3) according to normal production process parameters, checking the edge rate of the diamond wire of each channel through diamond wire edge rate monitoring equipment;

4) when the edge cutting rate of one channel of the golden steel wire is smaller than the target edge cutting rate, adjusting a magnetic force adjusting knob corresponding to the channel golden steel wire to increase the current of an ammeter corresponding to the magnetic force adjusting knob until the edge cutting rate of the steel wire reaches the target value; and otherwise, adjusting the magnetic force adjusting knob corresponding to the channel to reduce the current of the ammeter corresponding to the magnetic force adjusting knob until the cutting rate of the steel wire reaches a target value, and when the cutting rates of other channels are greatly different from the target cutting rate, adjusting the magnetic force adjusting knob corresponding to the channel by using the same method until the cutting rates of the steel wire among the channels are within the target value.

Background

The influence of the edge rate of the diamond wire on the product quality is large, the using effect of a client is directly influenced, when the edge rate is not at an expected target value, the adjustment is carried out by adjusting the content of the diamond micro powder of a sand feeding groove, if the content of the diamond micro powder of the sand feeding groove is too high, the relevant series connection actions such as sand setting, liquid changing and the like are also required, so that the adjustment work of the edge rate of the diamond wire is very troublesome and time-consuming, at present, most electroplating diamond wire production facilities on the market adopt electroplating diamond wire production equipment for simultaneously producing a plurality of diamond wires, because the difference between the conductivity and the used raw materials of each production channel and the uneven distribution of the diamond micro powder in the sand feeding groove, the difference of the edge rate of the diamond wires among the channels is large, the edge rate of each channel is up to 150 at most, and the difference of the edge rate of the diamond wires among the channels is often adjusted by placing a permanent magnet, but because the magnetic force of the permanent magnet can not be regulated, the aim of accurately adjusting the edge cutting rate can not be achieved, and the quality of the product is influenced to a great extent.

As is known, when a diamond wire is produced, the sanding current is stable and unchanged, and the process current and the like of the product are fixed once the product is shaped, so that a sufficient amount of diamond micro powder must be added into a sanding groove of a diamond wire production line to achieve the target sharpening rate of the diamond wire, and the differential content of diamond in the sanding groove is required to be high, so that the cost of the diamond micro powder in the production of the diamond wire is high, the production cost of the diamond wire cannot be reduced, and the profit is limited.

an adjusting device for adjusting the edge-cutting rate of electroplated diamond wires comprises a magnetic force adjusting control cabinet and electromagnetic boxes, wherein the electromagnetic boxes are respectively arranged at the wire inlet end and the wire outlet end of a sand feeding groove, each electromagnetic box is correspondingly provided with a magnetic force adjusting control cabinet, each electromagnetic box is of a rectangular box structure, wire passing holes for allowing diamond wires to pass through are respectively formed in the front end surface and the rear end surface of each electromagnetic box along the advancing direction of the diamond wires, each wire passing hole is a strip-shaped long hole, a plurality of electromagnets are arranged in the electromagnetic boxes at intervals along the length direction of each wire passing hole, the electromagnets respectively extend along the advancing direction of the diamond wires and are arranged below the diamond wires, the electromagnets are in one-to-one correspondence with the diamond wires, fans are arranged below the electromagnets, the electromagnets and the fans are respectively connected with a power supply through lines, and a plurality of ampere meters are arranged on the magnetic force adjusting control cabinet in correspondence with the electromagnets, the ammeter is used for monitoring the size of the magnetic force of the electromagnet which is correspondingly arranged, a magnetic force adjusting knob is arranged below each ammeter respectively, the size of the magnetic force of the electromagnet can be adjusted through the magnetic force adjusting knobs, and a starting button and a stopping button are further arranged on the magnetic force adjusting control cabinet and used for starting and stopping the electromagnet.

1) turning on a starting button 13 to electrify the electromagnet 7, and starting a magnetic force adjusting knob 12 to adjust the magnetic force of the electromagnet 7 so that the display value of an ammeter 9 correspondingly arranged is equal to a set value;

2) adding plating solution into the upper sand tank, adding diamond micro powder into the plating solution, and adding 2-8 g of diamond micro powder into each liter of plating solution, wherein the content of the diamond micro powder is different according to different wire diameters;

3) according to normal production process parameters, checking the edge rate of the diamond wire of each channel through diamond wire edge rate monitoring equipment;

4) when the cutting rate of one channel of the golden steel wire is smaller than the target cutting rate, adjusting a magnetic force adjusting knob 12 corresponding to the channel golden steel wire to increase the current of an ammeter 9 corresponding to the magnetic force adjusting knob 12 until the cutting rate of the steel wire reaches the target value; on the contrary, the magnetic force adjusting knob 12 corresponding to the channel is adjusted, so that the current of the ammeter 9 corresponding to the magnetic force adjusting knob 12 is reduced until the steel wire edge rate reaches the target value, and when the edge rates of other channels are greatly different from the target edge rate, the magnetic force adjusting knob corresponding to the channel is adjusted by the same method until the edge rates of the steel wires among the channels are within the target value.

When the edge rate of the electroplated diamond wire is adjusted, in order to better illustrate the advantages of the method for adjusting the edge rate of the electroplated diamond wire, the edge rate of the diamond wire is adjusted by respectively using the adjusting method and the original method, and two groups of experiments are compared, wherein the specific experimental data are as follows:

The data in table 1 show that, under the condition of equal sand suspension amount of the plating solution, the diamond wire edge rate is adjusted by using the adjusting method, the adjusting time of the process for adjusting the diamond wire edge rate is greatly reduced, the difference of the diamond wire edge rates among the channels is within 30, the difference of the diamond wire edge rates among the channels is greatly reduced, and the product quality is improved.

The experimental data in table 2 show that, in the case of the same edge cutting rate, the edge cutting rate of the diamond wire is adjusted by the adjusting method of the invention, the sand feeding amount is reduced by 680 g, and the production cost is reduced.

Experiments show that the adjusting device and the adjusting method for adjusting the edge-cutting rate of the electroplated diamond wire can be used for adjusting the edge-cutting rate of the electroplated diamond wire, the adjusting time of the edge-cutting rate of the diamond wire can be greatly shortened, accurate adjustment is realized, the problem of large deviation of the edge-cutting rate of each channel of a diamond wire multi-wire machine is solved, and meanwhile, the amount of diamond micro powder thrown into a plating solution can be reduced to a certain extent, and the cost is reduced.
