In one embodiment, with reference to fig. 1 to 5 and the previous embodiments, the leakage-proof device 4 includes a feeding guide tube 42, a turnover mechanism 43, a driving mechanism 44, a feeding diversion bin 45 and a leakage diversion bin 46;

the feeding guide pipe 42 is used for controlling the flow of the additive, and the feeding guide pipe 42 rotates or overturns through the overturning mechanism 43;

the driving mechanism 44 is used for controlling the feeding guide pipe 42 to rotate or turn along the turning mechanism 43 so as to change the flow guiding direction of the feeding guide pipe 42;

the feeding diversion bin 45 is used for collecting the admixture weighed by the weighing hopper 3 and guiding the admixture into the water weighing hopper 5;

the feeding diversion bin 45 is used for collecting the additive leaked from the weighing hopper 3.

In one aspect of the present embodiment, the leakage preventing device 4 further includes a protecting cover 41 and a position signal detecting sensor 48, the protecting cover 41 covers the feeding pipe 42, the position signal detecting sensor 48 is disposed in the protecting cover 41, and the position signal detecting sensor 48 is electrically connected to the discharging valve 36.

In this embodiment, the end of the feeding guide pipe 42 is disposed above the leaking diversion warehouse 46 during weighing of the admixture, when the weighing hopper 3 leaks due to the untight sealing of the discharge valve 36, the leaked admixture is conveyed to the leaking diversion warehouse 46 through the feeding guide pipe 42 and collected, and is guided into the collection barrel 6 through the leaking drainage pipe 47 for recycling, and simultaneously, after the weighing hopper 3 finishes weighing the admixture and reaches a specified weight, the feeding guide pipe 42 is controlled by the driving mechanism 44 to rotate along the turnover mechanism 43, so that the end of the feeding guide pipe 42 is disposed above the feeding diversion warehouse 45, at this time, the discharge valve 36 is opened to guide the admixture into the feeding diversion warehouse 45 along with the feeding guide pipe 42, and finally enters the water weighing hopper 5 to be stirred with the concrete raw material, thereby completing the adding work of the admixture, and further, the state of the feeding guide pipe 42 is detected by the position signal detection sensor 48, after weighing, whether the feeding guide pipe 42 reaches the feeding diversion bin 45 through the position signal detection sensor 48, the feeding guide pipe 42 sends a signal to the discharge valve 36 to be opened for conveying until the feeding guide pipe 42 reaches the upper portion, the phenomenon that a large amount of additives are leaked due to blanking in the rotating process of the feeding guide pipe 42 is avoided, after the feeding guide pipe 42 conveys the materials, the driving mechanism 44 is used for driving and resetting, the closed loop control is achieved, and the resetting result of the feeding guide pipe 42 can also be monitored through the position signal detection sensor 48 in the resetting process of the feeding guide pipe 42.

In one embodiment, in conjunction with fig. 1-6 and the previous embodiments, the end of the conveying pipe is connected with a defoaming device 7, and the defoaming device 7 comprises a connecting pipe 71, a helical blade 72, a filter plate 73 and an extension hose 74;

the end at the conveyer pipe is connected to connecting pipe 71, and connecting pipe 71 is inside to be rotated and to be equipped with and be used for carrying the additive and tentatively remove the helical blade 72 of bubble, and the below of helical blade 72 is equipped with and is used for filtering and removing bubble filter 73 to the additive, and extension hose 74 extends the one end that sets up and deviates from the conveyer pipe at connecting pipe 71, and extension hose 74 adopts flexible material.

In one aspect of this embodiment, the inner wall of the connecting pipe 71 is embedded with threads, and is connected with the conveying pipe threads through threads, the connecting pipe 71 is internally connected with a helical blade 72, the helical blade 72 can be driven by a motor to rotate, and the connecting pipe 71 is internally provided with a filter plate 73, and the filter plate 73 is located below the helical blade 72.

In one embodiment, in combination with fig. 6-9 and the previous embodiments, the defoaming rod 75 is rotatably disposed on the upper surface of the filter plate 73, the defoaming rod 75 is attached to the surface of the filter plate 73, and the end of the defoaming rod 75 attached to the filter plate 73 is provided with a slope portion, and the defoaming rod 75 is used for squeezing the additive into the filter plate 73 to squeeze and defoam the additive.

In one case of the present embodiment, the bevel surface is embedded with a cutting fence 751.

