Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: the invention discloses a multifunctional egg boiling device which comprises a boiling cage 1 and a cage cover 2, and further comprises a hot water kettle 3, a kettle cover 4, a kettle handle 5, a kettle spout 6, a kettle switch 7, a rotating shaft, a heating base and a power plug, wherein the boiling cage 1 comprises an upper cage body 101 and a lower cage body 102, five convex edges C109 serving as clamping rings are arranged on the outer edge of the upper end of the upper cage body 101, and the cage cover 2 is movably connected with the boiling cage 1 through the convex edges C109. The side wall is a solid ring, the side wall of the lower cage body 102 is provided with a plurality of holes A103, hot water in the thermos 3 enters the boiling cage 1 through the holes A103 to directly heat the surface of eggs, the lower surface of the lower cage body 102 is a solid round bottom, the upper end of the thermos 3 is provided with a round opening, the cage cover 2 is carried on the opening, the boiling cage 1 is arranged in the thermos 3, the pot cover 4 is arranged on the side edge of the opening and is connected with the thermos 3 through a rotating shaft and can rotate 0 to 160 degrees relative to the opening, the pot handle 5 is arranged on the same side of the rotating shaft, the pot switch 7 is arranged on the pot handle 5, the pot nozzle 6 is arranged on the tilting side of the pot cover 4, the heating base is arranged at the bottom of the thermos 3, the side surface of the thermos 3 is provided with a power supply interface, a power supply plug is electrically connected with the heating base through the power supply interface and is used for providing power, the heating base has heating and heat preservation modes, egg boiling is carried out in the heat preservation mode, the heating base automatically switches the heating mode after the water is heated to boiling state, and keeping the water boiling.

Boil cage 1 and wholly be hollow cylinder, the top sets up the opening, inside sets up four vertical division boards 8 that are central symmetry, four division boards 8 form cross, boil 1 inboard settings of cage and four vertical recess A104 of division board 8 assorted, division board 8 one end is passed through recess A104 movable mounting and is boiled on cage 1, the other end is concentrated together and is installed on center pin 9, division board 8 forms four empty rooms each other, center pin 9 sets up vertical convex hole B towards empty room. The center pin 9 sets up four groups of holes B, and every group is two, and vertical range from top to bottom, every strainer 10 passes a group of hole B swing joint on center pin 9. The central shaft 9 can drive the separation plate 8 and the strainer 10 to be separated from the cooking cage 1 from the groove A104, so that the interior of the cooking cage 1 is completely hollow and can be used as a saucepan.

The boiling cage 1 further comprises four strainer 10, the strainer 10 comprises four strainer bottoms 111, a strainer handle 112 and a handle 113, the strainer bottom 111 comprises a plurality of round small holes C and is hemispherical, the two strainer bottoms 111 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the strainer handle 112, the other two strainer bottoms 111 are uniformly arranged in the middle of the strainer handle 112, and an egg is stored in each strainer bottom 111. Prevent that water from in boiling process, driving the egg in strainer 10 and colliding each other, cause the damage, two liang of spoon bottoms 111 are the upper and lower end of butt egg respectively, and the egg side is fixed by division board 8, just so the egg just can the thermally equivalent and can not collide each other. The spoon handle 112 is movably arranged on the hole B and can move up and down at the division plate 8, the lifting handle 113 is arranged at one end of the spoon handle 112 and is arc-shaped, when the spoon bottom 111 is contacted with the bottom of the boiling cage 1, the height of the lifting handle 113 is lower than the upper surface of the boiling cage 1, namely, the strainer 10 can be completely placed in the boiling cage 1, so that the cage cover 2 can completely seal the boiling cage 1, and the heat loss is reduced. Eggs are placed on the bottom 111 of the strainer and are placed in the empty chamber together with the strainer 10. The division plate 8 enables eggs to be placed in different empty chambers, increases the heating area, enables the boiled eggs to be heated uniformly, and prevents the eggs from breaking. The colander 10 facilitates the user to take out and place eggs, and only the eggs are needed to be placed in the colander 10 one by one and supported by the side wall of the partition plate 8, and the eggs can be vertically arranged in the empty room. After the eggs are boiled, the colander 10 is pulled upwards through the handle 113 to take out the eggs one by one.

