1. A sit-hang seal apparatus, comprising:

the hanging seat comprises a hanging seat body (1), wherein the hanging seat body (1) can be opened along the radial direction, an inclined plane is arranged on the inner side of the hanging seat body (1), and a sealing body (2) is arranged on the outer side wall of the hanging seat body; and

when the cone (5) moves along the axial direction of the sitting and hanging body (1), the conical surface pushes the inclined surface to enable the sitting and hanging body (1) to be opened and sealed in a radial direction.

2. A sitting and hanging sealing arrangement, as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said sealing body (2) is one or more in number and said sealing body (2) has a certain elasticity.

A hanging and seating sealing device according to claim 2, characterized in that a plurality of slip teeth (3) are arranged on the outer wall of the hanging and seating body (1), and after the hanging and seating body (1) is opened, the slip teeth (3) are inserted on the inner wall of the casing and connected with the casing.

4. A hanger sealing device according to claim 3, characterized in that said slips (3) are arranged in several rows along the axial direction of said hanger body (1), and a sealing groove (4) is arranged between two adjacent rows of said slips (3).

6. A sit-and-hang sealing device according to claim 5, characterized in that the height of the sealing body (2) is greater than or equal to the depth of the sealing groove (4); the outer side of the sealing body (2) is slightly higher than the slip teeth (3) or is flush with the slip teeth (3).

7. A hanger sealing device according to claim 6, characterised in that the pointed angle of the ends of the slip elements (3) is facing in an axial direction which coincides with the direction of axial movement of the cone (5) along the hanger body (1) when hanging.

8. A sitting and hanging sealing device according to any one of claims 2 to 7, characterized in that the outer side of the edge of the sitting and hanging body (1) is provided with a fillet or chamfer.

9. A seat hanging sealing device according to claim 8, characterized in that said seat hanging body (1) is made of a material capable of non-elastic deformation.

10. A hanger sealing device according to claim 9 characterised in that said hanger body (1) is made of soluble metal.

11. A sitting and hanging sealing device according to claim 9 or 10, characterised in that said sealing body (2) is a rubber block.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a sitting and hanging sealing device, and belongs to the technical field of downhole tools for oil and gas fields.

Background

In the construction of well cementation, well completion and the like of oil and gas wells, a packer, a bridge plug, a cement retainer and the like are often used for realizing interlayer packing and blocking, the pertinence of well cementation and well completion transformation is ensured, and the effects of well cementation and well completion yield increase transformation are improved to the maximum extent. The slip hanging mechanism and the rubber sleeve sealing mechanism are key components for ensuring the reliable work of the underground tools and are related to success or failure of the well cementing and completion construction.

The slip locking mechanism and the rubber cylinder sealing mechanism on the common downhole tool are respectively designed into two parts, so that the length and the setting stroke of the whole tool are increased, the downhole trafficability of the tool is influenced, the operation time, the cost and the risk are increased when drilling-out operation is needed at the later stage, and particularly, the cost of the tool, the dissolution time at the later stage of operation and the residue after dissolution are increased due to the increase of the whole length of the soluble downhole tool.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a sitting and hanging sealing device which can integrate a sitting and hanging function and a sealing function, greatly reduce the number of parts and the length of a tool, increase the underground adaptability and reliability of the tool, reduce the sitting and hanging stroke and ensure that the sitting and hanging sealing can be realized at the same time under the same sitting and hanging stroke.

The invention provides a sitting and hanging sealing device, which comprises:

the hanging seat comprises a hanging seat body, a hanging cover and a hanging cover, wherein the hanging seat body can be opened along the radial direction, the inner side of the hanging seat body is provided with an inclined plane, and the outer side wall of the hanging seat body is provided with a sealing body; and

the cone is arranged on the inner side of the sitting and hanging body, and the conical surface of the cone is matched with the inclined surface of the sitting and hanging body;

when the cone moves along the axial direction of the sitting and hanging body, the conical surface pushes the inclined surface to enable the sitting and hanging body to expand along the radial direction and seat and seal.

The invention is further improved in that the number of the sealing bodies is one or more, and the sealing bodies have certain elasticity.

The invention is further improved in that a plurality of slip teeth are arranged on the outer wall of the sitting and hanging body, and after the sitting and hanging body is opened, the slip teeth are inserted on the inner wall of the casing pipe and connected with the casing pipe.

The slip teeth are arranged in a plurality of rows along the axial direction of the setting and hanging body, and a sealing groove is arranged between every two adjacent rows of the slip teeth.

