The labeler is a device for sticking a roll of paper or metal foil labels on a packaging container or a product, in the process of bottle labeling transmission, a bottle body is fixed and pulled through a star wheel assembly, the back surfaces of the labels are provided with adhesive and are regularly arranged on smooth base paper, and the labels can be automatically peeled off by a label peeling mechanism on the labeler; when the label is pasted, various operations such as plane pasting, single-side or multi-side pasting of a package, cylindrical pasting, partial covering or full covering cylinder pasting, sunken and corner pasting and the like can be completed.

Optionally, the label box assembly comprises an annular label fixing seat, a label guard bar and a label guard plate are uniformly distributed on the annular label fixing seat along the inner ring of the annular label fixing seat, and labels are placed in the label guard bar and the label guard plate.

Optionally, a threaded hole is formed in the position, opposite to the side guide strip, of the barrel at the bottom of the tubular box head supporting piece, an adjusting screw is connected to the threaded hole in a threaded manner, a spring is sleeved on the adjusting screw, a pad strip is mounted at the rod end of the adjusting screw, and the pad strip is abutted to the side guide strip; the width claw mark hook installed on the side guide strip can be adjusted in the opening degree through the adjusting screw rod so as to adapt to labels of different sizes.

Optionally, the cylindrical box head supporting member is a cylinder body which is formed by fixedly connecting an upper shell and a lower shell and has a hexagonal cross section.

Optionally, a photoelectric switch is installed at a position close to the side plate at the bottom of the upper supporting plate, and a reflecting plate opposite to the photoelectric switch is installed at the bottom of the upper supporting plate; the label box is used for detecting whether the label in the label box assembly is used up or not, and reminding workers to replace the label after the label box assembly is used up.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following embodiments and accompanying drawings. The exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the label supplying device provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes a side plate 1, an upper support plate 2 is fixed on one side of the top of the side plate 1, and a lower support plate 3 opposite to the upper support plate 1 is fixed on one side of the bottom of the side plate 1;

the side edge of the upper supporting plate 2 is provided with a rapid clamp 4, the top of the upper supporting plate 2 is detachably provided with a label box assembly 5 through the rapid clamp 4, the bottom of the lower supporting plate 3 is provided with a box head assembly 6, side guide strips 7 are uniformly distributed in the box head assembly 6, and the upper ends of the side guide strips 7 extend upwards to the bottom of the label box assembly 5, so that labels 8 placed in the label box assembly 5 fall into the box head assembly 6 under the guiding action of the side guide strips 7; curb plate 1, last backup pad 2 and bottom suspension fagging 3 constitute whole support that supplies the mark device, and when providing the erection bracing for mark box subassembly 5 and box head subassembly, the side of curb plate 1 can link firmly with the labeller, realizes will supplying the mark device to install on the labeller.

In the implementation, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the label box assembly 5 includes an annular label holder 9, a label guard bar 10 and a label guard plate 11 are uniformly distributed on the annular label holder 9 along the inner ring thereof, and the label guard bar 10 and the label guard plate 11 are used for placing a label 8 therein; specifically, the annular tag fixing seat 9 can be formed by fixing two rings in a manner of stacking up and down, and the sizes of the inner rings of the two rings are the same.

In the implementation, a handle fixing plate 12 is arranged on the outer sides of the label protection rod 10 and the label protection plate 11, and a handle 13 is arranged on the handle fixing plate 12; the label box assembly 5 is conveniently taken by the handle 13 when the label box assembly 5 is disassembled.

In implementation, a push-pull pin plate 14 which can transversely penetrate through the annular label fixing seat 9 is arranged in the annular label fixing seat 9, an indexing pin 15 is arranged at a position on the annular label fixing seat 9 opposite to one end of the push-pull pin plate 14, and the bottom end of the indexing pin 15 is abutted to the push-pull pin plate 14 in a locking state; when the label box assembly 5 is disassembled and replaced, the bottom of the annular label fixing seat 9 can be sealed through the push-pull pin plate 14, so that the label 8 in the label box assembly 5 is prevented from dropping, and after the label box assembly 5 is replaced, the label 8 directly falls into the box head assembly 6 by lifting the indexing pin 15 and pulling out the push-pull pin plate 14.

In the implementation, the positioning pin 16 is installed at the bottom of the annular label fixing seat 9, and a positioning hole is arranged at the position, opposite to the positioning pin 16, of the upper supporting plate 2, so that the label box assembly 5 can be conveniently installed and positioned.

In implementation, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the cartridge head assembly 6 includes a cylindrical cartridge head support 17, a supporting plate 18 for fixedly connecting with the bottom of the lower supporting plate 3 is installed on the outer wall of the cylindrical cartridge head support 17, the side guide strips 7 are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the cylindrical cartridge head support 17, the lower ends of the side guide strips 7 penetrate through the bottom of the cylindrical cartridge head support 17, and the lower ends of the side guide strips 7 are installed with wide claw mark hooks 19; the labels 8 fall directly into the wide claw marking hook 19 under the guiding action of the side guide strip 7, and the labels 8 are separated one by one through the wide claw marking hook 19 when the label taking device takes the labels.

In implementation, a threaded hole is formed in the position, opposite to the side guide strip 7, of the barrel at the bottom of the barrel-shaped box head supporting piece 17, an adjusting screw 20 is connected to the threaded hole in a threaded mode, a spring 21 is sleeved on the adjusting screw 20, a pad strip 22 is installed at the rod end of the adjusting screw 20, and the pad strip 22 abuts against the side guide strip 7; the degree of tension of the wide claw mark hook 19 arranged on the side guide strip 7 can be adjusted by adjusting the screw rod 20 so as to adapt to labels 8 with different sizes.

In the implementation, the cylindrical cartridge head support 17 is a cylinder with a hexagonal cross section and formed by fixedly connecting an upper shell 23 and a lower shell 24.

In the implementation, the photoelectric switch 25 is arranged at the position, close to the side plate 1, of the bottom of the upper supporting plate 2, and the reflecting plate 26 opposite to the photoelectric switch 25 is arranged at the bottom of the upper supporting plate 2; the label box is used for detecting whether the label 8 in the label box assembly 5 is used up or not, and reminding workers of replacement after the label box assembly is used up.
