4) after the acid tar is accumulated to a set amount, the acid tar is manually fished out and sent to an acid tar oil tank through an acid tar manual fishing outlet, and then the acid tar is pumped out under the pressure of nitrogen.

Ammonia in the coal gas is directly removed from the coal gas by a saturator method, namely, a mother liquor circulating pump is used for carrying out large circulation on the coal gas entering a front chamber of the saturator to directly spray sulfuric acid mother liquor to prepare ammonium sulfate, when the ammonium sulfate mother liquor of the saturator reaches the solubility limit of the ammonium sulfate, ammonium sulfate crystals are separated out, the reaction is a reversible reaction, the ammonium sulfate crystal mother liquor containing the ammonium sulfate crystals needs to be timely pumped into a crystallization tank to be crystallized and precipitated, the ammonium sulfate clear liquor fully flows back to the saturator, the precipitated crystal liquor automatically flows to a centrifugal machine to be centrifugally separated, the ammonium sulfate crystals are sent to a vibrating fluidized bed dryer, the centrifugal mother liquor and the full flow clear liquor are returned to the saturator together, and the concentration of the ammonium sulfate mother liquor is reduced; mother liquor overflowing from a liquid overflow port in the middle of the saturator flows into a liquid seal tank in the overflow tank and then overflows to the overflow tank, and then is sent into a rear chamber of the saturator by a small mother liquor pump to be sprayed in a small circulation mode to continuously recover ammonia gas so as to reach the standard of deamination of outlet coal gas, and meanwhile, sulfuric acid is supplemented into the liquid seal tank in the overflow tank. The existing full-flow groove of the spray saturator comprises an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, wherein the inner cylinder is an inner liquid seal groove, the outer cylinder is a full-flow groove, the inner liquid seal groove is provided with a full-flow pipe connected with a full-flow port of a saturator washing chamber, the full-flow pipe is inserted into the bottom of the inner cylinder of the full-flow groove filled with mother liquid from the upper part and plays a role of gas water seal to prevent gas in the saturator from leaking out, the outer cylinder is provided with a mother liquid outlet, an overflow port and an acid tar manual fishing outlet at the top, the mother liquid in the inner cylinder flows to the outer cylinder and is pumped out from the outer cylinder by a small mother liquid pump to be sent to the gas outlet of the saturator washing chamber for spraying and recycling, when the full-flow rate of the mother liquid is large, the tar is sent to a mother liquid storage tank through the full-flow port, and floats on ammonium sulfate solution in the full-flow groove of the outer cylinder.

The prior process and the prior equipment have the defects that: the manual fishing of acid tar is intermittent operation, the labor environment is dangerous, if the manual fishing is not timely, the acid tar in the full flow groove can enter the overflow pipe along with the mother liquid and finally flow into the mother liquid storage tank to pollute the mother liquid, so that the color of the produced ammonium sulfate is blackened, the product quality is reduced, a large amount of impurities are deposited at the bottom of the mother liquid storage tank, the cleaning is very difficult, the product quality is influenced, and the labor capacity of operators is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a process and equipment for recovering acid tar in an ammonium sulfate full-flow groove. The nitrogen interface is connected with a nitrogen pipeline, and a third valve is arranged on the nitrogen pipeline; the tail gas diffusing interface is connected with an acid tar tank tail gas pipeline, the acid tar tank tail gas pipeline is connected with a diffusing main pipe, and the acid tar tank tail gas pipeline is provided with a throttling orifice plate and a fourth valve.

And a fifth valve is arranged on the mother liquid full flow pipe.

A technology for recovering acid tar in an ammonium sulfate full-flow tank specifically comprises the following steps:

3) when the acid tar liquid level in the acid tar tank shows that the acid tar liquid level reaches a low liquid level, closing a third valve of a nitrogen pipeline and a second valve on an acid tar conveying pipeline, opening a fourth valve on an acid tar tank tail gas pipeline, and returning the acid tar tank tail gas to a main diffusing gas pipe with a small flow rate under the limitation of a throttling orifice plate for supplementing the nitrogen sealing nitrogen amount introduced by the main diffusing gas pipe; after the pressure and the main diffused gas pipe reach balance, opening a first valve on the full-flow pipeline of the acid tar, and continuing to perform full-flow operation of the acid tar;

4) after the acid tar is accumulated to a set amount, the acid tar is manually fished out and sent to an acid tar oil tank through an acid tar manual fishing outlet, and then the acid tar is pumped out under the pressure of nitrogen.

2) The full flow groove mother liquor flows from the bottom to avoid the acid tar floating on the ammonium sulfate liquid level from flowing to the mother liquor storage tank to pollute the mother liquor along with the mother liquor, thus improving the product quality.

3) The acid tar realizes pipeline transportation and is beneficial to environmental protection; the operation of the operating personnel in a severe environment is avoided, the personal safety of the operating personnel is guaranteed, and the labor intensity of the operating personnel is reduced.
