Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention provides a lifting type tableware cleaning machine, including a cleaning machine body 100, the cleaning machine body 100 is provided with a plurality of cleaning processes, the cleaning machine body 100 is provided with a lifting conveying mechanism 200 corresponding to each cleaning process, the lifting conveying mechanism 200 is provided with a plurality of tableware loading positions along a vertical direction, a transverse conveying mechanism is arranged between two lifting conveying mechanisms 200 corresponding to two adjacent cleaning processes of the cleaning machine body 100, and the transverse conveying mechanism is used for moving tableware from the lifting conveying mechanism 200 corresponding to a previous cleaning process to the lifting conveying mechanism 200 corresponding to a next cleaning process.

In order to improve the conveying efficiency of the tableware, in some embodiments of the present invention, the tableware feeding end of each of the lifting conveying mechanisms 200 is disposed at the upper end or the lower end thereof, the corresponding tableware feeding end is disposed at the lower end or the upper end thereof, and the conveying directions of two adjacent lifting conveying mechanisms 200 are opposite, such that the tableware feeding end and the tableware feeding end of two adjacent lifting conveying mechanisms 200 are opposite.

Taking 3 lifting conveying mechanisms 200 as an example, the 3 lifting conveying mechanisms 200 comprise a conveying mechanism A, a conveying mechanism B and a conveying mechanism C which are adjacent in sequence, wherein the conveying mechanism A conveys downwards, the tableware feeding end is positioned at the upper end, and the tableware discharging end is positioned at the lower end. The conveying mechanism B conveys upwards, and the tableware feeding end is positioned at the lower end and the tableware discharging end is positioned at the upper end. The conveying mechanism C conveys downwards, the tableware feeding end is positioned at the upper end, and the tableware discharging end is positioned at the lower end. Correspondingly, the transverse conveying mechanism between the conveying mechanism A and the conveying mechanism B is positioned at the lower end position of the conveying mechanism A and the conveying mechanism B, and the transverse conveying mechanism between the conveying mechanism B and the conveying mechanism C is positioned at the upper end position of the conveying mechanism B and the conveying mechanism C. Obviously, the conveying mode has outstanding conveying efficiency, and the tableware can be quickly conveyed among a plurality of washing procedures.

It is understood that the tableware delivering end and the tableware delivering end of the elevating conveyor 200 can be divided into other parts, for example, the tableware delivering end and the tableware delivering end are both disposed at the lower end of the elevating conveyor 200, in the previous embodiment, 3 elevating conveyor 200 are taken as an example, when tableware is delivered from the lower end of the conveyor a, the tableware is cleaned and delivered one stage upwards, then a piece of tableware is placed, when the conveyor a is filled with the cleaned tableware in the vertical direction, the cleaned tableware is delivered to the conveyor B from the lower end one by one, and the conveyor B and the conveyor C adopt the same operation mode. In some embodiments of the present invention, the lifting and conveying mechanism 200 is provided with two sets of conveying chains 500 along the vertical direction, each set of conveying chains 500 is provided with a plurality of loading portions along the length direction, and a tableware loading position is formed between two corresponding loading portions on the two sets of conveying chains 500, and tableware can be directly or indirectly loaded on the two loading portions.

In this embodiment, since the two sets of conveyor chains 500 are distributed back and forth along the conveying direction of the transverse conveying mechanism, so that a blocking barrier is formed between the tableware delivering end and the tableware delivering end of two adjacent lifting conveying mechanisms 200 in the horizontal direction, when the tableware is switched between two adjacent lifting conveying mechanisms 200, the tableware needs to move by one body position in the vertical direction to avoid the blocking barrier of the loading part between the two adjacent lifting conveying mechanisms. At the bottom of the lifting and conveying mechanism 200, the tableware can avoid the obstruction of the loading part only by falling down one body position, so that the transverse pushing component is arranged below the lifting and conveying mechanism 200 and keeps the difference of the height of the tableware with the lower end of the lifting and conveying mechanism 200, so that the tableware can completely avoid the obstruction of the loading part when falling onto the transverse pushing component from the lifting and conveying mechanism 200, and then the tableware is pushed to the lower part of the next lifting and conveying mechanism 200 from the lower part of the previous lifting and conveying mechanism 200 by the transverse pushing component. In the pickling process, a citric acid spray pipe 700 is arranged at the bottom of the second lifting mechanism 202 and in the area corresponding to the first partition plate and the second partition plate, and is used for spraying a citric acid pickling agent on the tableware.

