioning mechanisms, in the embodiment, the two positioning mechanisms are arranged, and the two positioning mechanisms are respectively arranged between two ends of the paper pressing plate 5-1 and two sides of the end part of the bedplate 2 in a one-to-one correspondence mode.

The positioning mechanism comprises a locking shaft 5-2, a locking piece 5-3 and a driving piece 5-4. The lower surface of the side part of the end part of the bedplate 2 is fixedly connected with a bracket 5-5. The bracket 5-5 is provided with a first shaft sleeve 5-501 and a second shaft sleeve 5-502, and the first shaft sleeve 5-501 and the second shaft sleeve 5-502 are integrally formed. The driving part 5-4 is in a circular shaft shape, and the driving part 5-4 is in sliding fit in the first shaft sleeve 5-501. The upper end of the driving piece 5-4 penetrates through the bedplate 2 and is exposed outside the bedplate 2 to form a button. The outer wall of the driving piece 5-4 is provided with a limiting convex ring 5-401, and the limiting convex ring 5-401 is limited outside the lower end of the shaft sleeve. The lower end face of the driving piece 5-4 is provided with a connecting bulge 5-402, and the connecting bulge 5-402 is used for being connected with the locking piece 5-3.

The locking shaft 5-2 is sleeved with a fixing sleeve 5-6, the fixing sleeve 5-6 is in sliding fit in the second shaft sleeve 5-502, and the upper end of the locking shaft 5-2 penetrates through the bedplate 2 and then is fixedly connected with the paper pressing plate 5-1. A return elastic part 5-7 is arranged between the locking shaft 5-2 and the paper pressing plate 5-1, in the embodiment, the return elastic part 5-7 is a spring, the spring is sleeved outside the locking shaft 5-2, one end of the spring is propped against the lower side of the paper pressing plate 5-1, and the other end of the spring is propped against the upper end face of the fixed sleeve 5-6.

The locking piece 5-3 is sequentially provided with a first connecting part 5-301, a locking part 5-302 and a second connecting part 5-303 along the length direction of the locking piece 5-3, and the first connecting part 5-301, the locking part 5-302 and the second connecting part 5-303 are integrally formed. The first connecting part 5-301 is planar, the locking part 5-302 is inclined, and the second connecting part 5-303 is also planar. The locking part 5-302 is provided with a first through hole 5-304, and the second connecting part 5-303 is provided with a second through hole 5-305. The outer wall of the second shaft sleeve 5-502 is provided with a hinge part 5-503, the first connecting part 5-301 is provided with a lug 5-306, and the lug 5-306 is hinged on the hinge part 5-503. A driving elastic member 5-8 is arranged between the bracket 5-5 and the second connecting portion 5-303, in this embodiment, the driving elastic member 5-8 is also a spring, and in order to make the structure more reliable, the number of the springs is two, and the two springs are respectively located on two sides of the second connecting portion 5-303. The lower end of the locking shaft 5-2 passes through the first through hole 5-304 and then is exposed outside the lower side of the locking member 5-3, the lower end of the locking shaft 5-2 is provided with a first limiting member 5-9, and the first limiting member 5-9 is limited at the lower side of the locking member 5-3. An included angle which is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 5-60 degrees is formed between the locking part 5-302 and the locking shaft 5-2, the included angle is preferably larger than 20 degrees and smaller than 60 degrees, and the locking part 5-3 and the locking shaft 5-2 are clamped mutually. The connecting projection 5-402 of the driving member 5-4 is inserted into the second through hole 5-305, and the lower end surface of the driving member 5-4 is limited on the upper side of the locking member 5-3.

The bracket 5-5 is also provided with a third shaft sleeve 5-504, and the third shaft sleeve 5-504 is integrally formed with the first shaft sleeve 5-501 and the second shaft sleeve 5-502. The third shaft sleeve 5-504 is internally matched with a guide shaft 5-10 in a sliding way, and the upper end of the guide shaft 5-10 penetrates through the bedplate 2 and is fixedly connected to the paper pressing plate 5-1. The lower end of the guide shaft 5-10 is exposed out of the lower end of the third shaft sleeve 5-504, the lower end of the guide shaft 5-10 is connected with a second limiting piece 5-11, and the second limiting piece 5-11 is limited at the lower side of the guide shaft 5-10.

