In addition, when the movable rod 6 moves towards the direction close to the flexible discharge pipe 15, the protruding block 9 presses the end part of the swing rod 21 close to the movable rod 6, the swing rod 21 rotates under the pressing of the protruding block 9, the upper swing rod 21 and the lower swing rod 21 respectively drive the upper knocking block 16 and the lower knocking block 10 to rotate towards the direction far away from the upper discharge pipe 17 and the lower discharge pipe 12, and meanwhile, the swing rod 21 rotates to enable the torsion spring to store force. When the carriage release lever 6 is not offseted with arch 5, carriage release lever 6 is rapid reverse movement under the effect of extension spring 8, the tip that salient piece 9 and swinging arms 21 are close to carriage release lever 6 at once, swinging arms 21 reverse swing under the spring action of torsional spring, on, lower swinging arms 21 drives respectively and beats piece 16 and beat piece 10 down and beat respectively to last discharging pipe 17 and lower discharging pipe 12 and beat, thereby can make last discharging pipe 17 and lower discharging pipe 12 produce the vibration and be favorable to being scraped the material and dropping, the clearance of material in last discharging pipe 17 and lower discharging pipe 12 has further been improved. In the present embodiment, the rotation speed of the rotating ring 7 is slow, and therefore the swing of the swing lever 21 is not affected by the centrifugal force of the rotating ring.
