Background

With the increase of the railway traffic and the train running density, especially the increase of the speed of the train, the abrasion of the side grinding and the cross turnout of the curved steel rail is increasingly serious, so that the maintenance cost of the line is increased and the running safety is influenced.

The prior grease has poor friction reducing adhesion, short time, inconvenient coating, incapability of ensuring coating uniformity and easy environmental pollution, and therefore, a special friction reducing agent for steel rails and a using method thereof in the production of coated plates are provided to solve the problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a special rail antifriction agent and a use method thereof in the production of coated plates.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the special rail antifriction agent is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: base oil: 20-40% of a composite lithium thickener: 10-16% of extreme pressure antiwear additive: 10-16%, adhesive: 8-12% and anti-corrosion rust agent: 3-7%, antioxidant: 10-16%, other additives: and (4) the balance.

s4, adding raw materials: injecting an anti-friction agent into the assembled coated plate;

s5, mounting and fixing: installing the coating plate on the inner side of the rail through a fixing clamp;

s6, spraying and antifriction: when a train passes through, the antifriction agent from the lubricating pump is conveyed into the coating plate from the box lubricating pump through the high-voltage insulating pipe and conveyed to a rail angle climbing to a track through a structural passage in the coating plate and a small hole formed in the coating plate at the tail end of the passage, and the antifriction agent in an oil groove at an oil outlet is uniformly extruded to a contact part of the coating plate and the train wheel rim, so that the sprayed antifriction agent can be taken away by the wheel rim.
