1. A reinforced combination chair suitable for standing on a support surface, comprising:

a seat cushion unit having a lower surface facing the support surface and an upper surface opposite to the lower surface; and

at least three foot rest units, liftoff connect in the lower surface of seat pad unit, its characterized in that:

each foot stand unit comprises an outer pipe piece and an inner shaft piece penetrating in the outer pipe piece, wherein the bending strength of the inner shaft piece is larger than that of the outer pipe piece, and the inner shaft piece is provided with a lower end face close to the supporting face.

2. The reinforced combination chair of claim 1, wherein: each foot stand unit also comprises a foot pad detachably connected to the lower end face of the inner shaft.

The reinforced combination chair of claim 2, wherein: each foot rest unit further comprises a first bolt, the inner shaft element is further provided with a lower end screw hole extending from the lower end surface towards the direction of the seat cushion unit, and the first bolt penetrates through the foot pad and is screwed in the lower end screw hole.

The reinforced combination chair of claim 1, wherein: each foot rest unit further comprises a connecting piece and a bolt, the inner shaft piece is further provided with an upper end face opposite to the lower end face, and a socket extending from the upper end face to the lower end face, the connecting piece is provided with a first connecting portion penetrating into the socket and a second connecting portion forming an included angle with the first connecting portion and connected to the lower surface of the seat cushion unit, and the bolt penetrates through the inner shaft piece and the first connecting portion of the connecting piece to enable the connecting piece to be connected to the inner shaft piece.

The reinforced combination chair of claim 5, wherein: the reinforced combined chair also comprises a plurality of supporting units, each supporting unit is detachably connected among three adjacent foot stand units and comprises a supporting rod, a first fixing bolt and a second fixing bolt, the supporting rod is provided with a first rod piece and a second rod piece which are integrally formed and form an included angle, a first nut part which is welded between the first rod piece and the second rod piece and is integrally connected with the first rod piece and the second rod piece, a second nut part which is welded at one end of the first rod piece far away from the first nut part and is integrally connected with the first rod piece, and a lap joint part which is formed at one end of the second rod piece far away from the first nut part, the lap joint part of each supporting rod is lap jointed with the second nut part of the adjacent supporting rod, and the first fixing bolt of each supporting rod penetrates through the corresponding foot stand unit in three adjacent foot stand units and is screwed with the first nut part, the second fixing bolt penetrates through the other foot stand unit different from the corresponding foot stand unit in the three adjacent foot stand units and the lap joint part, and is screwed in the second nut part of the supporting rod of the adjacent supporting unit.

7. The reinforced combination chair of claim 5, wherein: the reinforced combined chair comprises four foot rest units, and the chair cushion unit comprises four bolt seats.

The reinforced combination chair of claim 9, wherein: the dinner plate unit comprises two fixed seats, a first telescopic group, a second telescopic group and a dinner plate, each fixed seat is provided with a locking sheet fixed on the lower joint surface of the respective bearing section and a sleeve pipe with a through hole defined around the fixed seat, the first telescopic group is provided with a sliding rod which can pass through a through hole of one of the fixed seats in a displaceable way and a limit bolt, the sliding rod is provided with a pore canal extending along the length direction, the limit bolt penetrates through one of the fixed seats and is partially penetrated in the pore canal, the second telescopic group is provided with a first rod which can pass through the through hole of the other fixed seat in a displaceable way and a second rod which is sleeved with the first rod and can be telescopic relative to the first rod, the dinner plate is spaced from the body portion of the seat cushion unit, connected to the second rod and detachably lapped on the sliding rod.

11. The reinforced combination chair of claim 1, wherein: the outer pipe of each foot stand unit is provided with pictures and texts formed on the outer surface, the pictures and texts can be one of characters, figures, lines and portraits, and the processing mode can be one of laser engraving, spraying and pasting.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a combined chair, in particular to a reinforced combined chair.

Background

Referring to fig. 1, a combination chair 1 includes a body 11 and four foot units 12. Each foot rest unit 12 has a support section 121 and an extension section 122 which are integrally formed. The extension 122 is connected to the body 11. The support section 121 is vertically placed on the ground.

