Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of treatment of agricultural, forestry and animal production wastes, in particular to a preparation for wetting and destroying wax on the surface of crop straws and a using method thereof.

Background

Straw refers to the parts of crops except seeds, and mainly comprises stems, leaves, ears, branches, tips, seedlings and the like of the crops, and the straw is used as a lignocellulose renewable resource which has wide sources and gradually increases the yield greatly. The traditional way of straw treatment is mainly to use the crushed straw as organic fertilizer and feed, but the existing treatment way is more diversified, including livestock feed, strain culture medium preparation, industrial raw materials and straw ethanol, and has wide application.

In order to improve the nutritive value of crop straws, fermentation treatment is the most common method. The basic principle of fermentation is that after fermentation strains are added into the straws, the number of bacteria for decomposing cellulose in the straws is greatly increased. Under the anaerobic condition with proper temperature, humidity and closed condition, the cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in the straws are degraded in a large amount to generate saccharides which are then converted into lactic acid and volatile fatty acid, so that the pH value is reduced to 4.5-5.0, and the propagation of harmful bacteria and putrefying bacteria is inhibited. However, the surface layer of the crop straw is covered with a water-repellent wax layer, so that the crop straw is generally difficult to wet and destroy, and the mixed fermentation strain is difficult to adhere in the fermentation treatment process of the crop straw, so that the decomposition period of the crop straw is long.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the background art, the invention provides a preparation for wetting and destroying wax on the surface of crop straws and a preparation method thereof. After the preparation is sprayed on the surfaces of crops, the preparation can uniformly wet the surface layers of the crop straws, holes or plaques are formed on the surface layers of the crop straws, microorganisms and water can enter the holes or plaques, and the preparation does not seek to completely dissolve the wax on the surface layers of the crop straws.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts a technical scheme that:

Further, the paint comprises 0.03 part of penetrating agent, 0.2 part of hydroxide and 0.01 part of surfactant in parts by weight.

Further, the hydroxide may comprise any one or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, and ammonium hydroxide.

Further, the penetrating agent comprises any one or more of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, alkylphenol ethoxylate, sodium dioctyl sulfosuccinate, nonylphenol ethoxylate and sodium butylnaphthalenesulfonate.

Further, the surfactant includes, but is not limited to, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate or sodium dibutylnaphthalene sulfonate.

The second technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a use method of a preparation for wetting and destroying wax on the surface of crop straws comprises the following steps: dissolving a wax wetting and destroying preparation on the surface of the crop straw in water to prepare a standby solution;

the standby liquid is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the crop straws.

Furthermore, the preparation method of the standby liquid is to dissolve the crop straw surface wax wetting and destroying preparation into water, wherein the weight of the water is 830-1540 times that of the crop straw surface wax wetting and destroying preparation.

Further, the weight of the water is 1538 times of that of the crop straw surface wax moistening and destroying preparation.

Further, after the step of uniformly spraying the standby liquid on the surfaces of the crop straws, adding strains and other fermentation materials for fermentation.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

after the crop straw surface wax wetting and destroying preparation is sprayed on crop straws, the wax on the surface layer of the crop straws can be effectively wetted and destroyed, namely, the surface layer of the crop straws can be uniformly wetted and holes or patches are formed on the surface layer of the crop straws to increase the contact between strains and the crop straws, so that microorganisms and water can enter the crop straws, and the decomposition process of the crop straws is accelerated.
