The working principle is as follows: in the using process, firstly, spherical parts are poured into the polishing pool 3, then the cover body is covered, the driving motor 21 is started to drive the polishing pool 3 to rotate, the spherical parts rub and collide with each other in the rotating process of the polishing pool 3, and meanwhile, the spherical parts also rub and collide with the first polishing belt 4, so that rust and dirt on the surfaces of the spherical parts are effectively removed; after the grinding pool 3 rotates for a period of time, the electric cylinder 7 is used for controlling the material leaking plate 5 to ascend, so that spherical parts in the grinding pool 3 can fall into the collecting cylinder 8 from the opening, and the distance between the inner wall of the collecting cylinder 8 and the outer wall of the grinding cylinder 11 is matched with the specification of the spherical parts, so that the spherical parts can just fall into a gap between the collecting cylinder 8 and the grinding cylinder 11, the servo motor 31 is started at the moment, the servo motor 31 drives the grinding cylinder 11 to rotate, the spherical parts can fall down and rub the second grinding belt 10 at the same time, and therefore dirt and rust on the surfaces of the spherical parts are further removed; finally, the spherical parts falling from the collecting cylinder 8 just fall on the conveying mechanism, at this time, the spray pipe 18 washes the spherical parts by using the spray nozzles 19, the washed spherical parts are sent out from the discharge port 12, and the whole cleaning process is finished.
