As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the sewing table 6 is provided with a rack 8 and a standby rack 9 arranged along the width direction thereof, the rack 8 and the standby rack 9 are arranged in front of and behind each other, and the rack 8 on the side close to the unwinding device 4 is the standby rack 9 on the side close to the winding device 15. Two ends of the rack 8 and two ends of the standby rack 9 are respectively fixed on the same base 10, the base 10 is slidably mounted on the sewing platform 6 along the length direction of the sewing platform 6, and the rack 8 and the standby rack 9 are slidably mounted on the sewing platform 6. A plurality of groups of sewing machine heads 81 are arranged on the frame 8 along the length direction of the frame, and each group comprises two sewing machine heads 81; a plurality of standby machine heads 91 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the sewing machine heads 81 and have the same structure are arranged on the standby frame 9, the sewing machine heads 81 and the standby machine heads 91 are in communication control connection with the master control console 16, and the sewing needles on the sewing machine heads 81 and the standby machine heads 91 can move up and down. The gauze 1 is loosened by the unwinding device 4, the gauze 1 is rolled by the rolling device 15, and the plurality of sewing heads 81 or the standby heads 91 work at fixed positions to sew the developing lines 2 on the gauze 1 by the sewing lines 21. Wherein, the sewing machine head 81 and the standby machine head 91 work alternately and are standby mutually, thereby improving the production efficiency.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to slidably mount the base 10 on the fixing table 6, a guide groove 61 which is arranged along the length direction of the fixing table 6 and is matched with the base 10 is provided on the fixing table 6, a screw rod 101 which is arranged along the length direction of the guide groove is positioned and rotatably mounted in the guide groove 61, and the base 10 is slidably mounted in the guide groove 61 and is in threaded connection with the screw rod 101. One end of the screw rod 101 extends out of the guide groove 61 and is connected with a servo motor 102 for driving the screw rod to rotate, and the servo motor 102 is in communication control connection with the console 16 and is provided with a travel switch 103.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the allowance of the suture thread 21 is insufficient or the thread jamming phenomenon occurs, the console 16 controls the servo motor 102 to work, the servo motor 102 drives the screw rod 101 to rotate, the driving base 10 is driven to move, the stitching machine head 81 or the standby machine head 91 is moved to the stitching joint of the development thread 2, the development thread 2 is continuously stitched, the need of suspending installation of a new suture thread 21 or the thread jamming phenomenon is avoided, and the production efficiency is effectively improved. Wherein, servo motor 102 is equipped with travel switch 103 and by total console 16 communication control, improves degree of automation, and the distance between reserve frame 9 and the frame 8 is fixed and synchronous motion moreover, travel switch 103 as long as the fixed distance that sets up can, guarantee that the machine head 81 of sewing up can accurate alternate use with reserve aircraft head 91. Of course, the main console 16 can also close the travel switch 103, and move the machine frame 8 and the standby frame 9 to one end of the sewing table 6 for the worker to repair.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to cut off the suture thread 21 when the remaining amount of the suture thread 21 is insufficient or the thread jamming occurs, so that the sewing machine head 81 and the standby machine head 91 can smoothly and alternately operate, a baffle plate 12 and a cutter 11 are provided on both the frame 8 and the standby frame 9 along the length direction thereof, the cutter 11 and the baffle plate 12 are provided in the front and rear direction, and the suture thread 21 on the sewing machine head 81 and the standby machine head 91 passes through between the corresponding cutter 11 and the baffle plate 12. Guide grooves 112 arranged along the length direction of the sewing table 6 are respectively arranged on the machine frame 8 and the standby frame 9, two ends of the cutting knife 11 are respectively installed in the guide grooves 112 in a sliding mode, the cutting knife 11 is connected with a small air cylinder 111 driving the cutting knife to slide along the guide grooves 112, and the small air cylinder 111 is in communication control connection with the main control table 16.