In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the second limiting structure further includes at least two lower mold guide rails 124 disposed opposite to each other, and disposed on the lower mold fixing plate 12 and parallel to the lower mold guide grooves 312, and two sides of the lower mold plate 31 are slidably connected to the lower mold guide rails 124.

Specifically, in this embodiment, the two lower mold guide rails 124 are provided to position the lower mold block 3 in a direction perpendicular to the lower mold guide grooves 312, so as to further ensure that the position of the lower mold block is kept stable during hot pressing.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, middle module 4 includes:

the bottom of the base 41 is detachably connected with the top of the fixing plate 32, and a handle 411 is arranged on the side surface of the base 41;

and the middle template 42 is arranged on the top of the base 41 and is detachably connected with the base 41.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, two sides of the base 41 perpendicular to the side of the handle 411 are oppositely provided with a middle mold guide 412, two sides of the fixing plate 3 are oppositely provided with a base guide 413, two sides of the middle mold 42 are detachably connected with the middle mold guide 412, and the middle mold guide 412 is detachably connected with the base guide 413.

Specifically, in this embodiment, in the preparation process of the integrally formed inductor, the middle mold module 4 needs to be moved to different devices to complete the corresponding process flow, and the operation is more convenient by setting the handle 411. The middle mold plate 42 is detachably connected with the base 41, so that the middle mold plate 42 can be replaced conveniently according to the product preparation requirements of different inductance models, a plurality of third mold cavities 421 are arranged on the middle mold plate 42, and the third mold cavities 421 are matched with the punch specifications of the upper punch 23. Furthermore, a third die cavity 421 suitable for different punch specifications can be disposed on one middle die plate 42, and the corresponding upper punch 23 is installed at the corresponding position in the female die member 22, so as to realize simultaneous preparation of products with different inductance models, and further improve the production efficiency.

As a preferred embodiment, the device further comprises a third limiting structure, which comprises:

at least one third positioning column 321 disposed at the edge of the fixing plate 32;

at least one third positioning hole 322 is opened on the edge of the base 41 and the middle mold plate 42 corresponding to the third positioning post 321.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the third positioning posts 321 and the third positioning holes 322 are arranged, so that the lower mold module 3 is limited when sliding into the top of the lower mold fixing plate 12 along the lower mold guiding grooves 312, that is, when the third positioning posts 321 fall into the third positioning holes 322, the lower mold module is installed in place, and the middle mold plate 42 is fixed between the third positioning posts 321 and the handle 411.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the upper mold 2 is provided with at least one middle guide post 25, and the middle mold 4 and the lower mold 3 are respectively provided with guide post holes 26 corresponding to the middle guide posts 25.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the middle guide post 25 is preferably disposed at the bottom of the female mold element 22, and the upper floating plate 24 is correspondingly provided with a hole for the middle guide post 25 to pass through. When the hot pressing device drives the upper die fixing plate 11 and the lower die fixing plate 12 to move relatively, before the upper die module 2 contacts the middle die module 4, the middle guide post 25 firstly sequentially penetrates through the guide post holes 26 of the middle die module 4 and the lower die module 3, so that the upper die module 2, the middle die module 4 and the lower die module 3 are sequentially aligned along the vertical direction, the punch of the upper punch 23 is further ensured to be aligned with the third die cavity of the middle die module 4, and the punch of the upper punch 23 is prevented from being dislocated with the third die cavity of the middle die module 4 during hot pressing.