In order not to affect the structural strength of the combined chair 1, the main body 11 and the foot stand unit 12 are locked together after leaving the factory and cannot be disassembled, and particularly, the integrated supporting section 121 and the integrated extending section 122 cannot be disassembled or disassembled although the load can be further lifted, and the material volume is too large, which is not favorable for transportation or storage.

In order to improve the above disadvantages, there is another combination chair with detachable foot stool unit on the city surface, however, such combination chair with detachable foot stool unit mostly uses metal bracket to increase the whole structural strength, and is limited in the whole aesthetic design.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a reinforced combined chair which has aesthetic appearance and can improve the strength of the whole structure.

The invention relates to a reinforced combined chair which is suitable for being vertically arranged on a supporting surface and comprises a chair cushion unit and at least three foot rest units.

The cushion unit has a lower surface facing the support surface and an upper surface opposite to the lower surface.

The foot stand units are detachably connected to the lower surface of the seat cushion unit, each foot stand unit comprises an outer pipe and an inner shaft penetrating in the outer pipe, the bending strength of the inner shaft is larger than that of the outer pipe, and the inner shaft is provided with a lower end surface adjacent to the supporting surface.

Each foot stand unit of the reinforced combined chair further comprises a foot pad detachably connected to the lower end face of the inner shaft piece.

In the reinforced combined chair, each foot stand unit further comprises a first bolt, the inner shaft element further comprises a lower end screw hole extending from the lower end surface to the direction of the chair cushion unit, and the first bolt penetrates through the foot pad and is screwed in the lower end screw hole.

The reinforced combined chair comprises a base, a cushion unit, a foot rest unit, an inner shaft element, a connecting piece and a bolt, wherein the inner shaft element is provided with an upper end surface opposite to the lower end surface and a socket extending from the upper end surface to the lower end surface, the connecting piece is provided with a first connecting part penetrating in the socket and a second connecting part forming an included angle with the first connecting part and connected to the lower surface of the cushion unit, and the bolt penetrates through the inner shaft element and the first connecting part of the connecting piece to enable the connecting piece to be connected to the inner shaft element.

The reinforced combined chair comprises a chair cushion unit and a connecting piece, wherein the chair cushion unit comprises a plurality of bolt seats which are formed on the lower surface and correspond to the foot rest units in number, each bolt seat is provided with an upper screw hole and an outer peripheral surface surrounding the upper screw hole and a clamping part formed on the outer peripheral surface, each foot rest unit also comprises a second bolt, the second connecting part of the connecting piece is provided with an inner ring surface surrounding and defining a concave hole, the concave hole is sleeved on the bolt seat, the inner ring surface is provided with a limiting part matched with the clamping part, the clamping part can be one of a concave part and a convex part, the limiting part can be the other of the concave part and the convex part, and the second bolt penetrates through the second connecting part and is screwed on the upper screw hole of the bolt seat.

The reinforced combined chair also comprises a plurality of supporting units, each supporting unit is detachably connected among three adjacent foot stand units and comprises a supporting rod, a first fixing bolt and a second fixing bolt, the supporting rod is provided with a first rod piece and a second rod piece which are integrally formed and form an included angle, a first nut part which is welded between the first rod piece and the second rod piece and is integrally connected with the first rod piece and the second rod piece, a second nut part which is welded at one end of the first rod piece far away from the first nut part and is integrally connected with the first rod piece, and a lap joint part which is formed at one end of the second rod piece far away from the first nut part, the lap joint part of each supporting rod is lap jointed with the second nut part of the adjacent supporting rod, the first fixing bolt of each supporting rod penetrates through the corresponding foot stand unit of the three adjacent foot stand units and is screwed with the first nut part, the second fixing bolt penetrates through the other foot stand unit different from the corresponding foot stand unit in the three adjacent foot stand units and the lap joint part, and is screwed in the second nut part of the supporting rod of the adjacent supporting unit.

The reinforced combined chair comprises four foot rest units, and the chair cushion unit comprises four bolt seats.

