In order to avoid the magnetic float from adhering to the lower limit plate 16 as much as possible, a convex structure 17 is provided on the side of the lower limit plate 16 facing the magnetic float 14, so that the lower limit plate 16 and the magnetic float 14 are changed from the previous surface contact into point contact, and the contact area between the lower limit plate 16 and the magnetic float 14 is reduced. Usually, the lower limit plate 16 is detachably connected to the main rod 6, and the magnetic float 14 can be attached/detached after the lower limit plate 16 is removed; the upper limiting plate 15 may be integrally formed with the main lever 6.
