If the liquid monitored by the optical detector 17 reaches the standard, the alarm 15 is in a non-working state, meanwhile, the flow sensor 18 monitors the flow of the liquid sucked into the empty cylinder, after the flow of the liquid in the empty cylinder reaches the value set by the flow sensor 18, the alarm 15 sends out a continuous dripping alarm, and synchronously, the electric push rod 7 stops working, so that the current sucked liquid flow of the medical staff is prompted to reach the standard, and the medical staff can conveniently perform subsequent treatment on the patient.

As shown in fig. 4, the lithium battery 5 in the present application is used for supplying energy to the device, and the lithium battery 5 is connected with the electric push rod 7, the controller 13, the voice recognizer 14, the alarm 15, the optical detector 17 and the flow sensor 18 through wires.