The reinforced combined chair also comprises a chair back unit, wherein the chair cushion unit comprises a body part and two armrest parts, the body part is provided with the upper surface and the lower surface, the armrest parts are formed on two opposite sides of the body part, each armrest part is provided with an extending section which is connected with the body part and extends upwards, and a bearing section which forms an included angle with the extending section, the chair back unit comprises a chair back, and the chair back is provided with two connecting parts which are formed on two sides and are detachably connected with the bearing sections of the armrest parts.

The reinforced combined chair further comprises a dinner plate unit, wherein the bearing section of each armrest part is provided with an upper contact surface which faces upwards and is connected with the connecting part of the respective chair back, and a lower contact surface opposite to the upper contact surface, and the dinner plate unit is connected with the lower contact surface of the bearing section of the armrest part.

The reinforced combined chair of the invention comprises a dinner plate unit and a plurality of supporting plates, wherein the dinner plate unit comprises two fixing seats, a first telescopic group, a second telescopic group and a dinner plate, each fixing seat is provided with a locking connecting sheet fixed on the lower connecting surface of a respective bearing section and a sleeve pipe which is defined with a through hole in a surrounding way, the first telescopic group is provided with a sliding rod which can pass through a through hole of one of the fixed seats in a displaceable way and a limit bolt, the sliding rod is provided with a pore canal extending along the length direction, the limit bolt penetrates through one of the fixed seats and is partially penetrated in the pore canal, the second telescopic group is provided with a first rod which can pass through the through hole of the other fixed seat in a displaceable way and a second rod which is sleeved with the first rod and can be telescopic relative to the first rod, the dinner plate is spaced from the body portion of the seat cushion unit, connected to the second rod and detachably lapped on the sliding rod.

The reinforced combined chair of the invention has the outer pipe of each foot rest unit provided with pictures and texts formed on the outer surface, wherein the pictures and texts can be one of characters, figures, lines and portraits, and the processing mode can be one of laser engraving, spraying and pasting.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the detachable chair cushion unit and the foot rest unit reduce the volume during transportation or storage, and the inner shaft member penetrating through the outer pipe member and having higher bending strength further improves the integral structural strength under the condition of aesthetic appearance.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first embodiment of the reinforced combination chair of the present invention is suitable for standing on a supporting surface 2 (see fig. 8), and includes a cushion unit 3, four foot rest units 4, four support units 5, and a backrest unit 6.

The cushion unit 3 includes a body portion 31, and four key seats 33.

The body portion 31 has a lower surface 311 facing the support surface 2 (fig. 8) and an upper surface 312 opposite to the lower surface 311.

The plug seat 33 is fixed to the lower surface 311 of the body 31. Each of the key holders 33 is formed with an upper screw hole 331, and has an outer circumferential surface surrounding the upper screw hole 331 and an engaging portion 332 formed on the outer circumferential surface.

The foot stand units 4 are detachably attached to the lower surface 311 of the body part 31 of the seat cushion unit 3, and each foot stand unit 4 includes an outer pipe member 41, an inner shaft member 42, a foot pad 43, a first bolt 44, a joint member 45, a second bolt 46, and a latch 47.

In this embodiment, the outer tube 41 may be made of plastic, wood, etc., and has a pattern 411 formed on an outer surface thereof. The graphics 411 may be one of characters (such as congratulatory words), figures, lines and portraits, and the processing method may be one of laser engraving, spraying and pasting.

Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 8, in the present embodiment, the inner shaft 42 is made of a metal material, is inserted into the outer tube 41, has a bending strength greater than that of the outer tube 41, and has a lower end surface 421 adjacent to the supporting surface 2, an upper end surface 422 opposite to the lower end surface 421, a lower end screw hole 423 extending from the lower end surface 421 to the upper end surface 422, and a socket 424 extending from the upper end surface 422 to the lower end surface 421.

The foot pad 43 has a pad body 431 and a pad cover 432. The pad body 431 has a first groove 433 formed at one end surface facing the inner shaft 42 and facing the lower end surface 421, and a second groove 434 formed at the other end surface opposite to the first groove 433. The pad cover 432 is aligned with the second groove 434.

