Technical Field

Background

Special gases are needed to participate in the processing process in various devices, for example, nitrogen is needed to be conveyed by pipelines of powder coating equipment, and pipelines need to be heated in the conveying process.

The existing heating method is to sleeve a heating sleeve on the outside of the pipeline and heat the pipeline through the heating sleeve. However, the heating jacket is limited in terms of the temperature resistance of the material, and cannot exceed this temperature, otherwise damage may occur, resulting in a relatively low permissible maximum temperature. Meanwhile, the heating sleeve is complex in structure and consists of a lining, a heating layer, a heat preservation layer and an outer skin. And the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the heating jacket, not the temperature of the pipeline, so that the actual temperature of the pipeline has larger error with the set value, and the temperature control error is large. Due to the complex shape of the pipeline, the pipeline needs to be divided into a plurality of sections, so that the number of the section units is too large, and the cost is too high.

Therefore, how to provide a special gas pipeline assembly which overcomes the above problems is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a special gas pipeline assembly, which is characterized in that a metal pipeline is directly loaded with current and used as a heating element for self-heating to replace the traditional mode that a heating sleeve is sleeved outside the pipeline, and the highest temperature resistance is the temperature resistance of the metal pipeline, so that the upper limit of the temperature is improved. Another object of the present invention is to provide a powder coating apparatus including the above assembly.

The specific embodiment of the invention provides a special gas pipeline assembly, which comprises a metal pipeline 1, a power supply 2 and a plurality of conductive fixing pieces 3, wherein the conductive fixing pieces 3 are sequentially fixed on the metal pipeline 1 along the extending direction of the metal pipeline 1 and are in contact conduction with the metal pipeline 1, the power supply 2 is connected with the conductive fixing pieces 3 through wires and is conducted, and intervals are arranged among the conductive fixing pieces 3, so that a section of the metal pipeline 1 is clamped between the adjacent conductive fixing pieces 3, the power supply 2, the conductive fixing pieces 3 and the section of the metal pipeline 1 form a complete loop, so that current is loaded on the metal pipeline 1, wherein the metal pipeline 1 is equivalent to a resistor, and the metal pipeline 1 can generate heat after the current is loaded.

The power supply 2 can be a direct current power supply, and the heating power can be controlled by regulating and controlling the current through the controller.