The horizontal length of the partition plate 8 is 5cm, the vertical length is 16cm, the diameter of the spoon bottom 111 is 4cm, only one egg is placed on each spoon bottom 111, 4 eggs are vertically discharged from top to bottom, and the saucepan can boil 16 eggs at most once enough for one family to eat. In order to prevent the water from overflowing due to excessive water in the upper part, 3 eggs are placed in each strainer 10 according to the optimal egg boiling quantity, and enough inner packaging space is reserved above the upper part, so that the egg boiling process is heated uniformly.

The egg boiling device also comprises a cold water pot 11, wherein the upper end of the cold water pot 11 is a hollow cylinder with an opening, and the diameter of the opening is larger than that of the boiling cage 1 and is used for cooling the boiled eggs. The boiled egg is placed into the cold water pot 11 along with the cage 1 and the cage cover 2 for cooling, after cooling, the cage 1 and the cage cover 2 are separated, the strainer 10 is moved upwards relative to the cage 1 through the handle 113, the strainer 10 drives the egg to move upwards, and the egg can be taken out one by one according to the edible quantity of the user. Because the lower surface of the lower cage body 102 is solid, the phenomenon that water drips everywhere when the cooking cage 1 is taken out can not occur, most of water remains at the lower end of the lower cage body 102, when eggs are taken out, the cooking cage 1 is positioned in the cold water pot 11, the eggs are taken out along with the strainer 10, and the phenomenon that the water remained at the lower cage body 102 drips everywhere can not occur. The fresh eggs are put into cold water to obtain warm water and eggs suitable for eating, and the cooling speed of the rest eggs is slow under the condition of warm water, so that the heat preservation storage time of the eggs is prolonged.

The pot wall 12 is arranged on the outer side of the boiling cage 1, the outer wall of the upper cage body 101 is provided with five vertical convex ribs A105, the outer edge of the bottom of the lower cage body 102 is provided with five vertical convex ribs B106, the pot wall 12 is annular and is sleeved on the outer side of the boiling cage 1, the height of the pot wall 12 is slightly larger than that of the lower cage body 102, the upper end of the inner wall of the pot wall 12 is provided with five grooves B107 matched with the convex ribs A105, the lower end of the inner wall of the pot wall is provided with five grooves C108 matched with the convex ribs B106, and the inner walls of the grooves B107 and the grooves C108 are made of sealing elastomers. When eggs are boiled, the pot wall 12 is movably connected with the upper cage body 101 through the convex edge A105 and the groove B107, the hole A103 of the lower cage body 102 is exposed, as shown in figure 3, the eggs are placed in the boiling cage 1 for heating, and the pot wall 12 is hung at the upper cage body 101, so that the egg boiling effect is not hindered. When the cooking cage 1 is used as a cooking pot, the pot wall 12 is movably connected with the lower end of the lower cage body 102 through the convex ribs B106 and the grooves C108, the cooking cage 1 is sealed, the lower cage body 102 is completely sealed, water leakage is avoided, as a second state, as shown in figure 4, food (such as soup bases) is poured into the cooking cage 1, and the food in the cooking cage 1 is cooked through hot water.

Cage lid 2 includes handle 201 and lid 202, lid 202 is the circular cone type, including venthole 203, excircle and interior circle, handle 201 sets up and puts at lid 202 upper end central point, is the arcuation bar body, venthole 203 runs through the setting from top to bottom in lid 202 one side for the balanced cage 1 internal gas pressure that boils, excircle and thermos 3's opening phase-match, be used for closing cap thermos 3, interior circle sets up and bead C109 assorted buckle, through buckle locking bead C109 accomplish cage lid 2 with boil being connected of cage 1.

The egg boiling device further comprises an egg boiling knob, a timer and an alarm, the egg boiling knob and the alarm are arranged on the side face of the hot water kettle 3, the timer is arranged inside the hot water kettle 3, the egg boiling knob comprises a loose egg mode, a completely cooked mode and a pot boiling mode, the loose egg mode is on the left, the completely cooked mode is on the right, and the pot boiling mode is in the middle. The different time of cooking the eggs is controlled by the timer to obtain the loose eggs and the fully cooked eggs, the alarm is arranged to remind a user that the cooking of the eggs is finished, the cooking cage 1 needs to be transferred to the cold water pot 11 for cooling, and the eggs are prevented from being cooked for too long time, so that the loose eggs become fully cooked and the fully cooked eggs are prevented from bursting.