The first bolt 44 is inserted through the leg 43 from bottom to top and is screwed into the lower end screw hole 423 of the inner shaft 42, so that the leg 43 is detachably connected to the lower end surface 421 of the inner shaft 42. When the installation is performed, the inner shaft 42 and the cushion body 431 can be connected into a whole through the first bolt 44 only by aligning the first groove 433 of the cushion body 431 with the lower end surface 421 of the inner shaft 42, and finally, the cushion cover 432 is closed to the second groove 434 of the cushion body 431, so that the first bolt 44 can be closed, the appearance is improved, and the first bolt 44 is isolated from the supporting surface 2.

The connecting member 45 has a first connecting portion 451 inserted into the insertion hole 424, and a second connecting portion 452 forming an angle with the first connecting portion 451. The second connecting portion 452 has an inner annular surface 454 surrounding a recess 453. The concave hole 453 is sleeved on the bolt seat 33. The inner ring surface 454 has a stopper 455 that fits against the engaging portion 332.

The engaging portion 332 may be one of a concave portion and a convex portion, and the stopper portion 455 may be the other of the concave portion and the convex portion. Thereby, the installation angle of each foot rest unit 4 is limited by the foolproof design of the concave and convex.

The second bolts 46 pass through the second connecting portions 452 from bottom to top and are screwed into the upper screw holes 331 of the respective bolt seats 33, so that the joint members 45 are fixed to the body portion 31 of the seat cushion unit 3.

The latch 47 is inserted through the first connecting portion 451 between the inner shaft 42 and the joint 45, so that the joint 45 is connected to the inner shaft 42.

It should be noted that the length of the outer tube 41 and the inner shaft 42, or the foot pad 43, or the connecting element 45 along the vertical direction is not limited to that shown in fig. 8, and in the modified example of the present embodiment, the length can also be extended or shortened according to the use requirement of the consumer, but not limited to this.

Referring to fig. 3, 5, 6 and 8, each support unit 5 is detachably connected between three adjacent foot stand units 4, and includes a support rod 51, a first fixing bolt 52 and a second fixing bolt 53 in a V shape. Each of the support rods 51 has a first rod 510 and a second rod 510 'which are substantially V-shaped with an included angle, a first nut portion 511 welded between the first rod 510 and the second rod 510' and integrally connected to the first rod 510 and the second rod 510 ', a second nut portion 512 welded to an end of the first rod 510 remote from the first nut portion 511 and integrally connected to the first rod 510, and a bridging portion 513 formed at an end of the second rod 510' remote from the first nut portion 511. The overlapping portion 513 of each support rod 51 overlaps the second nut portion 512 of the adjacent support rod 51. The first fixing bolt 52 of each support unit 5 passes through the outer pipe member 41 and the inner pipe member 42 of the corresponding foot stool unit 4 of the adjacent three foot stool units 4 and is screwed to the first nut portion 511 of the support rod 51, and the second fixing bolt 53 passes through the outer pipe member 41, the socket 424 of the inner pipe member 42, the first connecting portion 451 and the overlapping portion 513 of the joint member 45 of the other foot stool unit 4 of the adjacent three foot stool units 4 different from the corresponding foot stool unit 4 and is screwed to the second nut portion 512 of the support rod 51 of the adjacent support unit 5.

The back unit 6 includes a back 61 (see fig. 2). In the present embodiment, the seatback 61 is integrally formed with the body portion 31 of the seat cushion unit 3.

When leaving the factory, the foot rest unit 4 and the supporting unit 5 are detachable and assembled modular components, so that the components can be reduced in volume and convenient to transport or store.

Referring to fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, during installation, the limit portion 455 of the connecting member 45 of each foot rest unit 4 is only required to be engaged with the engaging portion 332 of the bolt seat 33 of the cushion unit 3, so that each foot rest unit 4 can be engaged with the bolt seat 33 via the concave hole 453 to limit the position at a predetermined position, and then each second bolt 46 passes through the second connecting portion 452 of each connecting member 45 from bottom to top and is screwed with the upper screw hole 331 of the bolt seat 33, so as to lock the foot rest unit 4 on the cushion unit 3, thereby completing the assembly.

Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, the second embodiment of the reinforced combination chair of the present invention also includes the cushion unit 3, the foot rest unit 4, the supporting unit 5 and the backrest unit 6, which is different from the first embodiment in that it further includes a dinner plate unit 7, and the differences are as follows:

the seat cushion unit 3 further includes two armrest portions 32. The armrest portions 32 are formed on opposite sides of the main body 31, and each armrest portion 32 has an extending section 321 connected to the main body 31 and extending upward, and a carrying section 322 forming an included angle with the extending section 321. The carrier section 322 has an upper abutment surface 323 facing upwards and a lower abutment surface 324 opposite the upper abutment surface 323.

The seatback unit 6 further includes a plurality of third bolts 62. And the seat back 61 has two connection portions 610 formed at both sides. The connection portions 610 are detachably connected to the upper junction surfaces 323 of the bearing sections 322 of the armrest portions 32 and respectively have a plurality of screw holes 611 extending upward from one side surface facing the upper junction surfaces 323. The third bolt 62 passes through the bearing section 322 of the armrest portion 32 from bottom to top and is screwed into the screwing hole 611, so that the seat back 61 is fixedly connected to the bearing section 322 of the armrest portion 32.

The dish unit 7 is connected to the carrying section 322 of the armrest portion 32 and includes two fixing bases 71, a first telescopic set 72, a second telescopic set 73, and a dish 74. Each of the holders 71 has a locking tab 710 secured to the lower face 324 of the respective carrier section 322 and a sleeve 712 defining a bore 711 therearound. The first telescopic assembly 72 has a sliding rod 721 movably passing through the through hole 711 of one of the fixing bases 71, and a limit bolt 722. The sliding rod 721 has a tunnel 723 extending in a length direction. The limiting bolt 722 penetrates through one of the fixing seats 71 and is partially penetrated in the duct 723 to limit the sliding rod 721. The second telescopic set 73 has a first rod 731 movably passing through the through hole 711 of the other fixing seat 71, and a second rod 732 sleeved with the first rod 731 and capable of extending and retracting relative to the first rod 731. The dinner plate 74 is separated from the body part 31 of the cushion unit 3 by a distance, is connected to the second rod 732 and is detachably connected to the sliding rod 721. Thereby, when the dish 74 is separated from the slide bar 721, it can be rotated to one side of the cushion unit 3 centering on the second bar 732.

Referring to fig. 10, when leaving the factory, the chair cushion unit 3, the foot rest unit 4, the supporting unit 5, the chair back unit 6 and the dinner plate unit 7 are detachable and modularized components, so that the components can be reduced in volume and convenient to transport or store.

It should be noted that the installation manner of each foot rest unit 4 is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted. Referring to fig. 11, 12, 13 and 14, next, the connecting portion 610 of the seat back 61 is mounted on the bearing section 322 of the armrest portion 32 of the seat cushion unit 3, and the third bolt 62 passes through the bearing section 322 of the armrest portion 32 from bottom to top and is screwed into the screw hole 611 of the connecting portion 610 of the seat back 61, so that the seat back 61 can be locked to the seat cushion unit 3.

Finally, a user with a child can choose whether to install the tray unit 7, and when installing the tray unit 7, the assembly can be completed only by locking the fixing seat 71 on the bearing section 322 of the armrest portion 32 of the cushion unit 3. In use, the distance between the tray 74 and the backrest 61 can be adjusted by the sliding rod 721 or the first rod 731 sliding in the through hole 711 of the fixing base 71, and the second rod 732 which can be retracted.

It should be noted that the dish unit 7 is not limited to be assembled to the cushion unit 3 as shown in fig. 9, but in another variation of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the dish unit 7 may be detached from the cushion unit 3 when the dish unit 7 is not needed after the young child grows up, thereby making it possible to provide a fashionable combination chair.

From the above description, the advantages of the foregoing embodiments can be summarized as follows:

1. the present invention can reduce the overall volume of the detachable cushion unit 3 and the detachable foot rest unit 4, and is convenient for transportation or storage, and importantly, in the case of the first embodiment, only the four foot rest unit 4 and the four supporting units 5 are assembled, and in the case that each supporting rod 51 is integrally formed by two rod members 510, the first nut portion 511 and the second nut portion 512, the assembly of 12 bolts (including the four first fixing bolts 52 and the four second fixing bolts 53) can be completed within 3-5 minutes by only using a hexagonal wrench (not shown), which is not only quick, simple, convenient and safe.

2.