The paper pressing process of the text fixing device is as follows: the paper is placed on the bedplate 2, the paper pressing plate 5-1 is pressed downwards, the paper pressing plate 5-1 moves downwards to drive the locking shaft 5-2 to move downwards together, the locking shaft 5-2 can be clamped tightly by the inclined surface of the locking part 5-302 in the process that the locking shaft 5-2 moves downwards, and the paper pressing plate 5-1 can fix the paper after the paper is compacted. After punching and threading are finished, a button (namely the end part of the driving part 5-4) is pressed, the driving part 5-4 moves downwards to push the locking part 5-3 to rotate, so that the locking part 5-302 slowly tends to be horizontal, the clamping force between the locking part 5-302 and the locking shaft 5-2 disappears gradually, and when the clamping force is smaller than the elasticity of the return elastic part 5-7, the return elastic part 5-7 can rebound automatically to automatically lift the paper pressing plate 5-1, so that the operation is very convenient.

As shown in fig. 14 to 17, the thread hooking device is disposed below the frame 1 and is located at a position corresponding to the second position of the bedplate 2. The support is provided with a through hole for the passage of a crochet needle 6-5, the position of the fixing plate 4-1 corresponding to the through hole of the support is provided with a crochet groove 4-101, and the bottom of the crochet groove 4-101 is also provided with a through hole for the passage of the crochet needle. When the bedplate 2 is located at the first position, the thread releasing groove 203 is arranged at the position of the bedplate 2 corresponding to the thread hooking groove 4-101, the thread releasing groove 203 is communicated with the thread hooking groove 4-101, and cotton threads can be clamped in the thread hooking groove 4-101 through the thread releasing groove 203. An avoiding groove 204 is arranged at one end of the bedplate 2 close to the perforating device. When the bedplate 2 is at the second position, the thread hooking needle 6-5 can pass through the through holes on the bracket and the fixing plate 4-1 and then pass through the avoiding groove 204 at the end part of the bedplate 2 to hook the thread in the thread hooking groove 4-101, thereby realizing thread hooking.

The thread hooking device comprises a handle 6-1, a fixed shaft 6-2, a sliding block 6, a guide shaft 6-4 and a transmission mechanism. The guide shafts 6-4 and the sliding blocks 6 are both installed in the machine frame 1, in this embodiment, two guide shafts 6-4 are provided, the lower ends of the two guide shafts 6-4 are both fixedly connected to the bottom plate 6-10, and the bottom plate 6-10 is fixedly connected to the machine frame 1. The sliding block 6 is provided with two guide holes 6-301, and the number of the guide holes 6-301 is also two. The sliding blocks 6 are in sliding fit with the guide shafts 6-4, and the two guide shafts 6-4 are correspondingly matched with the two guide holes 6-301 one by one. The sliding block 6 can slide up and down along the guide post. The upper surface of the sliding block 6 is provided with a plurality of thread hooking needles 6-5, in the specific embodiment, the number of the thread hooking needles 6-5 is corresponding to that of the punching knives, and the number of the thread hooking needles 6-5 is three, and the three thread hooking needles 6-5 are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the upper surface of the sliding block 6.

The transmission mechanism comprises a fixed rack 6-6, a movable rack 6-7 and a gear 11, and in the embodiment, the fixed rack 6-6, the movable rack 6-7 and the gear 11 are provided with two groups. The fixed shaft 6-2 is a square shaft, the middle part of the gear 11 is provided with a square hole 6-801 matched with the square shaft, and the two gears 11 are sleeved outside the square shaft. The two side walls of the frame 1 are both provided with long holes 101, and the long holes 101 are longitudinally arranged. The fixed shaft 6-2 and the gear 11 are installed in the frame 1, two ends of the fixed shaft 6-2 respectively penetrate through the long holes 101 on the two side walls of the frame 1 and then are exposed outside the long holes 101, two ends of the fixed shaft 6-2 are respectively provided with a limiting piece 6-9, and the limiting pieces 6-9 on two sides limit the fixed shaft 6-2 on the frame 1. The handle 6-1 is arranged on the end part of the fixed shaft 6-2 exposed out of the side wall of the frame 1. The two fixed racks 6-6 are fixedly connected to the mounting plates 6-11, and the mounting plates 6-11 are fixedly connected to the rack 1. The two movable racks 6-7 are fixedly connected on the sliding block 6. The two fixed racks 6-6 and the two movable racks 6-7 are parallel to each other in a one-to-one correspondence, and the teeth of the fixed racks 6-6 and the teeth of the corresponding movable racks 6-7 are arranged oppositely. The two fixed racks 6-6 and the two movable racks 6-7 are respectively meshed with the two gears 11 in a one-to-one correspondence.

The upper side of the frame 1 is provided with a first through hole for the thread-hooking needle 6-5 to pass through, the bedplate plate 2 is provided with a clearance groove, and the paper pressing plate 5-1 is provided with a second through hole for the thread-hooking needle 6-5 to pass through.