In the present embodiment, the housing has a mounting space above and below the first lifting mechanism 201, the second lifting mechanism 202, the third lifting mechanism 203 and the fourth lifting mechanism 204, so that the tableware can be moved from above or below.

Specifically, the transverse conveying mechanism comprises a clamping jaw transverse moving assembly arranged above the second lifting mechanism 202 and the third lifting mechanism 203, a transverse pushing assembly arranged below the first lifting mechanism 201, the second lifting mechanism 202, the third lifting mechanism 203 and the fourth lifting mechanism 204, and a lifting assembly arranged below the second lifting mechanism 202 and the fourth lifting mechanism 204.

The clamping jaw transverse moving assembly comprises a transverse sliding cylinder 1001 and a transverse moving clamping jaw 1002, wherein the transverse sliding cylinder 1001 is arranged in a transverse direction, the transverse moving clamping jaw 1002 is arranged on the sliding cylinder 1001, the transverse moving clamping jaw 1002 is used for clamping tableware from the front side and the rear side of the tableware, and can be controlled to move to the position above the third lifting mechanism 203 from the position above the second lifting mechanism 202 through the sliding cylinder 1001 after the tableware is clamped. Since the second lifting mechanism 202 is upwardly transferred, the uppermost dishes can be lifted by the lower dishes without interfering with the second partition or the second lifting mechanism 202 when moving. When the tray is moved above the third lifting mechanism 203, the traverse jaw 1002 is released, and the dishes are automatically dropped onto the loading section of the third lifting mechanism 203.

It is understood that the loading portion of the present embodiment is not suitable for the structure of the loading slot 513, and the tableware can be loaded directly on the upper end surface of the loading portion.

The transverse pushing component comprises a transverse push rod 1003 which is arranged below the first lifting mechanism 201, the second lifting mechanism 202, the third lifting mechanism 203 and the fourth lifting mechanism 204 in a transverse sliding mode, a transverse pushing part 1004 is arranged on the transverse push rod 1003 corresponding to the left side position of the tableware at the lower end of the first lifting mechanism 201 and the left side position of the tableware at the lower end of the third lifting mechanism 203, and driving for controlling the transverse push rod 1003 to transversely move left and right is arranged on the outer side of the shell. When the dishes are transported to the lower ends of the first lifting mechanism 201 and the third lifting mechanism 203 and fall onto the horizontal push bar 1003, the horizontal push bar 1003 is controlled to move, so that the dishes can be smoothly moved to the lower parts of the second lifting mechanism 202 and the fourth lifting mechanism 204.

In this embodiment, since the loading portion cannot limit the tableware, the tableware may move or shake due to the washing force during the washing. For this, further, the cleaning machine body 100 is provided with a limit mechanism corresponding to the deslagging cleaning process and the particle cleaning process, and the limit mechanism is used for pressing the dishes when performing deslagging cleaning and particle cleaning.

Specifically, the limiting mechanism comprises a limiting shaft rotatably arranged on the transverse push rod 1003, and an L-shaped limiting rod is arranged on the limiting shaft. When the tableware moves to the corresponding cleaning position, the limiting shaft rotates, so that the limiting rod presses the upper end of the tableware, and the tableware is prevented from moving and shaking. After the washing is finished, the tableware is turned outwards, so that the tableware can be normally conveyed.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the elevating conveyor dish washing machine further includes a dish buffer 300, and the dish buffer 300 is disposed at one side of the washing machine body 100. This tableware buffers 300 adopts cabinet style structure, is provided with the temporary storage that a plurality of confession tableware inserted to put along vertical direction and puts the position to avoid the tableware to pile up on ground too much.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the elevating conveyor warewash machine also includes a skimming table 400, the skimming table 400 being disposed adjacent the dish infeed end of the machine body 100. Thus, when the tableware is loaded into the washing machine body 100, the washing effect can be improved by manually pouring the residue, and the residue can be prevented from falling on the user's body or the floor when the tableware is loaded.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning process includes a deslagging cleaning process, a high-temperature water washing process, a high-temperature water pre-rinsing process, and a rinsing process, which are sequentially connected. The high-temperature water in this embodiment means water having a temperature of 75 to 100 ℃. The final rinsing step may be performed with normal temperature water or high temperature water.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the cleaning process includes a deslagging cleaning process, a high-temperature water washing process, and a rinsing process, which are sequentially connected.

It will be appreciated that the cleaning process can be flexibly configured as required and its construction can be arranged with reference to the related art and will not be described herein.
