The embodiment also provides a use method of the mobile full-automatic slurry multi-point feeding system, which comprises the following steps,

receiving information on the transverse and longitudinal positions of the mobile feeding devices 12 through a control system 15, controlling the movement of the mobile feeding devices 12 on the transverse guide rails 11 by controlling the second position motors, and controlling the movement of the mobile feeding device main frames 6 on the travel guide rails 5 by controlling the first position motors; moving the transfer silo 10 below the discharge opening;

the control system 15 controls the electric control switch to open the discharge opening, so that the slurry flows into the transfer bin 10 from the storage bin 1, the control system 15 receives weighing information of the weighing device 9 on the amount of the slurry in the transfer bin 10, when the weight of the transfer bin 10 reaches a set value, the weighing device 9 transmits a material full signal to the control system 15, and the control system 15 closes the discharge opening through the electric control switch and starts a feeding program;

receiving information on the transverse and longitudinal positions of the mobile feeding devices 12 through a control system 15, controlling the movement of the mobile feeding devices 12 on the transverse guide rails 11 by controlling the second position motors, and controlling the movement of the mobile feeding device main frames 6 on the travel guide rails 5 by controlling the first position motors; moving the mobile feeding device 12 to a feeding position;

The mobile full-automatic slurry multi-point feeding system is particularly suitable for a closed insect breeding system to realize automatic and non-contact accurate positioning feeding work. In order to further improve the performance of accurate positioning and feeding, the following preferred scheme can be adopted at this time, namely: the movable feeding device 12 comprises a vertical mounting tube 122 and a transverse feeding tube 121, one end of the feeding tube 121 is fixedly connected to the mounting tube 122, and the electromagnetic valve and the photoelectric detector are mounted at the other end of the feeding tube 121.

the control system 15 receives the weight, temperature and humidity information of the slurry in the storage bin 1 collected by the weight sensor, the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor 2, and controls the stirring device 3 by controlling the rotary driving motor:

the emergency stop controller for emergency stop work is in control connection with the first position motor, the second position motor and the electromagnetic valve; an emergency stop button 14 is arranged on the emergency stop controller.

The mobile full-automatic slurry multi-point feeding system of the embodiment may further be provided with a telescopic track bridge cable for power supply on the basis of the embodiment 1. Namely, the cable is erected on the telescopic rail so as to conveniently move through the telescopic rail, and the cable erection device is suitable for erecting cables with different lengths. The control system 15 may also be connected to a computer as the case may be. The emergency shutdown controller is preferably mounted in a field-mounted emergency control box, on which the emergency shutdown button 14 may be mounted.

In the mobile full-automatic slurry multi-point feeding system of the embodiment, the transverse guide rail 11 may be a rigid guide rail system, or may be a virtual moving track line positioned by electromagnetic signals; the feeding pipe 121 can adjust the layer number and the interlayer distance according to the insect breeding tray so as to meet the breeding requirement. The retractable track bridge cable can be changed into a storage battery for power supply. The material of the storage bin 1 can be selected according to the property of the slurry, and can be selected from stainless steel, carbon steel, glass fiber reinforced plastic, organic plastics and other materials.

The invention provides a movable full-automatic slurry multipoint feeding system based on a storage bin 1, a movable full-automatic feeding device main frame 6, a track system (or an electromagnetic positioning track line) and a movable feeding device 12 aiming at a multilayer insect breeding system taking slurry as a feeding material, so as to adapt to popularization, innovation and application of a multilayer insect farm based on a slurry feeding mode; the feeding system is based on a dispersive and movable type movable feeding device 12, a batching station is separated from the feeding device, and a huge feeding pipeline system can be omitted, so that the aims of relatively simplifying the structure of the feeding system, reducing the investment cost, reducing the risk of blocking a pipeline and improving the utilization rate of the whole system are fulfilled; the method is beneficial to energy conservation and efficiency improvement, value increment and consumption reduction, simplification of maintenance and labor saving of the farm, and has great significance to the multilayer insect farm based on kitchen waste slurry cultivation.