The working principle is as follows:

1. boiling eggs: the kettle switch 7 is pressed to heat the water in the hot water kettle 3 to boiling, then the heating base is automatically switched to a heat preservation mode to keep the water continuously boiling, the kettle wall 12 is movably connected with the upper cage body 101 through the convex edge A105 and the groove B107, so that the hole A103 of the lower cage body 102 is exposed, eggs are put into each spoon bottom 111 one by one and are put into the hot water kettle 3 along with the boiling cage 1, and two thirds of normal temperature water is stored in the cold water kettle 11.

2. If the eggs need to be cooked, the egg cooking knob is rotated to a loose-core egg mode, the timer automatically counts the time for 5 minutes, after the counting time is over, the alarm gives an alarm, the heating base is powered off, a user takes the cooking cage 1 out of the hot water kettle 3 together with the cage cover 2 through the handle 201, the cooking cage is rapidly placed in the cold water pot 11 to stand for 5 minutes, then the handle 113 is pulled upwards, and the eggs are taken out one by one to be eaten according to the needs.

3. If eggs which are completely cooked need to be cooked, the egg cooking knob is rotated to the completely cooked mode, the timer automatically counts the time for 8 minutes, after the counting time is over, the alarm gives an alarm, the heating base is powered off, a user separates the cooking cage 1 from the hot water kettle 3 along with the cage cover 2 through the handle 201, the cooking cage is rapidly placed in the cold water pot 11 to stand for 5 minutes, then the handle 113 is pulled upwards, and the eggs are taken out one by one to be eaten according to the needs.

4. When the egg boiling device is used as a boiler, the boiler wall 12 is movably connected with the lower end of the lower cage body 102 through the convex edge B106 and the groove C108, the boiling cage 1 is sealed, food to be boiled is placed in the boiling cage 1, the boiling cage 1 is movably connected with the cage cover 2, the cage cover 2 covers the hot water kettle 3, the boiling cage 1 is placed in the hot water kettle 3, the kettle switch 7 is pressed, the egg boiling knob is set to be in a boiler mode, the timer counts time when the kettle switch 7 is pressed, the heating base is firstly heated until the water is boiled, then the heating base is kept boiling until the timer counts time and the power is off, and a user takes out the food in the boiling cage 1 to eat or takes the food after the temperature of the cold water boiler 11 is reduced.

A control method of a multifunctional egg boiling device comprises the following steps:

the egg boiling device realizes the functions of boiling eggs and boiling soup by controlling the pot wall 12 to move up and down, and the specific method comprises the following steps:

boiling eggs: the pot wall 12 is movably connected with the upper cage body 101 through the groove B107 and the rib A105, the hole A103 of the lower cage body 102 is exposed, and eggs are placed in the cooking cage 1 for heating;

boiling soup: the pot wall 12 is movably connected with the lower cage body 102 through the groove C108 and the convex rib B106, the hole A103 of the lower cage body 102 is sealed, and the soup is placed in the cooking cage 1 for heating.

A control method of a multifunctional egg boiling device specifically comprises the following egg boiling steps:

A. pressing a kettle switch 7 to heat the hot water kettle 3 to boiling, then automatically switching a heating base to a heat preservation mode to keep water boiling continuously, placing eggs in a strainer 10, and placing the eggs in the hot water kettle 3 along with the boiling cage 1;

B. if the eggs are boiled in loose yolk, the egg boiling knob is rotated to a loose yolk mode, the timer automatically counts the time for 5 minutes, after the counting time is over, the alarm gives an alarm, the heating base is powered off, the user separates the boiling cage 1 from the hot water kettle 3 together with the cage cover 2 through the handle 201, and the boiling cage is rapidly placed in the cold water pot 11 to stand for 5 minutes and then taken out for eating;

if eggs which are completely cooked need to be cooked, the egg cooking knob is rotated to the completely cooked mode, the timer automatically counts the time for 8 minutes, after the counting time is over, the alarm gives an alarm, the heating base is powered off, the user separates the cooking cage 1 from the hot water kettle 3 along with the cage cover 2 through the handle 201, and the cooking cage is rapidly placed in the cold water pot 11 to stand for 5 minutes and then taken out for eating.
