step four, when the surface of the panoramic lens 5 needs to be cleaned, the pressing block 7 is pushed downwards, the sliding ring 6 at the lower end of the pressing block 7 slides downwards under the action of force, the sponge wiping block 30 at one side of the outer part of the fixed plate 29 in the sliding ring 6 wipes off dust outside the panoramic lens 5, and the second expansion spring 22 pushes the sliding block 23 to enable the sliding ring 6 to return to the original position when the pressing block 7 is released;

step five, when the sponge wiping block 30 needs to be cleaned or replaced, the pull rod 17 is pulled out of the limiting groove 16, the door panel 8 is turned outwards to be opened, the fixing plate 29 is taken out of the fixing frame 28, the fixing plate 29 is installed back to the fixing frame 28 after being cleaned, and the door panel 8 is fixed by loosening the pull rod 17 when being closed;

step six, when illumination is needed, the LED lamp 13 is started to emit bright light for illumination;

and seventhly, when the lighting direction needs to be changed, rotating the lamp shell 10, wherein the lamp shell 10 rotates by taking the rotary damper 11 as a circle center, and changing the irradiation angle of the LED lamp 13.
