Background

The culvert is a drainage channel (water channel) which is arranged below a road bed and built below a road surface in order to ensure that a road smoothly passes through a water channel without obstructing traffic in the construction of road engineering, and the culvert can quickly drain surface water along the road by the structure so as to ensure the safety of the road bed. Culverts typically include settlement joints for accommodating temperature deformation, foundation settlement, earthquakes, etc., however, the settlement joints are often the weakest links of the entire culvert, and leakage often occurs due to a variety of factors.

However, the traditional seepage-proofing repair structure for the settlement joint is usually that the water seepage part is directly sealed by asphalt floc or cement, although the operation is simple, the original flexible structure of the settlement joint is often destroyed, the seepage is easy to repeat in the follow-up process, the seepage-proofing effect is poor, the maintenance cost is high, and the service life of the culvert is seriously influenced even.

filling an asphalt hemp wadding layer in the preset groove so that the preset groove is plugged by the asphalt hemp wadding layer; and the water leakage on the culvert wall body is discharged through the drainage structure.

The space reserved between the top end of the preset groove 10 and the top end of the settlement joint 70 can be arbitrarily set according to the water seepage condition of the culvert wall 81.

In addition, if the drainage structure is clamped in the settlement joint 70, the top end of the drainage structure may extend out of the predetermined groove 10 and be flush with the top end of the settlement joint 70.

Further, referring to fig. 1, the asphalt batting layer 30 is filled with the asphalt mastic layer 50, that is, after the preset groove 10 is filled with the asphalt batting, the asphalt mastic can be used to fill the gap in the preset groove 10, which helps to improve the waterproof and impermeable performance of the culvert wall 81, wherein the surface of the asphalt mastic layer 50 away from the settlement joint 70 is flush with the inner surface of the culvert wall 81.

In this embodiment, the second waterproof layer 60 is disposed at the notch of the predetermined groove 10, the second waterproof layer 60 is disposed near the bottom end of the predetermined groove 10 and extends onto the inner surface of the culvert wall 81 in a direction away from the notch of the predetermined groove 10, and the second waterproof layer 60 protrudes from the inner surface of the culvert wall 81.

As an alternative embodiment, the preset groove 10 is filled with the asphalt batting layer 30, and the side of the asphalt batting layer 30 far away from the settlement joint 70 is flush with the inner surface of the culvert wall 81. At this time, a second waterproof layer 60 is arranged at the notch of the preset groove 10, one surface of the second waterproof layer 60 close to the settlement joint 70 is connected with the asphalt batting layer 30, and one surface of the second waterproof layer 60 far from the settlement joint 70 is blocked on a part of the notch of the preset groove 10 and extends to the inner surface of the culvert wall 81 along the direction far from the notch.

As another alternative, the preset groove 10 is filled with the asphalt bast layer 30, and the asphalt bast layer 30 is filled with asphalt mastic, which can fill up the gap in the preset groove 10 and form the asphalt mastic layer 50 at the notch of the preset groove 10. At this time, a second waterproof layer 60 is arranged at the notch of the preset groove 10, one surface of the second waterproof layer 60 close to the settlement joint 70 is connected with the asphalt mastic layer 50, and one surface of the second waterproof layer 60 far from the settlement joint 70 is blocked on a part of the notch of the preset groove 10 and extends to the inner surface of the culvert wall 81 in the direction far from the notch.

The second waterproof layer 60 can seal the bottom of the preset groove 10 on one hand, and a protective layer is formed at the bottom of the preset groove 10, so that the waterproof and water-seepage performance of the culvert wall 81 is improved, and on the other hand, the second waterproof layer 60 can also play a role in reinforcing.

In a specific implementation, the second waterproof layer 60 includes an interface layer and a protective layer, wherein the interface layer is located between the protective layer and the asphalt batting layer 30, and the interface layer helps to enhance the adhesion and connectivity of the protective layer on the asphalt batting layer 30, and has high reliability and high viscosity. Wherein, the protective layer is made of BPS high-strength elastic waterproof material.

Example two

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a method for repairing a culvert settlement joint by using the culvert settlement joint water seepage repair structure, which may be performed by a part or all of the culvert settlement joint water seepage repair structure of the above embodiment, so that the seepage water is discharged through the drainage structure, and the seepage water is effectively prevented from re-eroding the culvert wall body 81; meanwhile, the preset groove 10 is filled with the asphalt flax flock layer 30, so that the drainage channel 20 can be reliably fixed between the preset groove 10 and the settlement joint 70 on one hand, and the waterproof performance can be improved on the other hand. Based on this, the culvert wall 81 subsiding crack 70 prevention of seepage water restoration structure that this disclosure provided can be with the drainage of percolating water discharge, need not maintain repeatedly, and prevention of seepage water is effectual, has improved the structural strength, the durability and the life of culvert wall 81 to a certain extent.

Referring to fig. 7, the method includes:

s101, expanding the settlement joint 70 on the inner surface of the culvert wall body 81 to form a preset groove 10 at the settlement joint 70;

s102, arranging a drainage structure communicated with the settlement joint 70 between the notch of the preset groove 10 and the settlement joint 70;

s103, filling the preset groove 10 with the asphalt flax wadding layer 30 so that the preset groove 10 is plugged by the asphalt flax wadding layer 30, wherein the leakage water on the culvert wall body 81 is discharged through the drainage structure.

Further, after step S103, the method further includes:

a second waterproof layer 60 is arranged at the notch of the preset groove 10; the second waterproof layer 60 is disposed near the bottom end of the preset groove 10 and extends to the inner surface of the culvert wall 81 along the direction away from the notch of the preset groove 10, and the second waterproof layer 60 protrudes from the inner surface of the culvert wall 81.

Further, before step S102, the method further includes:

referring to fig. 4, at least two grouting pipes 90 are arranged at intervals in the direction from the bottom end to the top end of the settlement joint 70, the grouting pipes 90 are approximately perpendicular to the settlement joint 70, and water-soluble polyurethane or a mixed solution containing water-soluble polyurethane is poured into the joint of the culvert wall 81 and the roadbed 82 through the grouting pipes 90, so that holes in the roadbed 82 filler are sealed, thereby preventing water leakage on the culvert wall 81 from permeating into the roadbed 82 filler, and further guiding the water leakage to a flow guide structure for discharge.

After grouting the structure, the portion of the grout pipe 90 located at the settlement joint 70 is cut off, and the opening of the grout pipe 90 is plugged with a plugging king or cement.

Furthermore, in the construction process, grouting treatment needs to be performed on the settlement joint 70, for example, water-soluble polyurethane is adopted for plugging, so that the construction is simple, the waterproof and anti-seepage performance is good, and the telephone fixing speed is high. During grouting, under the action of pressure, the water-soluble polyurethane slurry can permeate around the gap while being poured into the concrete gap, and continuously permeate into the concrete gap to finally form a net structure, so that the water-containing elastomer with low density is formed, has good adaptive deformability and good water stopping property.

The specific technical features are the same as those of the above embodiments, and can bring about the same or similar technical effects, which are not described in detail herein. Reference may be made in particular to the description of the embodiments above.