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the remaining amount of the sewing thread 21 is insufficient or the thread jamming occurs, the console 16 controls the corresponding small cylinder 111 to drive the cutter 11 to move toward the baffle 12, and the cutter 11 cuts off all the sewing threads 21 on the sewing head 81 or the standby head 91, so as to move the standby head 91 or the sewing head 81 to the sewing position of the developing thread 2 for sewing. Wherein, baffle 12 plays the supporting role with the cooperation of cutter 11, guarantees that cutter 11 can cut off stylolite 21 fast. In addition, the cutter 11 can cut off the suture lines 21 on a plurality of sewing machine heads 81 on the frame 8 or the suture lines 21 on a plurality of standby machine heads 91 on the standby frame 9 at the same time, and a cutting device and a corresponding driving mechanism which correspond to the sewing machine heads 81 or the standby machine heads 91 one to one do not need to be arranged independently, so that the structure is effectively simplified.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, in order to more accurately determine the remaining amount of the suture thread 21 or whether the thread jamming phenomenon occurs, the stitching head 81 and the standby head 91 are respectively provided with the counter 14 and the thread jamming sensor 13, and the counter 14 and the thread jamming sensor 13 are connected to the small cylinder 111 and the servo motor 102 through the console 16 in a communication control manner. Wherein, card line sensor 13 is the sensor that sets up on the line book of loose stylolite 21, and during normal work, the stitch aircraft nose 81 of consolidating or reserve aircraft nose 91 can drive the line book and rotate during normal work, and the rotation of line book can normally be responded to the sensor, and when taking place the card line, the line book can not rotate, and the rotation that the sensor can not respond to the line book can feedback signal to total control platform 16 promptly. The counter 14 can count the number of operations of the suture thread fixing head 81 and the standby head 91, respectively, sequentially calculate the length of the suture thread 21 to be used, and judge the remaining length of the suture thread 21.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the thread jamming or lack of the remaining amount of the sewing thread 21 occurs, the thread jamming sensor 13 or the counter 14 feeds back a signal to the console 16, the console 16 controls the small cylinder 111 and the servo motor 102 to operate sequentially, and after the cutting knife 11 cuts off the sewing thread 21, the base 10 drives the sewing machine head 81 and the standby machine head 91 to move, so that the sewing machine head and the standby machine head 91 can be used alternately. In this embodiment, the console 16 is further provided with a thread-changing reminder 161 in communication connection with the counter 14 and a thread-jamming alarm 162 in communication connection with the thread-jamming sensor 13, and when the remaining amount of the suture thread 21 is insufficient or a thread jamming phenomenon occurs, the thread-changing reminder 161 or the thread-jamming alarm 162 gives an alarm to remind a worker to change the thread reel or handle a thread jamming failure in time.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to send the end of the developing line 2 to the sewing machine head 81 or the standby machine head 91 at the beginning of the sewing, a clamping bar 7 is provided at one end of the sewing table 6 near the discharging frame 5 along the width direction thereof, the clamping bar 7 is slidably mounted on the sewing table 6 along the length direction of the sewing table 6, and a plurality of fixing clips 74 are provided on the clamping bar 7 along the length direction thereof, and the fixing clips 74 are electromagnetic control clips which are controlled by the general control station 16 through communication.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the sewing table 6 is provided with a receding groove 62 arranged along the longitudinal direction thereof, a rack 73 arranged along the longitudinal direction thereof is arranged in the receding groove 62, a gear 71 engaged with the rack 73 is rotatably mounted at the end of the clamping rod 7 in a positioned manner, and the gear 71 is connected with a small motor 72 which drives the gear to rotate and is in communication control connection with the console 16. After the end of the developing line 2 is clamped on the fixing clamp 74, the small motor 72 drives the gear 71 to rotate, under the meshing action of the gear 71 and the rack 73, the clamping rod 7 moves along the abdicating groove 62, the end of the developing line 2 moves to the sewing machine head 81 or the standby machine head 91, after the sewing machine head 81 or the standby machine head 91 sews and fixes the end of the developing line 2 on the gauze 1, the general control table 16 controls the fixing clamp 74 to loosen, and the gauze 1 is convenient to be wound by the winding device 15.