The invention is further improved in that the sealing body is arranged in a sealing groove closest to the edge of the sitting and hanging body; the sealing body is arranged in the other sealing grooves in a vacant mode or is arranged in the other sealing grooves.

In a further improvement of the invention, the height of the seal body is greater than or equal to the depth of the seal groove; the outer side of the sealing body is slightly higher than the slip teeth or is flush with the slip teeth.

In a further improvement of the present invention, the direction of the tip of the slip element in the axial direction is aligned with the direction of the cone moving in the axial direction of the hanger body when the slip element is hung.

The invention is further improved in that the outer side of the edge of the sitting and hanging body is provided with a round angle or a chamfer.

The invention is further improved in that the sitting and hanging body is made of a material capable of generating inelastic deformation.

The invention is further improved in that the sitting and hanging body is made of metal materials which can be contained in acid.

The invention is further improved in that the sealing body is a rubber block.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

according to the sitting and hanging sealing device, the sitting and hanging functions and the sealing functions are integrated, the number of parts and the length of a tool are greatly reduced, the underground adaptability and reliability of the tool are improved, the sitting and hanging stroke is reduced, and the sitting and hanging sealing can be simultaneously realized under the same sitting and hanging stroke.

The sitting and hanging sealing device is simple in structure and convenient to process. Compared with a conventional underground tool with a seat hanging and sealing mechanism, the integrated design greatly reduces the length of the tool, reduces the seat sealing stroke of the tool, saves the material cost, improves the reliability, safety and adaptability of the tool entering the well, is safer and more reliable during construction, and can be widely applied to underground tools such as various packers, bridge plugs, cement retainers and the like.

According to the sitting and hanging sealing device, the sealing body is arranged between the two rows of the slip teeth, the slip teeth can effectively protect the sealing body and prevent the sealing body from being set in advance, and in the setting process, two sides of the sealing body are effectively prevented from protruding, so that the sealing is more reliable.

In the setting and hanging sealing device, the sealing body is designed on the setting and hanging body, the outer diameters are equal, when the setting stroke is reached, the setting and hanging body and the sealing body are simultaneously contacted with the wall of the sleeve, the stroke is continuously increased, the slip teeth bite into the sleeve to realize setting and hanging, and the sealing rubber cylinder is further compressed to realize packing.

In the setting and hanging sealing device, the setting and hanging body is made of metal with better ductility, and can be made of soluble materials or insoluble materials, and the slip teeth and the sealing body are driven to contact with the wall of the casing and be set together by radial expansion during setting. After the seat seal, the metal is plastically deformed, so that the self-locking function is realized, the back-off is avoided, and the later-stage seat-hanging sealing reliability is ensured.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the invention, and not an exhaustive list of all embodiments. And the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.

Fig. 1 schematically shows a setting and sealing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprising a setting and hanging body 1, wherein the setting and hanging body 1 is arranged on a downhole tool and can be expanded in a radial direction, and the inner side of the setting and hanging body 1 is provided with a slope. The inner side of the sitting and hanging body 1 is provided with a cone 5, and the conical surface of the cone 5 is matched with the inclined surface of the sitting and hanging body 1. When the cone 5 moves along the axial direction of the sitting and hanging body 1, the conical surface pushes the inclined surface to enable the sitting and hanging body 1 to be opened and sealed in a radial direction.

When the sitting and hanging sealing device according to the embodiment is used, the cone 5 moves along the inclined plane of the inner side of the sitting and hanging body 1 under the pushing action of the cone 5 of the sitting and hanging body 1, so that a force in the radial direction outwards is given to the sitting and hanging body 1, the sitting and hanging body 1 can be pushed to expand in the radial direction through the force, the sleeve is connected to the outer side of the sitting and hanging body 1, and the sealing body 2 is sealed between the sitting and hanging body 1 and the sleeve.

In one embodiment, at least one sealing body 2 is arranged on the outer side surface of the sitting and hanging body 1, and the sealing body 2 has certain elasticity. When the sleeve pipe is hung, the hanging body 1 is opened along the radial direction, and the sealing body 2 contacts and extrudes the sleeve pipe. The sealing body 2 has certain elasticity and can be compressed when being mutually extruded with the sleeve, thereby continuously providing elasticity for the sleeve and ensuring the sealing effect.

In one embodiment, a plurality of slip teeth 3 are arranged on the outer wall of the hanging body 1, the end parts of the slip teeth 3 are provided with sharp corners, and after the hanging body 1 is opened, the sharp corners of the slip teeth 3 can be inserted on the inner wall of a sleeve and connected with the sleeve.