In one case of the present embodiment, the defoaming lever 75 rotates coaxially with the spiral blade 72, and the spiral blade 72 and the defoaming lever 75 are fixedly connected.

In this embodiment, defoaming pole 75 rotates and extends hose 74 upper surface along with helical blade 72 and rotates, and the one end that defoaming pole 75 and filter 73 laminated is equipped with inclined plane portion, extrudees through inclined plane portion to making the admixture pass filter 73 and then carry out defoaming treatment to the admixture when the pivoted, and further inlays at inclined plane portion and is equipped with cutting grid plate 751 and can further improve the extrusion and the defoaming effect of defoaming pole 75 to the admixture.

In an embodiment, with reference to fig. 6 to 10 and the foregoing embodiments, a buffer rod 77 is fixedly connected to an end of the defoaming rod 75 away from the spiral blade 72, the buffer rod 77 includes a buffer convex rod 771, a spring 772, a movable link 773 and a fixed link 774, the fixed link 774 is fixedly connected to an end of the defoaming rod 75 away from the spiral blade 72, the movable link 773 is slidably sleeved inside the fixed link 774, the buffer convex rod 771 is fixedly connected to an end of the movable link 773 away from the fixed link 774, the buffer convex rod 771 and the fixed link 774 are elastically connected through the spring 772, and a protrusion 76 adapted to the buffer convex rod 771 is disposed inside the connection pipe 71.

In one embodiment, with reference to fig. 6 to 10 and the previous embodiments, a driving rod 752 is fixedly connected to an end of the movable link 773 away from the buffer protrusion 771, an end of the driving rod 752 away from the movable link 773 is slidably connected to an inside of the defoaming bar 75, a cleaning rod 753 is fixedly connected to a lower end of the driving rod 752, a cleaning brush 754 is mounted on a lower end surface of the cleaning rod 753, and the cleaning brush 754 is attached to a surface of the filter plate 73.

In this embodiment, when defoaming pole 75 rotated, because buffering projecting bar 771 and lug 76 periodic contact, and then promote movable connecting rod 773 and carry out reciprocating sliding inside fixed loop bar 774, movable connecting rod 773 is connected with clearance pole 753 through transfer line 752, and then drives clearance pole 753 and carry out reciprocating sliding, make clearance pole 753 along with defoaming pole 75 pivoted while drive clearance brush 754 and clear up the filter 73 surface, avoid filter 73 to block up the influence result of use.

required value, the step-by-step feeding is realized through the first feeding pipe 22, the conveying precision of the feeding device 2 is greatly improved, the weight of the admixture is weighed through the weighing hopper 3, when the admixture is introduced into the weighing hopper main body through the conveying pipe, the weight values of the weighing hopper main body and the admixture detected by the sensor 31 are compared with the initial weight value of the weighing hopper main body detected before the admixture is added, so that the weight of the admixture added into and out of the weighing hopper main body can be obtained, when the admixture reaches a preset value, the valve 24 is closed to stop the material conveying, the discharge valve 36 is opened to discharge the admixture, when the admixture is added too much, the sensor 31 is weighed and induces failure fault or the valve 24 is closed and fails fault, the admixture in the weighing hopper main body exceeds the capacity of the weighing hopper main body, further the excess part overflows into the overflow pipe 35 through the overflow port 34, the end of the overflow pipe 35, which is far away from the weighing hopper 3, can be provided with the collecting barrel 6 to recycle the overflowed admixture, the material flow detection device 37 is arranged in the overflow pipe 35 to detect the state in the overflow pipe 35, when the material flow detection device 37 detects that a material flows in the overflow pipe 35, the material flow detection device overflows at the moment, the control valve 24 further detected by the position signal detection sensor 48, after the weighing is finished, whether the feeding guide pipe 42 reaches the upper part of the feeding diversion bin 45 is detected by the position signal detection sensor 48, a signal is sent to the discharge valve 36 to open the discharge valve to convey the admixture after the feeding guide pipe 42 reaches, the leakage of a large 73 when the admixture is stirring through helical blade 72, the admixture passes in the filter 73, further separate the bubble in the admixture, thereby carry out the defoaming to the admixture, there is not large-scale bubble or caking in the admixture after the defoaming, carry to the inside of weighing hopper 3 through extending hose 74, effectively prevent splashing of admixture.
