The water-based acrylic resin has low consumption, poor adhesion of a lubricating layer and easy falling off when concrete is pumped; the dosage is too high, and the lubricant is easy to dry and solidify and loses the lubricating function.

Wherein the polymethacrylic acid is produced by Condits chemical engineering (Hubei) Co., Ltd., the content is 99 percent, and the molecular weight is 86.0892).

Wherein, the use level of the polymethacrylic acid is too low, the lubricating layer is easy to flow, and the consumption is increased; the use amount is too high, the lubricating layer is not easy to flow, and the lubricating effect is reduced.

The sodium polyacryloyl dimethyl taurate is produced by Nanjing ilaplacian chemical company Limited under the trade name Nireus 3751.

Wherein the polyacrylamide is nonionic polyacrylamide with molecular weight of 1800-2000 ten thousand. If the cationic polyacrylamide is adopted, the dissolution speed is slow, and the construction is inconvenient; if anionic polyacrylamide is used, the viscosity is low and the lubricity is insufficient.

polyacrylamide provides an extreme lubricating effect; the water-based acrylic resin provides adhesion between a lubricating layer (namely the lubricating layer formed by the polyacrylamide and the water-based acrylic resin) and the conveying pump pipe, so that the lubricating layer is prevented from falling off easily; the polymethacrylic acid plays a thickening role; the sodium polyacryl dimethyl taurate has the functions of dispersing and solubilizing.

The lubricant for the upper pump and the lower pump or the lubricant for the pump is completely degraded in 7 days after being used without residue, has good lubricating property and low probability of pump blockage.

The raw material grades in the examples and the comparative examples are as follows:

water-based acrylic resin: (molecular weight 8600Mn, solid content: 98.7%, acid value 215, viscosity 3500 CP);

polymethacrylic acid: CAS accession number: 25087-26-7, Conditis chemical engineering (Hubei), content 99%, molecular weight 86.0892;

sodium polyacryloyl dimethyl taurate: manufactured by south beijing ilaplacian chemical limited, under the designation Nireus 3751;

examples are nonionic polyacrylamides: the molecular weight of 1800 + 2000 ten thousand of Bibo water supply materials Limited in Consolidation;

the comparative example 1 is anionic polyacrylamide, produced by Bibo water supply materials Co., Ltd., molecular weight 1800-.

Example 1

8 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 25 parts of polymethacrylic acid, 24 parts of sodium polyacryloyldimethyl taurate and 35 parts of polyacrylamide.

Example 2

9 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 24 parts of polymethacrylic acid, 20 parts of sodium polyacryloyldimethyl taurate and 40 parts of polyacrylamide.

Example 3

7 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 23 parts of polymethacrylic acid, 35 parts of sodium polyacryloyldimethyl taurate and 33 parts of polyacrylamide.

Example 4

9 parts of water-based acrylic resin, 27 parts of polymethacrylic acid, 27 parts of sodium polyacryloyldimethyl taurate and 45 parts of polyacrylamide.

The pump lubricant or pump lubricant of the above examples satisfies the performance criteria of table 2. When testing, the test was carried out with water at a concentration of 1 wt%.