In the setting and hanging sealing device according to the embodiment, the slip teeth 3 are arranged on the outer wall of the setting and hanging body 1, and after the setting and hanging body 1 is opened, the end parts of the slip teeth 3 can be penetrated into the casing, so that the setting and hanging body 1 is connected with the casing, and the setting and hanging are completed. The slip teeth 3 can effectively protect the sealing body 1 and prevent setting in advance, and when setting, the two sides of the sealing body are effectively prevented from protruding, so that the sealing is more reliable.

In one embodiment, the slip elements 3 are arranged in a plurality of rows along the axial direction of the hanging body 1, and a plurality of slip elements 3 are arranged in each row and are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the hanging body 1. And a sealing groove 4 is arranged between two adjacent rows of the slip teeth 3.

In a preferred embodiment, the sealing body 2 is arranged in a sealing groove 4 closest to the edge of the sitting and hanging body 1. The seal 2 sets up in sealed slot 4, can fix seal 2, avoids seal 2 to follow the axial slip. The sealing bodies 2 are arranged or vacant in other sealing grooves 4, and the number of the sealing bodies 2 is set according to the actual sealing requirement during installation.

In one embodiment, the height of the sealing body 2 is slightly greater than the depth of the sealing groove 4, or equal to the depth of the sealing groove 4. When the height of the sealing body 2 is slightly larger than the depth of the sealing groove 4, the outer side of the sealing body 2 is slightly higher than the slip teeth 3; when the height of the sealing body 2 is equal to the depth of the sealing groove 4, the sealing body 2 is flush with the slip teeth 3.

When using the sealing device of hanging according to this embodiment, the external diameter of sealing 2 and the body of hanging 1 of sitting equals, after reaching the setting stroke, sits and hangs mechanism and sealing mechanism and casing wall contact simultaneously, continues to increase the stroke, and when slips 3 bitten the sleeve pipe and realize sitting and hanging, the packing rubber tube also further compresses and realizes packing. In one embodiment, the ends of the slip elements 3 are provided with sharp corners that are directed radially outward and are inclined in an axial direction. The inclined direction of the sharp angle of the slip teeth 3 is consistent with the axial movement direction of the cone 5 along the hanging body 1 when the slip is hung.

In the setting and hanging sealing device according to the present embodiment, one side of the slip insert 3 is vertically arranged in a radial direction, and the other side is an inclined surface having a direction opposite to that of the inclined surface of the inner side of the setting and hanging body 1. Through the mode that sets up the closed angle and have certain slope in radial direction, can make between slips 3 and the sleeve pipe be connected more firmly, avoid the roll-off.

In a preferred embodiment, the outer side of the edge of the sitting and hanging body 1 is provided with a fillet or chamfer. The edge of the outer edge of the suspension body 1, which is adjacent to the side of said cone 5, is also the side where the sealing groove 4 of the sealing body 2 has to be provided.

In one embodiment, the sitting and hanging body 1 is made of a material capable of generating inelastic deformation. In the process that the cone 5 pushes the sitting and hanging body 1 to move, the sitting and hanging body 1 can deform and expand, and cannot contract and recover due to elasticity after being expanded. Thus, the sitting and hanging effect can be ensured.

In a preferred embodiment, the hanging body 1 is made of soluble metal material, such as aluminum, magnesium or ferrous metal material. The hanging body 1 made of soluble metal materials is arranged to facilitate unsealing. Of course, the material may be a brittle insoluble material that can be mechanically deblocked. In this embodiment, the soluble metal material may be soluble in acid, or soluble in alkali or other solution.

In a preferred embodiment, the sealing body 2 is a rubber block.

When the device according to the embodiment is used, when the downhole tool is set, the cone and the setting hanging body 1 generate axial relatively close acting force, under the action of the cone, the hanging body 1 expands radially to generate plastic deformation until the slip teeth 3 and the sealing body 2 contact with the casing wall, and as the stroke is further increased, the slip teeth 3 bite into the casing wall to lock and position the downhole tool, meanwhile, the sealing body 2 is further compressed to seal the annular space between the downhole tool and the casing wall, thereby realizing the setting of the downhole tool, because the sitting and hanging body 1 is plastically deformed, self-locking is realized after sitting and sealing, and the falling back is avoided, the long-term sitting and hanging reliability in the later period is ensured, and simultaneously, because the slip teeth 3 are arranged on two sides of the sealing body 2, when the whole downhole tool is lowered and hung for sealing, the sealing body 2 can be effectively protected by the slip teeth 3 on the two sides, and the two sides of the sealing body 2 are prevented from protruding, so that the sealing is more reliable.
