(1) pouring the anhydrous phosphogypsum, the aluminosilicate industrial waste residue, the fiber and the dispersing agent into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 130-140r/min for 10-30 min;

(2) dissolving an excitant in water, and uniformly stirring for later use;

(3) pouring water dissolved with an excitant into a stirrer, and stirring uniformly at the stirring speed of 250-280 r/min for 10-30 min;

(4) placing the uniform slurry formed in the step (3) into a mold, pouring while vibrating, and standing for 30-90min after pouring is finished;

(5) performing static pressure forming on the material which is well stood in the step (4), and maintaining pressure to obtain a blank body;

(6) mixing the water repellent with water according to the proportion of 1 (6-8), then putting into an atomizer, and uniformly spraying on the surface of the blank;

(7) and naturally curing the blank for 3-28 days, and then spraying a luminescent layer.

The preparation method of the special phosphogypsum curbstone as claimed in claim 6, wherein the water dissolved with the excitant in the step (3) is poured into the stirrer in three times, the first time is poured and then stirred for 2-8min, the second time is poured and then stirred for 3-10min, and the third time is poured and then stirred for 5-20 min.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of processing of curbstones, and particularly relates to a special phosphogypsum curbstone and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The phosphogypsum is solid waste discharged during the production of phosphate fertilizer and phosphoric acid, and according to statistics, about 4.5-5 tons of phosphogypsum is produced when 1 ton of phosphoric acid is produced, but the utilization of the phosphogypsum is few and few at present, so the phosphogypsum is accumulated like a mountain, and the phosphogypsum contains a small amount of phosphoric acid, silicon, magnesium, iron, aluminum, organic impurities and the like besides the main component of calcium sulfate, so the phosphogypsum not only causes the waste of resources, but also has larger stacking occupied area, and further causes the waste of the resources, thereby increasing the economic burden of enterprises. At present, phosphogypsum is also used as one of the base materials of the curbstone, but the prepared curbstone has poor performances such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance and freezing resistance, so the method for preparing the curbstone by the phosphogypsum needs to be improved urgently to meet the use requirement.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide a special phosphogypsum curbstone and a preparation method thereof.

A special phosphogypsum curb stone comprises 40-60 parts of anhydrous phosphogypsum, 20-30 parts of aluminosilicate industrial waste residues, 0.001-0.003 part of fibers, 0.05-0.5 part of an exciting agent, 0.01-0.5 part of a water repellent and 0.01-0.5 part of a dispersing agent, wherein the anhydrous phosphogypsum is prepared by heating and dehydrating the phosphogypsum at a high temperature of 800-1000 ℃, the aluminosilicate industrial waste residues are one or more of water-quenched blast furnace slag, water-quenched manganese slag, fly ash, ground fine steel slag powder, water-quenched yellow phosphorus slag, lead-zinc slag and water-quenched nickel-iron slag, so that the aluminosilicate industrial waste residues are fully reacted and a strong caking property is provided, the exciting agent is a mixture of sodium sulfate and calcium chloride, and the sodium sulfate and the calcium chloride are mixed according to the weight ratio of 1: (0.8-1.2), and in order to ensure the tensile strength and the impact strength of the road edge stone and prevent the formation of cracks, the fiber is modified polypropylene short fiber.

The preparation method of the special ardealite curb stone comprises the following steps:

(1) pouring the anhydrous phosphogypsum, the aluminosilicate industrial waste residue, the fiber and the dispersing agent into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 130-140r/min for 10-30 min;

(2) dissolving an excitant in water, and uniformly stirring for later use;

(3) pouring water dissolved with an excitant into a stirrer, uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 250-280 r/min, in order to ensure full dissolution and avoid the phenomenon of lumping, pouring the water dissolved with the excitant into the stirrer for three times, stirring for 2-8min after the first pouring, stirring for 3-10min after the second pouring, and stirring for 5-20min after the third pouring;

(4) placing the uniform slurry formed in the step (3) into a mold, pouring while vibrating, and standing for 30-90min after pouring is finished;

(5) performing static pressure forming on the material which is well stood in the step (4), and maintaining the pressure to prepare a blank, wherein the forming pressure is 30-50MPa, the pressure maintaining pressure is 35-40MPa, and the pressure maintaining time is 20-50 s;

(6) mixing the water repellent with water according to the proportion of 1 (6-8), then putting into an atomizer, and uniformly spraying on the surface of the blank;

(7) and naturally curing the blank for 3-28 days, and then spraying a luminescent layer. The luminescent layer is sprayed by the following steps:

A. preparing a luminous coating: mixing the luminescent powder and the varnish, pouring the mixture into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring, wherein the dosage of the luminescent powder is 0.3-0.5kg/m2, and the ratio of the luminescent powder to the varnish is 1:2;

Compared with the prior art, the special road edge stone for phosphogypsum and the preparation method thereof have the beneficial effects that: 1. the prepared curbstone has high tensile strength and high impact strength, can effectively reduce the possibility of cracks during use, and has better waterproof performance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and frost resistance; 2. the prepared road edge stone can emit light at night or under the condition of poor light, thereby enhancing the sight and reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents; 3. the preparation method is simple, efficiently utilizes the phosphogypsum, realizes the sustainable development of the phosphorus chemical industry, promotes the development of the circular economy of the phosphorus chemical industry, and has good ecological benefit and economic benefit.

