1. A manufacturing process of an AAC external wall panel is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step one, preparing two connecting beam plates I (200);

step two, respectively and fixedly installing two first connecting beam plates (200) on the outer surface of one side of the connecting plate (100), wherein the two first connecting beam plates (200) are symmetrically distributed around the central axis of the connecting plate (100), and the first connecting beam plates (200) and the connecting plate (100) form a first connecting piece;

step three, fixedly mounting upper beam-wrapping plates (400) at two ends of the second connecting beam plate (300) to form a second connecting piece;

and step four, clamping the first connecting piece on the second connecting piece to obtain a finished product of the external wall panel, and then respectively spraying the outer surfaces of two sides of the finished product by using spraying equipment.

Background

Wallboard refers to the structure of a building that consists of walls and floors forming a load bearing system. The wall is used as bearing member and partition of room, and is the most common and economic structure form in residential buildings, and the wall plate structure is mostly used in houses, apartments, office buildings, schools and other public buildings. The load-bearing wall of the wallboard structure may be made of bricks, blocks, prefabricated or cast-in-place concrete. The AAC wallboard is an abbreviation of autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete wallboard, and the autoclaved lightweight aerated concrete wallboard is a porous concrete forming plate which is formed by taking fly ash (or silica sand), cement, lime and the like as main raw materials and curing the main raw materials by high-pressure steam; the AAC wallboard can be used as a wall material and a roof panel, but the existing AAC wallboard needs to consume a large amount of raw materials to obtain enough structural strength during manufacturing.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 1-5, a manufacturing process of an AAC external wall panel includes the following steps:

step one, preparing two connecting beam plates I200;

step two, respectively and fixedly installing the two first connecting beam plates 200 on the outer surface of one side of the connecting plate 100, wherein the two first connecting beam plates 200 are symmetrically distributed about the central axis of the connecting plate 100, and the first connecting beam plates 200 and the connecting plate 100 form a first connecting piece;

step three, fixedly mounting upper beam-wrapping plates 400 at two ends of the second connecting beam plate 300 to form a second connecting piece;

and step four, clamping the first connecting piece on the second connecting piece to obtain a finished product of the external wall panel, and then respectively spraying the outer surfaces of two sides of the finished product by using spraying equipment, wherein the finished product of the external wall panel is an AAC plate.

The first connecting beam plates 200 can also be arranged into two groups, the two groups of the first connecting beam plates 200 are respectively and fixedly installed on the outer surface of one side of the connecting plate 100, and the first connecting beam plate 200 is composed of two first connecting beam plates 200 which are respectively welded at the height positions of 1/3 and 2/3 of the connecting plate 100 in a spot welding mode.

The finished wall body of the external wall panel is divided into three layers, the outmost layer is a connecting plate 100, the middle layer is an air layer, and the two ends of the innermost layer, which are connected with a beam plate II 300, are fixedly provided with connecting pieces II consisting of upper beam plates 400.

The mounting steps during use are as follows:

firstly, fixedly connecting two first connecting beam plates 200 on the outer surface of one side of a connecting plate 100, and ensuring that the two first connecting beam plates 200 are symmetrically distributed about the central axis of the connecting plate 100 to obtain a first connecting piece;

then, fixedly connecting the two beam wrapping plates 400 to two ends of the second beam plate 300 respectively to obtain a second connecting piece;

and finally, clamping the first connecting piece on the second connecting piece.

The first connecting beam plate 200 comprises a first combination plate 201, a second combination plate 202 and a third combination plate 203, wherein the second combination plate 202 is located between the first combination plate 201 and the third combination plate 203, the first combination plate 201 is located on one side of the third combination plate 203, and grooves are respectively formed in the outer surfaces of the two sides of the second combination plate 202 by using grooving equipment, so that a first connecting beam plate 200 finished product in the first step is obtained.

In the fourth step, the first connecting piece is clamped on the second connecting piece, which means that: one side of the second connecting beam plate 300 is clamped between the first connecting beam plates 200, the two beam wrapping plates 400 are fixedly connected with the first connecting beam plates 200 respectively, the beam wrapping plates 400 are located on one sides, far away from the connecting plate 100, of the first connecting beam plates 200, gaps exist between the second connecting beam plates 300 and the connecting plate 100, the width of each gap is preferably 50mm, the problem that the overall safety and reliability of the wall are reduced due to the fact that the gaps are too large is avoided, and when the temperature rises, a space for expanding the second connecting beam plates 300 is reserved, and the problem that the wall body cracks is avoided.

The first connecting beam plate 200 is of an integrated structure, the cross section of the first connecting beam plate 200 is of an I-shaped structure, raw materials are saved, and meanwhile the connecting beam plate has high bearing capacity.

The width of the second connecting beam plate 300 is 1.5 times the width of the connecting plate 100.

This spraying equipment contains base 1, backup pad 2, liquid reserve tank 3, gusset plate 4, installation mechanism 5, conveying assembly 6, fixed block 7, air-dry fan 8 and spraying mechanism, 4 fixed mounting at the lower extreme of base of gusset plate, the symmetry is provided with support piece between base 1 and the gusset plate 4, the upper end fixed mounting of gusset plate 4 has liquid reserve tank 3, 3 built-in water pumps that have of liquid reserve tank, the upper end of base 1 is provided with installation mechanism 5, four apex angles of installation mechanism 5 all are provided with fixed block 7 near the position of lower extreme, installation mechanism 5 passes through fixed block 7 and base 1 bolt fastening, the inside of installation mechanism 5 is provided with conveying assembly 6 and spraying mechanism, the upper end of installation mechanism 5 is provided with a plurality of air-dry fan 8, liquid reserve tank 3 is linked together with spraying mechanism.

The mounting mechanism 5 comprises a top plate 51, a first side plate 52, a second side plate 53 and a bottom plate 54, wherein the top plate 51 is positioned above the bottom plate 54, the first side plate 52 and the second side plate 53 are both positioned between the top plate 51 and the bottom plate 54, the first side plate 52 is positioned on one side of the second side plate 53, the cross section of the bottom plate 54 is of a trapezoidal structure, and the upper surfaces of the base 1 and the liquid storage tank 3 are both provided with recovery grooves for recovering spraying liquid.

Spraying mechanism contains spraying pipe 91 and pipeline 92, spraying pipe 91 is located the lower extreme of roof 51, spraying pipe 91's lower extreme is provided with a plurality of and is the atomizer that the equidistance was arranged, pipeline 92 is located the inside position that is close to one side of curb plate two 53, and pipeline 92's one end is linked together with spraying pipe 91, and pipeline 92's one end is linked together with the water pump.

The conveying assembly 6 comprises an adjusting block 61, a driving rotary drum 62, a positioning block 63, a driven rotary drum 64, an air cylinder and a motor, wherein the air cylinder is located on the outer wall of a first side plate 52, the adjusting block 61 is located between a top plate 51 and a bottom plate 54, the output end of the air cylinder penetrates through the first side plate 52 and is connected with the adjusting block 61, the lower end of the adjusting block 61 is provided with the motor, the adjusting block 61 is rotatably provided with a plurality of driving rotary drums 62 which are arranged equidistantly, the driving rotary drums 62 are in transmission connection with the motor belt, the positioning block 63 is embedded on the inner wall of a second side plate 53, one end of the positioning block 63 and the outer wall of the second side plate 53 are located on the same vertical plane, and the positioning block 63 is rotatably provided with a plurality of driven rotary drums 64 which are arranged equidistantly.

A plurality of air-drying fans 8 are arranged in a horizontal equidistant manner.

The support member is composed of two support plates 2 which are symmetrically arranged.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

one end of the finished external wall panel is added into the mounting mechanism 5, the finished external wall panel is clamped and conveyed by the conveying assembly 6, the outer surface of the finished external wall panel is sprayed by the spraying mechanism in the conveying process, and finally the coating is dried by the air drying fan 8;

more specifically: one end of the finished external wall panel enters from the inlet end of the mounting mechanism 5, the starting cylinder pushes the adjusting block 61 to move towards the direction close to the finished external wall panel until the finished external wall panel is clamped between the driving rotary drum 62 and the driven rotary drum 64, the starting motor drives the driving rotary drum 62 to rotate, further driving the finished external wall panel to move towards the outlet end of the mounting mechanism 5, simultaneously starting the water pump to pump the spraying liquid in the liquid storage tank 3, conveying the spraying liquid into the spraying pipeline 91 through the conveying pipeline 92, and then spraying the spraying liquid through the atomizing nozzle, forming a uniform coating on the outer surface of one side of the finished product of the outer wallboard, connecting the air drying fan 8 with an external power supply, starting the air drying fan 8 to dry the coating, after the finished product of the outer wallboard passes through the mounting mechanism 5, and turning the finished external wall panel clockwise by 180 degrees, adding the finished external wall panel into the spraying equipment again, spraying the outer surface of the other side of the finished external wall panel and air-drying the finished external wall panel.