As shown in fig. 2 and 4, in the present embodiment, in order to ensure that the developing lines 2 are sewn on the gauze 1 in a straight line, the feeding frame 5 is provided with a speed regulator 51, one end of the sewing table 6 close to the feeding frame 5 is provided with a tension rod 54 parallel to the reversing rod 52, the tension rod 54 is embedded with a plurality of pressure sensors 55 corresponding to the developing lines 2 one by one, and the pressure sensors 55 are in communication control connection with the speed regulator 51 through the master control table 16. The tension rod 54 plays a role in tensioning the developing wire 2, and ensures that the developing wire 2 is in a stretched state; the developing line 2 bypasses the tension rod 54 to apply a certain pressure to the tension rod 54, when the developing line 2 is loosened, the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 55 is smaller than a set value, the pressure sensor 55 feeds back a signal to the master console 16, and the master console 16 controls the speed regulator 51 to work, so that the loosening speed of the developing line 2 is reduced, and the developing line 2 is in a stretched state again.

In addition, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a reversing rod 52 parallel to the tension rod 54 is further arranged below the material placing frame 5, a plurality of limiting rings 53 are arranged on the reversing rod 52 along the length direction of the reversing rod, and the limiting rings 53 are positioned below the reversing rod 52 and are axially arranged along the length direction of the sewing table 6. The developing line 2 bypasses the reversing rod 52 and passes through the limiting ring 53, the reversing rod 52 plays a reversing role for the developing line 2, the limiting ring 53 plays a limiting role for the developing line 2, the developing line 2 is prevented from moving on the reversing rod 52, and the developing line 2 is ensured to be sewn and fixed on the gauze 1 in a straight line to a certain extent.

The working principle and the using method of the invention are as follows:

according to the invention, the developing lines 2 are sewn and fixed on the gauze 1 through the suture lines 21, compared with the method that the developing lines 2 are woven in the spinning stage of the gauze 1, the spinning difficulty of the gauze 1 is effectively reduced, the spinning process is simplified, the limitation on the application range of the gauze 1 is avoided, compared with the method that the developing lines 2 are ironed and fixed on the gauze 1 by adopting an ironing machine in the later stage, the firmness of fixing the developing lines 2 on the gauze 1 is effectively improved, the developing lines 2 are prevented from falling off, and the energy is saved and the consumption is reduced.

In the developing thread ironing and fixing device, a master control table 16 controls the automatic operation of the whole device, an unreeling device 4 is used for installing a gauze roll to be sewn and fixed with developing threads, a reeling device 15 is used for reeling the gauze roll sewn and fixed with the developing threads, and an unreeling frame 5 is used for unreeling the developing threads 2. When the fixation of the developing line 2 is started, the developing line 2 passes through the limiting ring 53 and bypasses the tensioning roller, the end part of the developing line 2 is clamped on the fixing clamp 74, the small motor 72 works to drive the clamping rod 7 to move, the end part of the developing line 2 is moved to the fixation machine head 81 or the spare machine head 91, the fixation machine head 81 or the spare machine head 91 fixes the end part of the developing line 2 on the gauze 1, the general control table 16 controls the fixing clamp 74 to loosen, and the gauze 1 is convenient to be wound by the winding device 15. The gauze 1 is loosened by the unwinding device 4, the gauze 1 is rolled by the rolling device 15, and the plurality of sewing heads 81 or the standby heads 91 work at fixed positions to sew the developing lines 2 on the gauze 1 by the sewing lines 21.

When the allowance of the thread jamming or the sewing thread 21 is insufficient, the thread jamming sensor 13 or the counter 14 feeds back a signal to the master control station 16, the master control station 16 controls the small air cylinder 111 and the servo motor 102 to work in sequence, and after the cutting knife 11 cuts off the sewing thread 21, the base 10 drives the sewing machine head 81 and the standby machine head 91 to move so as to be used alternately. Meanwhile, the wire replacement reminder 161 or the wire clamping alarm 162 gives an alarm to remind the worker to replace the wire coil or process the wire clamping fault in time. In addition, when the developing line 2 is loosened, the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 55 is smaller than the set value, the pressure sensor 55 feeds back a signal to the console 16, and the console 16 controls the speed regulator 51 to work, so that the releasing speed of the developing line 2 is reduced, and the developing line 2 is in a stretched state again.