A special phosphogypsum curbstone comprises 40 parts of anhydrous phosphogypsum, 20 parts of aluminosilicate industrial waste residues, 0.001 part of fibers, 0.05 part of an activator, 0.01 part of a water repellent and 0.01 part of a dispersant, wherein the anhydrous phosphogypsum is prepared by heating and dehydrating the phosphogypsum at a high temperature of 800-1000 ℃, the aluminosilicate industrial waste residues are fly ash and provide strong cohesiveness for fully reacting the aluminosilicate industrial waste residues, the activator is a mixture of sodium sulfate and calcium chloride, and the sodium sulfate and the calcium chloride are mixed according to the weight part ratio of 1: 0.8, in order to ensure the tensile strength and the impact strength of the kerbstone and prevent the formation of cracks, the fiber is modified polypropylene short fiber.

(4) placing the uniform slurry formed in the step (3) into a mold, pouring while vibrating, and standing for 30-40min after pouring is completed;

(5) performing static pressure forming on the material which is well stood in the step (4), and maintaining the pressure to prepare a blank, wherein the forming pressure is 30-50MPa, the pressure maintaining pressure is 35-40MPa, and the pressure maintaining time is 20-50 s;

C. brushing a luminous coating: after the primer is dried, the prepared noctilucent paint is sprayed on the primer for 2 times, the prepared noctilucent paint is sprayed for one time after the primer is completely dried for the first time, and the sprayed thickness is more than 2 mm.

Example 2

A special phosphogypsum curbstone comprises 60 parts of anhydrous phosphogypsum, 30 parts of aluminosilicate industrial waste residues, 0.003 part of fibers, 0.1 part of an activator, 0.1 part of a water repellent and 0.1 part of a dispersant, wherein the anhydrous phosphogypsum is prepared by heating and dehydrating the phosphogypsum at a high temperature of 800-1000 ℃, the aluminosilicate industrial waste residues are water-quenched yellow phosphorus slag, and the activator is a mixture of sodium sulfate and calcium chloride, and the sodium sulfate and the calcium chloride are mixed according to the weight part ratio of 1: 1.2, in order to ensure the tensile strength and the impact strength of the road edge stone and prevent the formation of cracks, the fiber is modified polypropylene short fiber.

The preparation method of the special ardealite curb stone comprises the following steps:

(1) pouring the anhydrous phosphogypsum, the water-quenched yellow phosphorus slag, the modified polypropylene short fiber and the dispersing agent into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 130-140r/min for 20-30 min;

(2) dissolving an excitant in water, and uniformly stirring for later use;

(3) pouring water dissolved with an excitant into a stirrer, uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 250-280 r/min, in order to ensure full dissolution and avoid the phenomenon of lumping, pouring the water dissolved with the excitant into the stirrer for three times, stirring for 2-8min after the first pouring, stirring for 3-10min after the second pouring, and stirring for 5-20min after the third pouring;

(4) placing the uniform slurry formed in the step (3) into a mold, pouring while vibrating, and standing for 60-90min after pouring is finished;

(5) performing static pressure forming on the material which is well stood in the step (4), and maintaining the pressure to prepare a blank, wherein the forming pressure is 30-50MPa, the pressure maintaining pressure is 35-40MPa, and the pressure maintaining time is 20-50 s;

(6) mixing a water repellent with water according to the proportion of 1:8, then putting the mixture into an atomizer, and uniformly spraying the mixture on the surface of a blank;

(7) and naturally curing the blank for 7 days, and then spraying a luminescent layer. The luminescent layer is sprayed by the following steps:

A. preparing a luminous coating: mixing luminescent powder and varnish, pouring into a stirrer, and stirring uniformly, wherein the amount of the luminescent powder is 0.3-0.5kg/m2, the ratio of the luminescent powder to the varnish is 1:2, and the varnish can be transparent yellowing-resistant varnish such as bi-component acrylic varnish;

Example 3

The special phosphogypsum curbstone comprises 50 parts of anhydrous phosphogypsum, 25 parts of aluminosilicate industrial waste residues, 0.0015 part of fibers, 0.15 part of an exciting agent, 0.2 part of a water repellent and 0.25 part of a dispersing agent, wherein the anhydrous phosphogypsum is prepared by heating and dehydrating the phosphogypsum at a high temperature of 800-1000 ℃, the aluminosilicate industrial waste residues are a mixture of fly ash and water-quenched yellow phosphorus slag, the exciting agent is a mixture of sodium sulfate and calcium chloride, and the ratio of the sodium sulfate to the calcium chloride is 1: 1, in order to ensure the tensile strength and the impact strength of the road edge stone and prevent the formation of cracks, the fiber is modified polypropylene short fiber.

The preparation method of the special ardealite curb stone comprises the following steps:

(1) pouring the mixture of the anhydrous phosphogypsum, the fly ash and the water-quenched yellow phosphorus slag, the modified polypropylene short fiber and the dispersing agent into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 130-140r/min for 15-20 min;

(2) dissolving an excitant in water, and uniformly stirring for later use;

(3) pouring water dissolved with an excitant into a stirrer, uniformly stirring at the stirring speed of 250-280 r/min, in order to ensure full dissolution and avoid the phenomenon of lumping, pouring the water dissolved with the excitant into the stirrer for three times, stirring for 2-8min after the first pouring, stirring for 3-10min after the second pouring, and stirring for 5-20min after the third pouring;

(4) placing the uniform slurry formed in the step (3) into a mold, pouring while vibrating, and standing for 40-60min after pouring is finished;

(5) performing static pressure forming on the material which is well stood in the step (4), and maintaining the pressure to prepare a blank, wherein the forming pressure is 30-50MPa, the pressure maintaining pressure is 35-40MPa, and the pressure maintaining time is 20-50 s;

(6) mixing a water repellent with water according to the proportion of 1:7, then putting into an atomizer, and uniformly spraying on the surface of a blank;

(7) and naturally curing the green body for 28 days, and then spraying a luminescent layer. The luminescent layer is sprayed by the following steps:
